Under normal circumstances, a fragment of the soul, after reincarnation, cannot escape the control of its original form. But this world is anything but normal; fused with a wisp of Hongmeng Purple Qi, its spirituality and status have been elevated countless times over.
As a sub-soul of the Thunder God, Zeus retains all the virtues of the Thunder God's character but none of his flaws are missing either: greed, lust, an unrelenting desire for power, and a rebelliousness that refuses to be controlled by others.
This is the downside of the Thunder God sending just a fragment of his soul into this world. The upside is that, success or failure, it will not have much of an impact on the Thunder God's original form.
Nezha, on the other hand, charged in recklessly without knowing anything. The downside is that the risk is far higher—if he dies, he truly dies. The upside, however, is that he is whole, develops faster in this world, and gains greater recognition of its rules.
