"We're here, the way is closed," Arslan announced, parking the SUV among many other cars.
According to Idan and Arabel's first impressions, the distance to the barrier was quite long.
"So many people, — Arabel was surprised, looking at the assembled crowd.
"Even after a disaster, it's not every day you see such a sight," Irene said, gazing in awe at the huge barrier.
Arabel nodded in agreement.
"Is it my imagination, or is this barrier a little smaller than the dark one?" she asked, unsure of her observations.
"No, it doesn't seem that way, it's really smaller," Irene confirmed.
Most of the people gathered here were ordinary mortals who had traveled a long way to see the barrier with their own eyes, rather than watching it through TV screens and smartphones.
Before getting out of the car, Arslan and Irene put on caps and sunglasses, hiding their identity.
Evening was approaching, and the sun had barely begun to sink to the horizon.
