Chapter 309 - When Light and Dark Merge, Chaos Is Born

 — — — — — —

Five days later—

"Haah... finally, it's done."

Renzo opened his eyes, exhaling in relief. He could feel it—within him, the powers of light and darkness had fused into one, forming a new, chaotic energy.

These past five days, he'd been focused solely on achieving this.

He didn't go looking for the Sith to study the dark side of the Force.

Instead, relying on his explosive growth in strength and spiritual power, he captured dark Force energy on his own, forcing himself to comprehend it, absorb it, and learn from it.

And now… he had successfully merged it with the light side of the Force he had developed before.

This was something the old Renzo wouldn't have even dreamed of doing.

But now? The collective strength of all his selves had gone through a fundamental transformation.

Merging light and dark wasn't difficult for him anymore.

"Next up… I need to fully analyze this chaotic Force and blend it into my core source of power."

"Maybe… just maybe, during the analysis, I can uncover everything about this chaotic Force. I might even find a way to convert light and dark energy directly into it. If that happens..."

Just as Renzo completed the fusion and chaotic Force surged into existence—

---

Far away, on Coruscant, the capital of the Galactic Federation—

Inside the Jedi Temple, Yoda, who had been meditating in silence, suddenly opened his eyes.

"…This is… the future… it changed again!"

He looked shocked.

"I saw it… light and darkness, both retreating… and something new—chaos—being born!"

"Ever since the dark side rose again, the future has never been this clear."

"Incredible… truly incredible!"

"But… this doesn't feel like a bad thing. The Jedi don't seem to be disappearing… it's more like we're taking on a new form."

"And light and dark… will finally reach balance in the future."

"…So… were both we and the Sith wrong all along? Is the fusion of light and dark—the true path?"

Yoda fell silent, deep in thought.

He tried to reach out to the newly emerged chaotic Force in the Force Sea…

But he couldn't understand it. It was completely alien.

Worse, he sensed that if he tried to force a connection, the backlash could be severe.

...

Meanwhile, still on Coruscant, in the office of the Supreme Chancellor—

The Dark Lord of the Sith, Darth Sidious, disguised as Palpatine, suddenly raised his head, a flicker of alarm in his eyes.

"…What is this? A new type of Force? It's not light… and it's not dark. How can this be?"

He couldn't make sense of it.

The Force had always existed in two aspects: light and dark.

There shouldn't be anything else.

And yet, this new Force… it seemed to contain both.

"No… I need to find where this is coming from!"

Palpatine's expression darkened.

He immediately began mobilizing his forces to investigate the source of this strange new power.

He even reached out to Count Dooku on the Separatist side, ordering him to activate their networks as well.

"You will have it done, my master," Dooku said with a polite bow through the hologram.

"Good. Get to it."

Palpatine cut the transmission.

"Chaotic Force…? Hmm. Things are getting interesting now," he muttered with a sinister smile.

...

Dooku, stroking his beard thoughtfully, seemed just as intrigued.

He, too, tried to sense the Force Sea…

And though his perception wasn't as sharp as Palpatine's or Yoda's, he could still faintly detect the presence of this new energy.

It was subtle… but it was definitely there.

And it was only the beginning.

"…Still, trying to track it down feels like looking for a needle in a haystack," he thought. "But I'll do what I can. And if I do find it first... this might be the opportunity I've been waiting for."

A sly glint flashed in Dooku's eyes.

He wanted to beat Palpatine to it—to be the first to locate this new power, to tap into it before anyone else.

Because even from that brief connection, he could sense it: this chaotic Force was a fusion of light and dark, stronger than either side alone.

"This could be… my chance to surpass my master."

Dooku let out a low, sinister chuckle.

After all, this was the Sith way—betraying your master was practically tradition.

Wasn't that how Palpatine rose to power in the first place? By stabbing his master in the back?

It was just part of the cycle.

And someday, if things followed their usual path, Dooku's own apprentice, Asajj Ventress, would try to betray him, too.

Planet Naboo

"Padmé, I have to go. I need to return to Coruscant."

Renzo had just completed the fusion of light and dark Force energy when he found Padmé in the middle of her training.

"So soon?" she asked, walking over, clearly reluctant to see him leave.

Renzo nodded seriously. "Now that I've unified the light and dark sides of the Force within me, I have to head back to the Jedi Temple and talk to Master Yoda. There's something important I need to discuss with him."

"I'll be leaving everything here in your hands. If there's anything you're unsure about, consult Red Queen first. You can also contact me anytime—if I'm free, I'll respond right away."

"And if it's anything related to technology or boosting Naboo's strength, Red Queen can help with that too. I've uploaded a lot of tech into her database."

He didn't know how long he'd be gone this time. But there was no way he'd let Naboo's development fall behind.

So over the past few days, he had used his Fantasy Creation skill to build a massive, advanced underground base. He'd even installed a quantum computer and set up Red Queen's system—just in case.

This was the exact kind of situation he'd been preparing for.

"I understand. Go—and be careful," Padmé said gently, giving him a nod. "I'll be waiting for you here on Naboo."

She knew he wouldn't be leaving unless it was something serious. So she didn't try to stop him.

She stepped closer, gave him a soft kiss, and whispered goodbye.

Renzo smiled, then turned and headed to the private spaceport nearby. He boarded his personal shuttle, launched into the sky, and in moments, broke through the atmosphere.

Then—with the hyperspace engine engaged—he vanished into the stars, leaving Naboo behind.
