Capital City...Alliance HQ
The Capital City was moving as it did every day. There were no changes on the outside, but there were some on the inside.
This was because a spy from the Alliance was able to infiltrate the Cult and was able to extract some high-level information that can be very useful in ending the damn war with the Cult.
The war won't truly end, as skirmishes would continue as long as even one member of the Cult was alive, but if they could use this information, the large-scale event with the Cult would come to an end.
Once that was done, the Alliance could concentrate fully on the monsters. Dealing with two enemies at the same time has become a hassle for them, causing a lot of damage not just to resources but also to their people.
Resources can be recultivated easily when compared to human personnel.
Sure, there are a lot of awakeners every year, but it would take years before they can reach the rank where they can be beneficial to society, which is Rank-5.
