"Are you really telling me there's absolutely no record in your clan's history about how the Byakugan can evolve into the Tenseigan?"
Renzo got straight to the point.
"You know about the Tenseigan?!" Hyuga Hiashi blurted out, loud enough that nearby people turned their heads in curiosity.
Renzo just shook his head, a bit speechless. With a wave of his hand, he deployed a soundproof barrier around them and said, "Alright, now we can talk freely."
He gave Hiashi a glance. "So you do know something, huh?"
"I've come across a tiny bit of info in the clan records," Hiashi admitted with a wry smile. "But it's vague at best. All we really know is that the Tenseigan is an advanced form of the Byakugan—one that rivals the Rinnegan. But as for how to awaken it? Not a clue."
He sighed. "All it says is that it's closely tied to the purity of the Byakugan."
"But as for what to do exactly... we've got nothing."
"We've tried in the past—ran experiments, tested theories—but none of them worked."
"Actually, 'didn't work' might be too generous. We couldn't even get close. It was like trying to see through fog with no eyes."
Hiashi leaned forward, eyes gleaming with hope. "So, Renzo-sama... Do you actually know how to awaken the Tenseigan?"
"And earlier, you said Hinata's Byakugan has the highest purity. Does that mean she has a real chance?"
"If she does, the Hyuga clan is willing to do whatever it takes. We're begging for your help!"
He dropped to his knees.
Say what you want about the guy, he knew when to bow his head—but unlike the Third Hokage, Hiashi didn't make it feel pathetic.
"Sit down, will you?" Renzo said, waving a hand and sending Hiashi gently back to his seat.
Then he continued, "Over ten years ago, I took a trip to the Moon…"
What followed was a crash course on the Ōtsutsuki clan living on the Moon—and how they were connected to the Hyuga.
...
"And so," Renzo explained, "to awaken the Tenseigan, you need to activate the Ōtsutsuki lineage inside you. At the same time, you have to enhance its purity as much as possible."
"Just having a high-purity Byakugan isn't enough."
"That said… having a Sage Body helps too."
In other words, helping Hinata—or even Hanabi and Neji—awaken the Tenseigan wasn't some impossible dream.
All it would take was a single dose of high-grade Sage Body serum.
"Sage Body? You mean the stuff from the Research Division? Type 06?" Hiashi's eyes lit up.
Of course he knew about it.
Every notable ninja and clan in Konoha did.
In fact, starting a few years ago, the village had offered one or two slots per year to redeem Bloodline Limit serums like it… but the required merit points were sky-high. Most people couldn't afford to even think about it.
"That's the one," Renzo nodded. "I'll be giving one to both Hinata and Neji. Let's hope they meet the standard."
This was part of his plan to invest in the next generation.
After all, if he raised a few capable young ninjas now, it might save him from having to deal with every little thing later. Minato always loved coming to him with problems—maybe this would help fix that.
And besides, Renzo had bigger goals for the future.
He wasn't going to limit himself to just the ninja world.
Whether it was space and the stars within this universe, or even other worlds entirely—one day, he'd reach them all.
It wasn't a pipe dream.
At the rate the Renzos' strength was growing, it was only a matter of time before they could cross worlds. Getting stronger would always be their mission. Preparing talents and loyal subordinates early on just made sense.
They could help with the grind later.
The other Renzos were already doing the same, especially Aizen. So Uchiha Renzo wasn't about to fall behind.
"Really? Thank you, Renzo-sama!" Hiashi said excitedly. "I promise I'll keep pushing forward with the clan reforms. I'll dismantle the Caged Bird Seal system for the branch family—for Neji!"
He meant it.
Now that Renzo was personally training Hinata and Neji, they were practically his disciples. Keeping the seal on Neji would be disgraceful.
Hiashi had actually wanted to abolish it before, but he never had the strength—or the guts.
Now, though, with Renzo's name behind him and his brother Hizashi's support, he just might be able to pull it off.
"That's your clan's business," Renzo replied, waving it off. "But yeah, if you can get rid of that outdated system, even better. It is pretty messed up."
"Renzo-nii! Can I awaken the Tenseigan too?"
Just then, Hanabi looked up at him, eyes full of hope.
She was the type who hated being left behind.
If her big sister wasn't going to be scolded or restricted anymore, maybe it was her turn to chase her own goals too.
"Hanabi! Watch your tone! You can't just speak to Renzo-sama like that!" Hiashi snapped, clearly irritated.
He thought she was being too bold.
Renzo offering two doses of high-grade Sage Body serum was already a miracle. How could this girl not realize how lucky they were?
"Alright, that's enough."
Before Hiashi could scold Hanabi any further, Renzo raised his hand to stop him. Then he reached out and gently patted Hanabi's head, smiling.
"It's not impossible. But—you'll have to pass my test first."
"If you don't earn something through your own effort, you'll never truly value it. Even Hinata and Neji won't just get what I'm offering for free. They've got to pass the test, too."
"If you fail once, try again. The reward only comes when you succeed."
"So, Hanabi… you still want to try?"
Renzo's eyes sparkled as he looked at her, grinning.
Honestly, the kid was pretty likable. Her talent wasn't bad either. Renzo didn't mind investing in her a little.
As a clan leader, older brother, and father—Hiashi had dropped the ball in a lot of areas. But the one thing he got right?
He made two amazing daughters.
"Wait... seriously?" Hiashi's voice trembled, filled with both disbelief and hope.
As a father, he'd always pinned his hopes on Hanabi—especially after feeling let down by Hinata. Now, hearing Renzo actually willing to give Hanabi a shot at awakening the Tenseigan and gaining the Sage Body…
How could he not be excited?
If all three—Hinata, Neji, and Hanabi—could succeed, wouldn't that mean the Hyuga Clan could produce not one, but three Sage Body Tenseigan users?
They might not outrank the Uchiha as the number one clan… but second place? Locked in.
The clan's future would be stronger than ever.
And even more importantly—this had the potential to completely change the clan's genetic legacy. If Hinata and the others inherited the Tenseigan and Sage Body, then didn't that mean their descendants might too?
This wasn't just about strength—it was about rewriting the future of the Hyuga bloodline.
Hiashi was so overwhelmed, 'excited' didn't even begin to cover it.
"Really? I can really do it?" Hanabi looked up at Renzo, eyes wide with amazement.
"Of course," Renzo said with a chuckle, nodding.
"You're the best, big bro!" Hanabi grinned and gave him a huge smile. "I'm in! I'm not scared of your test at all!"
Hiashi practically burst with joy. If Renzo hadn't been right in front of him, he might've let out a full-on victory scream.
"Tenseigan, huh? Sounds interesting," Tsunade chimed in from the side. "Looks better than the Rinnegan too, honestly."
She would know—Renzo's own Rinnegan had fused with the Tenseigan, resulting in an entirely new kind of eye. A beautiful one, at that. Way better than those weird ripple-patterned circles.
"Of course it does," Renzo said with a proud nod.
"Eh?" Hiashi looked confused. "Wait… Lady Tsunade, you know about the Tenseigan too? And what did you mean just now—have you actually seen one before?"
Tsunade raised an eyebrow, giving him a "For real?" kind of look.
"Didn't Renzo just tell you earlier he found that massive Tenseigan on the Moon? Where do you think that thing went? And how do you think he figured out how the Byakugan evolves?"
"…Wait. Don't tell me…"
Hiashi turned slowly to Renzo, eyes narrowing.
He didn't actually rip out his own Sharingan and replace it with the Tenseigan, did he?
But hold on—Renzo had described that eye on the Moon as something massive, built from countless Byakugan combined into one… how could something like that even be transplanted?
"Don't overthink it," Renzo said, waving off his concern. "I didn't replace anything. I just absorbed the energy of that giant Tenseigan and fused it into my Rinnegan."
As he spoke, he activated his eyes—revealing a brilliant golden, six-pointed star pattern.
"This is my current eye: the Rinne-Tenseigan."
Hiashi stared, utterly stunned.
Those eyes radiated a divine power. They weren't just strong—they felt godlike.
"Whoa! Big bro, your eyes are so pretty! Is the Tenseigan just as pretty?" Hanabi clasped her hands together, eyes sparkling with admiration as she stared at Renzo.
"Pretty much, yeah. The Tenseigan's gorgeous too. You'll see for yourself one day, little Hanabi," Renzo said with a smile, ruffling her hair again.
"Mmhmm!" Hanabi nodded eagerly, already daydreaming about the day she'd unlock that dazzling power herself.
"Fusing the Rinnegan and Tenseigan… seriously, is that even possible?" Hiashi's mind was still spinning. This wasn't ninja stuff anymore—this was straight-up god territory.
Then again… considering all the crazy stuff Renzo had pulled off—developing entirely new bloodlines, creating bizarre and powerful abilities from scratch, not to mention creating those mysterious creatures people called "Pokemons"…
Wasn't that already god-level?
Hell, there was even Uchiha Tom and Senju Jerry—a cat and a mouse—standing at the top of the ninja world.
