Chapter 311 - About Anakin Skywalker?

 — — — — — —

The sea of cosmic Force was always chaotic. It didn't lean toward the light, nor did it favor the dark.

Because in truth, it was the ultimate balance—light and dark coexisting as one.

That said, Master Yoda was undoubtedly a wise man. Even though he clearly understood the consequences of Jedi transitioning to chaotic Force practice, the look in his eyes showed determination—and a sense of clarity in his beliefs.

"I'll make arrangements for the Jedi to gradually shift toward the path of chaos."

"The future… belongs to balance."

"Both Jedi and Sith will eventually become relics of the past."

"But… that doesn't mean the Jedi Order won't be reborn!"

"Who knows—maybe in a few years, you and young Padmé can finally be together openly. You might even start a big family, raise a few kids."

"The number of Force-sensitive individuals will only keep growing from here on."

"Perhaps… that's what the universe itself wants."

Master Yoda looked at the holoprojection in front of him, a calm and thoughtful smile tugging at the corners of his mouth.

"Hm. Maybe this future… isn't as scary as I once feared."

Renzo bowed slightly toward Yoda with genuine respect. "You're wise and open-minded, Master. I'm truly grateful that someone like you exists within the Jedi."

Compared to Mace Windu, Yoda was clearly more forward-thinking and open to change. That's exactly why Renzo had come to him first, not Windu.

"You didn't just come back to tell me that, did you?" Yoda asked, closing the holoprojector and giving Renzo a curious look. "Go on, what else is on your mind?"

Renzo nodded seriously. "I've found the true source of the dark. And I've also uncovered the identity of the real Sith Lord."

Yoda raised an eyebrow, puzzled. "The Sith Lord? Isn't that Count Dooku right now?"

"No, it's not." Renzo shook his head. "That's just a cover. Dooku isn't the current Sith Lord—he's just an apprentice. The real Dark Lord is someone else."

By tradition, the Sith always followed the Rule of Two—one Master, one Apprentice.

The Jedi believed Dooku was the Master and Asajj Ventress was his Apprentice.

But the truth… was far more complicated.

"Oh?" Yoda's expression turned serious. "Then who is it?"

In the past, Yoda might not have taken Renzo so seriously. But now? The man before him was a master of chaotic Force—his words couldn't be dismissed.

"It's Supreme Chancellor Palpatine," Renzo said plainly."He's the one who's been pulling the strings from the shadows all along. He was Darth Maul's Master, and now he's Dooku's."

"His true identity… is Darth Sidious."

"Darth Sidious?" Yoda's ears twitched sharply. "Wasn't he supposed to be dead years ago? You're telling me he's still alive?"

"Very much so," Renzo confirmed. "Not only is he alive, he's right under the Jedi's nose—serving as the Supreme Chancellor of the Republic."

"He's been escalating the war against the Separatists, using it to gain more and more power."

"The Clone Wars? It's all just theater. A two-man act between him and Dooku.

"It's never been about victory. It's about wiping out opposition and weakening the Jedi Order."

"Back in peacetime, we were guardians of the Republic. Now, we're just pawns on the battlefield—sacrificed for political gain."

"The death toll keeps climbing. We're already seeing gaps in the ranks, and our future generation is in danger."

"And the Galactic Senate? No one ever suspected a thing?"

Of course, Renzo already knew the truth thanks to a certain perspective—like watching the whole thing from a god's-eye view. To him, the flaws in the system were obvious.

But to someone without that knowledge? It'd be almost impossible to see through it all.

Palpatine really was a master manipulator. An old fox who had everyone dancing in the palm of his hand.

Yoda's expression grew grave as he listened. "Are you absolutely certain?"

"As certain as it gets." Renzo nodded without hesitation. "His disguise is good, but under chaotic Force perception, it's like he's standing in the middle of a spotlight. Totally exposed."

It was clear that neither Palpatine nor the Sith before him had any understanding of the chaotic Force. Without that knowledge, they had no way of hiding from it.

"If you don't believe me, Master," Renzo added, "once you complete your own transition, you'll see it for yourself."

"No need." Yoda shook his head slowly. "I believe you."

"But I'd rather hear what you think we should do. Are you planning to expose him? Or…?"

"Not yet," Renzo chuckled. "That'd be the worst possible move."

"Oh? Why's that?" Yoda asked, intrigued—and a bit impressed.

"Because tipping our hand now would only alert him," Renzo explained. "Palpatine already has most of the Senate in his pocket. His influence is enormous. More importantly—he controls the entire clone army."

"If we confront him now, the front lines will collapse. The Jedi… we might not survive the fallout."

"Don't forget—there are plenty of planetary reps in the Senate who want this war to continue. It's all tied up in a massive web of interests."

"If we want to bring him down, we need to plan everything in secret, and move step by step."

Renzo paused, meeting Yoda's eyes as the old Master nodded approvingly.

"Besides, this war—despite all the bloodshed—might just be the rebirth we need."

"It gives the Jedi a chance to evolve."

"To shed the outdated traditions and rigid rules that have held us back."

"And it's the perfect time to cleanse the Senate, too—to reform the bloated, corrupt system and breathe new life into the Republic."

"Because if we keep going the way we are… even if we manage to drive Palpatine out or take him down, it won't matter. The Jedi and the Republic will still be doomed in the end."

"This war didn't happen just because the Sith were scheming."

"The deeper problem is that both the Jedi and the Republic are long overdue for change. They're already starting to fall apart."

Yoda sat in silence for a long moment, deep in thought. Then he let out a heavy sigh.

"You really are wise, child. And everything you said… hits the nail right on the head."

"That means we absolutely can't expose Palpatine yet. In fact, we can't even let him know we're on to him."

"Hm…" Yoda glanced at Renzo and smiled faintly. "Renzo, we're going to need your help."

"And also… would you be interested in becoming a Jedi Master?"

His eyes sparkled with warmth and appreciation.

This child… had far surpassed all their expectations.

Not only was he the first true wielder of the chaotic Force, but by now, he was more than qualified to take his place among the Jedi Masters.

"Uh… aren't I a little too young for that?" Renzo asked hesitantly.

Becoming a Jedi Master came with a seat at the Jedi Council, along with real decision-making power. He couldn't deny it—it was tempting.

After all, it'd make it a lot easier for him to steer things in the right direction from here on.

Yoda chuckled and shook his head. "Age doesn't matter anymore. Your accomplishments on the battlefield already qualify you."

"The only reason we haven't promoted you until now was because of your youth and lack of seniority."

"But I believe you've more than proven yourself."

"Besides, you said it yourself—the Jedi Code is outdated and in need of change. Maybe this should be part of that change."

"Seniority and age aren't the only things that matter. Wisdom, ability, and heart do too. We need to give young talent more chances."

Yoda wasn't just thinking about Renzo. A part of him was also wondering… should he consider giving Anakin the same opportunity?

That boy… he was impressive. And he worked so hard. But there was just one problem—he was far too close to Palpatine.

Yoda's expression darkened slightly at the thought.

"What's wrong?" Renzo asked, noticing the change.

"It's about Anakin," Yoda said with a sigh. "What's your opinion of him?"

"Anakin Skywalker?" Renzo immediately understood Yoda's concern.

"He's… different from the other Jedi. He had a rough childhood, and he lost his mother during adolescence."

"And honestly, that tragedy? It's partly the result of the Jedi's outdated rules."

"There is darkness in him… but also light. Plenty of light."

"There's no doubt—he is the Chosen One. But he's also dangerously unstable."

"Palpatine's been close to him for years—far too close. And back then, I didn't understand why. But now… it's obvious."

"Palpatine saw Anakin's potential a long time ago. He's been grooming him ever since."

"That's dangerous."

"Which is exactly why I think we should promote him. Anakin Skywalker deserves it."

"In fact, I hope he completes the chaotic Force transition as soon as possible."

This guy… he was too important. If he ever fell to the dark side, it would be a disaster.

Who knew how powerful his "main character aura" really was?

"Oh?" Yoda looked at Renzo, genuinely surprised. "I didn't expect that answer from you."

"You thought I'd want to hold him back?" Renzo smiled knowingly.

Yoda nodded. "Exactly."

"No way," Renzo said firmly, shaking his head. "That would be the dumbest move possible."

"Right now, Anakin hasn't done anything wrong. His heart is still on the light side. Why would I go after him? That would only push him straight into the dark."

"I'm not in the business of handing our enemies free wins."

"If we tried that, Palpatine would be delighted. He'd probably laugh himself awake in his sleep."

In the original timeline, Anakin's fall had two major triggers—his mother's death, and the prophetic dream about Padmé dying in childbirth.

Neither of those visions were handled well. No guidance, no support. And it all snowballed into tragedy.

Of course, his childhood trauma, years of Jedi repression, and Palpatine's twisted mentoring didn't help either.

Everything was connected.

"You're right," Yoda said with a rare smile. "Hearing this from you makes me feel hopeful."

"Your way of thinking—it's exactly what we need."

"The chaotic Force, your insight… you've far exceeded my expectations."

"Balanced perspective, calm heart—those matter more than anything."

"I think it's time we have a proper council meeting."

"For now, though, we keep the chaotic Force secret. I'll bring in Master Windu first, and the three of us can go over the next steps in private."

"Then… we'll call a Jedi Council meeting. How's that sound?"

Yoda turned to Renzo.

"No complaints from me," Renzo replied with a confident nod.
