Things are changing so fast.
I'm not sure why it still hits me when soothing shifts or major alterations are made on my behalf, since in this line of work, if it's not changing, it's not working, is a mantra. But even knowing that, I am still a little frizzled and uncomfortable.
We have new personnel managers now. I look at the girl beside me, who has wide eyes, probably anxious since it must be her first day at work, straight from school, or she is simply nervous.
"I know this is all new and will be uncomfortable at first, but I am still your manager."
Woo is busy trying to comfort us, telling us how he is still going to be the one closest to us despite not always being at the hip, how if we need anything, we can go to him first, but we all know that there is a reason this delegation has been made.
