Adam had a bad taste in his mouth knowing that the ones they were facing now were remnants of broken worlds. Kuro had acted as if it was some sick joke and in a sense he was right. In what world could he honestly feel good about killing people that shared the same essence as those he was close to.
Luna had also felt a bit guilty now that Rachel had disappeared. She had treated the fight like she was a mere knockoff copy generated by the system. Rachel was annoying in her own right sometimes but by no means did she truly wish to kill her.
Crystal and Lily were also feeling complicated as they came to terms with the fact that they had taken an innocent life. Lily in particular felt like she was going to throw up if she didn't distract herself.
