A woman suddenly appeared inside the Batcave, seemingly through a portal.
However, the portal was surrounded by traces of cobwebs, as if someone had deliberately created it to search for spiders.
She briefly observed the Batcave while controlling a few creatures in her grasp that resembled pets.
"Not a bad cave, quite fitting for your kind—" The woman's words abruptly stopped.
Only now did she carefully take in her surroundings.
Bats. Bats. Bats everywhere.
To her, bats and spiders were no different.
They were merely totems to be devoured.
But these bats felt different.
They seemed alive, watching her.
As if they could pounce on her and consume her at any moment.
This sensation made her, a predator, feel uneasy.
However, it appeared that the master of this cave was not home.
That meant she still had time to take care of everything.
"I don't know how you found a place like this to shelter yourself, but—" She stopped paying attention to her surroundings.
This place made her extremely uncomfortable.
If she continued observing, she might end up abandoning the Spider Totem altogether.
She didn't know what kind of being resided here, but the mere presence of these creations made her feel uneasy.
Whoever lived in this cave was definitely not someone to be trifled with.
So, she had to finish this quickly.
Take the target and leave. The hunt would be complete.
Unfortunately, the Spider Totems in this world were too scattered. If only she could gather them all in one place.
She released the "hounds" she had brought with her—though to her, they were merely hunting dogs.
These were villains she had captured from another universe.
Sabretooth, Kraven the Hunter, and even Silver Sable, who had deep ties to the Spider.
They were no longer the defiant figures they once were.
Collars were fastened around their necks, a clear declaration to all that they were merely her pets now.
The attack was sudden.
However, Jessica, having learned a few tricks from Bruce, reacted instantly.
A layer of black armor swiftly enveloped her body.
Bruce had made her a liquid suit as well.
It was undeniable—the potential of the symbiote, once stripped of its weaknesses, was truly impressive.
But there was a downside.
Removing the symbiote's flaws also significantly weakened its healing capabilities.
To compensate for this, Bruce had fused the symbiote with metal, creating a liquid alloy that retained the symbiote's properties while greatly enhancing its defense.
Among the three "hounds," Sabretooth posed the greatest threat to Jessica.
She at least had intelligence files on Kraven and Silver Sable from S.H.I.E.L.D.
Her first target was the weakest—Silver Sable.
The woman who had arrived found the Batcave's symbol unsettling, but that didn't mean her controlled "hounds" shared her apprehension.
Sabretooth tore off a chunk of metal and hurled it at Jessica.
Both its power and speed were maxed out.
Jessica didn't dare be careless and swiftly dodged.
The metal chunk embedded itself into the control console's screen. Sparks flew before the system shut down.
"If my boss saw that, he'd definitely make you pay for it."
Jessica, perhaps having inherited Spider-Man's habit, still had the energy to joke with Sabretooth in the middle of battle.
But the woman wasn't about to let Jessica handle this so easily.
Silver Sable and Kraven lunged at Jessica.
Meanwhile, the woman held Sabretooth back—he needed a chance to deliver a killing blow.
Silver Sable and Kraven the Hunter would assist him.
But at this moment, a brilliant light suddenly shone.
Even Batman, watching the recording, couldn't help but sigh—these guys really knew how to pick a good place for a battle.
The woman, however, looked towards the light and said, "The hunt has ended just as it began. A weaker prey in exchange for a stronger one—whatever works for me."
Three figures emerged from the radiant glow.
One of them, with spider legs on his back, immediately issued commands.
"Parker, take care of Silver Sable. Brown, Kraven is yours. I'll handle Sabretooth!"
As they fully stepped out from the glow, their figures were finally revealed on the screen.
They were three different Spider-Men.
The Spider-Assassin from Earth-8351 showed no mercy when facing Silver Sable—without hesitation, a single bullet sent her straight to heaven.
The Punk Spider-Man from Earth-138 was even more ruthless, driving the metal spikes on his head straight into Kraven the Hunter's eye socket.
Yet neither of them was as decisive as the Spider-Man with four spider legs protruding from his back.
The black-and-red-clad Spider-Man impaled Sabretooth's chest with his spider legs.
Perhaps because this Sabretooth had already lost his regenerative ability, he collapsed to the ground instantly.
As this Spider-Man killed Sabretooth, he turned his gaze towards Jessica. "Looks like you're this world's Spider, right?"
He was none other than Spider-Man from Earth-616, now calling himself the Ultimate Spider-Man.
After all, the soul inside that body was no longer Peter Parker—it was Doctor Octopus.
Jessica looked at the Spider-Men in front of her. "So, you guys are Spiders from other universes?"
Though the Ultimate Spider-Man was slightly surprised by Jessica's calm demeanor, he simply responded coldly, "We're all being hunted. Want to survive?"
"Put on the suit and come with us—now!"
"Uh… Spider-Men…" Jessica wanted to say something.
But Punk Spider-Man was already losing patience. He shouted at Jessica, "Shut up! There's no time! You heard the boss."
"Put on the suit or wait to die!"
"There are other Spider-Men in this world who also need to be taken." Jessica stated directly to the Ultimate Spider-Man and the others.
They clearly hadn't considered this, but they knew they had to take those people with them.
"No time to waste, let's move." The Ultimate Spider-Man didn't say another word—he simply signaled for Jessica to leave with them.
Although caves were a decent battleground for Spider-Men, under these circumstances, they couldn't afford to delay.
Meanwhile, the woman sorrowfully looked at her now-dead hunting hounds.
"My pets… my darlings!" She glared at the departing Spider-Men. "How dare you!!!"
Jessica turned back and flashed her a universally recognized friendly hand gesture.
"I don't know exactly what's going on, but this just became personal. Oh, and my boss might have some business with you too."
The woman roared furiously, "Personal?! You bitch! My successor, Verna, will devour you all until not even crumbs remain!"
But by then, the Spider-Men were long gone.
They had vanished into the Batcave.
