"Oh shit, he has done it now." Drift said out loud while looking at the fight.
After Scott said that, the words hung in the cold forest air like a dare. Nerf paused, just for a moment, like he was weighing them.
Then he came forward, no more playing around.
Scott braced himself. He dipped low, using Jujutsu to try and redirect the charge, but Nerf bulldozed through it—raw mass overpowering technique. Scott's shoulder wrenched painfully as Nerf broke the grip, grabbing him by the jacket and slamming him into the ground like he was nothing more than a mannequin.
Scott gasped, bleeding in his back and torso with excessive blood. He rolled, struggling to get up, but Nerf was already on him—brutal, precise in his own crude way. A knee to the stomach folded Scott in half. A backhand across the jaw sent him sprawling again, blood painting his teeth.
"Do I look like I can't...?" Nerf growled.
But Scott pushed up on trembling arms, legs wobbling. He could barely see straight, but something deeper than instinct—deeper than training—drove him to stand.
"Nope" he whispered.
Nerf shook his head. "Should've kept your mouth shut you idiot"
The final blow came fast—faster than anything that size should move. A heavy boot to the chest. Scott flew back, hit a tree, and crumpled to the ground like a broken puppet. He didn't move.
Silence settled again over the forest.
Nerf stood over him, breathing hard. He looked down, jaw twitching. "I think it's time I finish this."
Nerf prepared himself to finish Scott and this blow is supposed to finish but suddenly there was a shout from Sarah.
"STOP!!!"
Nerf subconsciously took a step back and looked at the direction of Sarah.
[SARAH'S POV]
Someone is here. Please don't get close to me

Sarah screamed for everyone to stop. Drift,Nerf and bruised, bloodied, half unconscious Scott looked her.
Sarah began to look at everyone and looked at Nerf while trying to say something.
"You won. Why are you trying to kill him"
Drift and Nerf looked at each other. They looked at Scott and back at Sarah.
"If we don't kill him, he'll try to stop us again." Drift said to Sarah while looking at her
Sarah was confused at first and remember that this guys came to take her
"What did I do to you for you to try to kidnap me?"
"We are not trying to kidnap you, we're trying to take you" Drift said to Sarah and continue to say "If we kidnap you, we'll properly ask for ransom or something but we don't want that"
Sarah began to shiver and looked nervous.
"What do you want from me" She said
"We want your mutant ability. We want your power. The world is rotten, not broken. The world is a lie wrapped in laws and polite smile.
Power like yours. It does not serve but destroy" Drift said to Sarah.
"No I don't want to destroy it." She said while looking at Scott
"Oh I see. We might as well..." Drift was talking to Sarah before Nerf interrupted him
"Leave. Let's leave." Nerf said as he walks to where his hoodie is at.
"Wait, why are we leaving? You can finish the job, it's simple as that." Drift did the Khaby gesture while looking at Nerf
"Let's leave." Nerf said as he starts leaving

"LET'S LEAVE!"
Both of them started leaving. Sarah rushed to check on Scott and realised he passed out. Scott is bruised real bad and bleeding a lot.
Sarah doesn't know what to do but remembers there's a hospital nearby. She tries carry Scott but he's heavy. She tries to drag him to the hospital and he's bleeding is not stopping. The blood sprays on Sarah's back but she doesn't care and keeps dragging him.
She didn't mind the eyes that was directed at her. She kept going to the hospital. People watched her drag a bloodied man and they just did nothing but gossips.
She dragged Scott even when her legs were trying to give up, she persistent without stopping. She walked 20-30 minutes till she reached the hospital.
When she got inside the hospital, she screamed or shouted for help.
"HELP!!! Somebody, Anybody. HELP!!!" She says before she dropped to the floor while carrying Scott on his back. Her legs and body finally gave out, she wasn't unconscious but just tired.
Doctors and nurses came rushing down the commotion, when you reach the scene they saw a man blooded and a woman or a kid in a floor.
A certain doctor look at the bruised and blooded man. He recognised the teen since it's not been a full day since Scott left the hospital.
"You're you. It hasn't been a full day but you're back already." He said while looking at Scott.
He addressed everyone that he'll be taking him as his patient.
[Staten Island, Old Community Centre: 3rd POV]
Two man could be seen packing stuff in they're bags. It's Nerf and Drift. They've been quite ever since they left Scott and Sarah.
It appears something is bugging Drift(Seo) since he's sluggish with his movements. He can't take it anymore and stops packing.
He looked at Nerf and thinking of something to say.
"Why didn't you kill the idiot?" He asked Nerf but Nerf remains quite and continue packing
Drift gets irritated by no reply from Nerf and ask the same question again.
"Why didn't you kill the boy?"
"..."
"Come on, you do know you gotta tell me 'Why?' right"
"Yes"
"So tell me 'why?'"
"You could've died back there"
"I could've died? You were the one fighting and killing the boy. So how could I have died? You're not making sense"

After they were done talking, they finished up packing and leaving the old community centre.
