Maxwell inwardly sighed when Bianca walked up to their table. She said "hi" to them and they reply with a nod before she walked closer to Regalus and stood by his side
"You promised to attend class with me today" she said and everyone finally understood why Regalus wanted to attend lessons in the main school building something he rarely did, infact none of them could remember the last time they attended class in the main building after all they all had their own special class.
Early in the morning Bianca had called Regalus pressurizing him to attend her class and wanting to make up for the few weeks he wasn't available, he decided to indulge her and so here was she reminding him of his promise.
"Yeah, I haven't forgotten"he said looking up from his phone, he turned to his friends "you guys can go on without me' he said and left with Bianca who clung to him.
"I wonder what Reg actually sees in that witch" Maxwell commented
"Why worry when Reg isn't in love with her and we all know why she's close to Reg, it's just unfortunate that she became obsessed with him" Martin said and sighed
"Sometimes, I do pity her cause she will be really heartbroken when Reg finally falls in love with someone else" Maxwell concluded and Mark clicked his tongue
"You guys should also think of your love lives too" he remarked nonchalantly
"Including you too" Martin added quietly but he pretended not to have heard and stood up,
"You guys can spend your entire day here" he said and walked away and the other three shooked their heads and stood up wondering why they had two Regalus in their group.
"Hmm I need to go see little rose later" Maxwell whispered and Kelvin nodded.
"Don't be surprised if Reg rips off your eyes one day" Mark who obviously heard them remarked.
"What do you mean by that?" Kelvin asked but Mark only shrugged his shoulders and said nothing.
In the senior building or should one say the final year class, the students especially the female students were in uproar the moment Regalud stepped into the class. The female students were very excited to see him, some of them were gushing and admiring him, meanwhile some of them were envious of Bianca and some boldly flashed a smile at him and gave him flirty glances but Regalus ignored them all and choosed a seat by the window while Bianca sat next to him and she began glaring at the girls who kept staring at Regalus. Regalus didn't mind the attention that was being given to him and concentrated fully on his phone.
The lecturer Mr Scott entered the class. He was an average height, middle aged blonde man, he was also visibly shocked to see Regalus in class and wondered why he was there, after all they rarely attended classes with other students given they were the princes of the school. He loudly cleared his throat and the students who hadn't stopped whispering became quiet, he started the lesson of the day making sure to avoid Regalus whose attention was solely on his phone. At the back of the class sat Maximus who was also equally shocked to see Regalus. He could guess it was because of Bianca as the guy rarely attend the class, something he too was jealous of and the privileges Regalus enjoyed in the school, indeed,he deserved to be called the king of the school. Regalus could feel the intense stare behind him but decided to ignore it as he could already guess who it was. The lesson continued with Bianca occasionally leaning on Regalus.
"I need to go to the library so I can do the assignment given to me" Kasela told Brenda after their class and she agreed.
On their way they met Jane who wanted to accompany them but they snubbed her and passed her by. Jane but her lips and frowned but she later gasped as a realization hit her
"Did they know her brother was friends with Maximus or did they suspect she wasworking with Maximus"? She wondered. Just then someone tapped her and she turned to face her brother whose face looked exactly as hers. "It wasn't a wonder that people thought that they were twins" she thought and Jared snapped his fingers at her.
"What are you thinking about?" He asked and she jolted out of her thoughts
"I went to your room earlier but I didn't see you" she said and he nodded his head.
"Yeah I went for a run, is there a problem"
"Yeah it's about the girl Maximus is after, it's quite difficult trying to get along with her, moreover she's friends with that annoying blue eyed girl and they are both giving me cold shoulders, how will I be able to lure her to Maximus when I can't even win her trust?" She complained and Jared frowned.
"You are acting too desperate, try to act normal with her, don't follow her around like a stalker, give her some space too. You trying to act too desperate will make her suspect you have other intentions" he said and patted her head.
"Don't forget that Maximus will fulfill your heart desires if you succeed in this, you should be even thankful that such an opportunity came up" he said finally and walked away leaving her to her thoughts.
Two hours later, Kasela and Brenda exited the library"Have you seen the senior students building before?" Brenda asked Kasela
"No I haven't, isn't it the next block close to ours?" Kasela asked and Brenda nodded her head
"Let's walk down there" Brenda suggested and they both walked down
It was the next block close to theirs and they saw the senior students and final year students still in class.
"You know the final year students will be graduating the end of this year, so extra classes are being added for them" Brenda explained to Kasela who nodded.
The class was much more bigger than theirs and unlike theirs that was painted in plain gold, this class also had white strips among the gold colors.
Meanwhile, Regalus who was focused on his phone, his fingers running quickly on the screen suddenly stopped as a familiar rose scent wafted into his nostrils and he raised up his head to see Kasela leaving with Brenda, they were both chatting and pointing fingers at the environment. Of all the scents, why did her own seem to bother and affect him, he thought annoyingly. Even though she hadn't approach him for some time, he was sure she was soon going to come looking for his attention.
Bianca who suddenly noticed he was distracted nudged him gently with her elbow thus getting back his attention. She asked him what was wrong and he told her that it was nothing. She looked outside discreetly but couldn't see anything or anyone who could have got his attention, for Kasela had mixed with the others students who were roaming the vicinity.
