What if you had it all
But nobody to call?
Maybe then you'd know me
'Cause I've had everything
But no one's listening
And that's just fuckin' lonely
I'm so lo-o-o-onely
Lo-o-o-onely
I'm so lo-o-o-onely
Lo-o-o-onely
I paid for the bolt and tipped the driver for the song and headed towards the gate. My feet felt heavy as if rooted to the ground, and the weight of my emotions threatened to consume me, enveloping me in a dark cloud. The sound of gravel crunched beneath my feet, I was jumbled up between sorrow, frustration, stress, and hopelessness.
The distance between the house and gate seemed to expand and I was walking for more than I should with the house looming ahead. With slow reluctant steps, I entered the house, I gently walked to the hallway leading to the guest house, and I tiptoed and slipped into my room without anyone noticing Anything.
