Faris spent the month helping the trio, keeping them alive and well hidden even if Devina offered to cook despite some protests, but eventually he gave in and let her do their part. Blessing Faris with her talent for cooking, turning to a little routine before time came for them to leave.
"Time has gone by so fast.. only one month left and you finally pop my love. Is it odd for me to be this excited to see them?" Dan came up from behind feeling the large baby bump, too hard to cover up by clothes anyone. "The portal has opened. It's time for us to depart if you want to go through undetected" Faris announced even with the world still light outside, pushing himself from the wall he had been leaning against. "Can the lady cope with flying on your back for a few hours?" He asked as Dan was a bit unsure due to how close she is, but they can't risk going on foot either or it'll close before they can even reach the portal.

They got stuff sorted before departing to find the portal, Danny and Faris knew where the one specifically was located just a little from the kingdom they had escaped from barely with their heads. The cold air hit them as Devina immediately wrapped herself within his cloak, keeping it themselves warm as they watched the world below move at a steady pace faster than usual, but it's what they're use to.
The sun was hitting near to the sunset mark, when they reached the place. Faris immediately hushed them inside as Danny remembered the stairs interior that lead to the cave's curves and bends. Eventually reaching the portal which all of them came through, either willingly or by force.
"Ready to go home?" Dan asked holding a hand out for her, as she took it with a nod eager to go home. Before they went inside he turned his head to Faris giving them a single nod and walked into the portal with Devina, as Danny followed not far behind them.
"Alright. Now stick with me, I know the way back to Amity Park from here" he took off as Dan carried Devina bridal style to catch up with the lad, not taking long to start seeing Amity Park come into view. Giving them all a sense of relief to be able to go back home again.
Landing at the Fenton house, most of the town had been repaired after what happened. Devina was put back on their two feet before the trio went inside seeing the family unharmed and in one piece. Rushing over when seeing them return hugging Daniel who turned back to his human form along with Dan, who kept a hand on the lower part of Devina's back.

Proud of ya" Jack said giving Dan a thumbs up as well, making the ghost feel even more part of the family than he originally was since first given a second chance to better himself. Devina helped see a new side of things, and is giving him a family for them to protect and appreciate for eternity.
"How far are you?" Madeline asked scared to touch the bump, but her excitement made it hard to hide the need to feel it kick. You are first time parents after all" she added with curiosity stepping back to not overwhelm the first time mother, easing the excitement down a few notches.
"I.. I don't want to sound rude, and I apologise if I do. We didn't want to have a gender reveal or baby shower, as it'll mean a mess that I'll have to clean and far too much noise. It's too stressful for me" Devina nervously spoke fiddling with her fingers as they explained a bit, allowing everyone to see how anxious she was to explain the situation they're in. Dan gently stroked their back in support.
"You're doing great, love" he whispered supportingly feeling their body ease up, seeing that no one judged her and Dan's decision to keep the pregnancy under wraps until today. "We were originally intending to introduce you lot after the baby is actually delivered, but it's hard to hide an obvious pregnancy bump these days" Dan added keeping a calm demeanour, but coming here to the Fenton's isn't by no coincidence. They need a temporary place to stay until Devina's place is properly rebuilt and secured which could take weeks, month or two at best.
"Can they take Dan's old room? It's only until their home is rebuilt. Please?" Jazz turned to their parents who seemed a bit worried, not about them staying, but if the house would be too noisy for them.
"You sure? We don't to put any stress on you if you do, but you're always welcome to stay" Madeline replied turning to the expecting parents secretly excited to be there for when the baby does arrive. Letting the two go up to Dan's old room which hadn't been touched yet, a shocker to himself as they slowly got comfortable.
Devina sat on the bed with a huff, unable to properly move, sit or lay down due to the bump, and baby's constant kicking and moving around.

"You've got Dan on his toes, he refuses to be far away from you in case the baby decides to come whilst he's out" Jazz stated with a chuckle seeing how over protective he can be, and with the due date uncomfortably close, it had everyone on edge making even Devina a little anxious as the pain to bring life will be unbearable, and she'll be ready to face it in order to finally see their little bundle of joy. "I'm glad you came into our lives, Devina. If you hadn't who knows what life would be like?" She added wondering how Dan would be if Devina hadn't escaped and crashed in the mortal realm, barely surviving being mauled by something incredibly dangerous. But what?
Devina sudden winced, feeling that same pain she's been experiencing for the past few days. Mainly three days so far, the baby was getting more aggressive with their kicks and have lowered making walking around tiring.

"Just take it easy. They won't take long to come back, so why don't you take a nap?" Jazz suggested seeing how the low back pain was getting to them, but Devina dismissed the need for a nap. Not tired, just on edge and uncomfortable with the pressure of the baby against their spine.
"The baby is just doing my heading is all. Pressing right against my spine, it's killing me" Devina groaned trying to crack it, but failed miserably laying back once again especially after just having emptied out their bowels. Constant toilet trips. And period like cramps every now and then. Restlessness and nausea.
"This doesn't sound good. I'll try and get in contact with Dan or Danny, but let me know if it gets worse" Jazz stood up jogging off to find her phone to update their brothers on the situation, and possible get some pointers too. As both parents were currently out, leaving just Jazz and Devina alone in the Fenton's house.
"Ngh.. that wasn't a kick" Devina grunted immediately going to clutch their stomach when she felt a wet sensation between their legs, taking a look and gasped seeing that her water had broke. "Crap.. it's happening" she muttered wanting to move, but some of the contractions kept her down on the sofa. "Jazz!" "What's wrong? Let me know what I can do" Jazz asked in a panic on the phone, not having rang anyone yet, but seeing the pain on Devina's face showed what she now already knew.
"The baby.. it's coming" Devina spoke up looking at the teen with a pleading look, and a hint of fear in her eyes being the first time experiencing such an important and intense moment.
"Oh shoot! Let me call them, so take deep breaths for me. And once they know, I'll search up what to do" Jazz responded quickly running a warm bottle to put behind Devina's aching back, and temporarily it worked as the teen attempted to get in touch with their brothers. "Ugh! I can't get in contact, so I left a voicemail for them. So, let's get you to the bedroom and I'll call the midwife" she helped Devina up, using herself as support slowly taking it step by step to the bedroom. Being careful not to slip on the steps.
"Mm.. I'll be stuck dilating for hours before I can even attempt to push. Ngh.. The midwife, a gentle middle aged woman, having blonde hair with a few grey hairs holding wisdom from their old age. Green eyes as she comes in with their supplies in a bag, seeing how Devina had been set up.
"Ah. I see you've already started to get comfy for the dilation process. It'll take awhile for first time mums, so try to relax and let your body prepare itself for what's to come" the midwife softly spoke coming up beside the mother to be, gently taking a hand patting it with their other one. Her presence was soothing and calm, hands full of experience with childbirth.
