Among the elf race known for their handsome men and beautiful women, the Dis Sisters' appearance could be considered top-tier, rarely seen breathtaking beauties. Moreover, their allure wasn't limited to their looks; their "charm" attribute bordered on abnormal.
With height and appearance resembling c-hild*en, yet possessing seductive curves, and dressed in a style completely different from the reserved and modest elven norm, with large areas of bare skin, they were clearly deliberately emphasizing their se-x appeal.
What was even more notable was the contrast between the two sisters.
Although they were identical twins in appearance, they inherited different racial traits from their parents, one a fair-skinned, golden-haired forest elf; the other a dark-skinned, silver-haired dark elf, so rare it bordered on miraculous.
However, Emiya's impression of these beautiful sisters was extremely poor.
Among the cruel forces of the Evilus, two branches were infamous for their excessive brutality, one of which was the Alecto Familia.
The Dis Sisters were the core figures of this faction, serving as captain and vice-captain respectively. If one were to describe them in a single sentence, it would be, "Their minds are already broken."
They had long become captives of cruelty and grotesque obsessions, indulging in the pathological pleasure gained from killing and t*rture, becoming outcasts even among elves.
These twisted sisters, alongside the Killer Emperor Valletta, were some of the most heinous criminals in the Evilus, having slain countless innocent civilians and adventurers.
The gods gave them a nickname, [Super Psychotic Sisters (Psychopath)].
Emiya spared their lives for now, not because of any threat they posed, they were completely beneath his concern, but because, as Lv.5 combatants, they likely held important intel about the Evilus and could serve as valuable pawns in future plans.
In an instant, Emiya had already ended his side of the battle. Meanwhile, on the other side of the mansion, Ryuu, though facing more opponents, finished shortly after by overwhelming them with her absolute strength. Soon, she dragged the guild leader who had sided with the Evilus out from within the mansion.
When Ryuu's gaze swept across the courtyard, she happened to see this scene: one of the Dis Sisters lying unconscious, eyes rolled back; the other trembling all over, kneeling with a terrified face in a textbook dogeza position, as if even the courage to stand had been completely stripped away.
Ryuu only looked calmly, showing little surprise.
She had already experienced firsthand Emiya's overwhelming restraint against elves. The sisters' pitiful state before him was entirely within expectations.
Clearing this stronghold, including defeating the Dis Sisters, had taken less than five minutes. After Haruhime leveled up to Lv.2, the duration of the Uchide no Kozuchi had extended to twenty minutes, meaning they still had more than half of that left.
Just as Emiya and Ryuu were about to leave, both suddenly stopped in unison, eyes locking on the front.
At the end of the garden, a woman stood silently.
"Interesting," said the Amazon slowly, licking her lips, a flash of excitement flickering in her eyes.
She was a tall Amazon woman with light brown skin, long black hair flowing like a waterfall to her waist, and sharply sculpted features that dazzled the eye.
A few strands of hair draped across her face, covering her left eye. But the strong night wind blew her hair aside, revealing a black eyepatch over her left eye.
At the same time, her right sleeve fluttered empty in the wind. Clearly, her entire right arm was missing.
Before Emiya could even speak, the woman's figure suddenly turned into a bolt of black lightning, crackling with thunderous might, and rushed straight at him. Ryuu instinctively wanted to intercept but found Emiya had already acted.
In a blink, the man lunged out. The two of them moved like thunderbolts clashing, blindingly fast. In his hand, the projected black battle axe Hrunting collided midair with the woman's remaining left fist.
BOOM!
A black storm erupted from the point of impact. A furious shockwave whipped into a gale, scattering nearby tree branches and leaves in all directions. The garden's ground cracked, and the stones closest to the impact crumbled to dust.
A single punch and axe strike, an even match. Emiya held a slight edge.
Emiya, gripping Hrunting, looked solemn and surprised. That last blow, aside from not activating Oath of Protection, had used every possible enhancement, even the Uchide no Kozuchi buff.
A single axe swing with that power could have instantly killed Lv.6 elites like Argana and Bache, yet the Amazon in front of him had taken it head-on.
'Just who is she…?', Emiya's heart trembled.
The Amazon's gaze was even more complex. Excitement, fanaticism, disbelief. It was as though this battle had ignited some deep-seated desire.
She flexed her fist, checking her bones. Fortunately, though it hurt, there were no fractures, only bruising.
'Unbelievable. That man's strike… feels more painful than Alfia's Gospel,' the Amazon thought.
This level of force and pain couldn't be explained by raw strength alone, it was almost magical.
The Amazon's expression grew even more exhilarated as she rushed in again.
Emiya swung his axe sideways, trying to drive her back. But the Amazon, as if having predicted it, intercepted his move perfectly, pressing her long arm against the axe's side, diverting the blow with minimal effort.
The female warrior raised her head, wearing a chilling smile. One eye was completely dark, while the other glowed bright red.
'Fast, powerful… and her combat technique is beyond imagination...', Emiya silently judged.
Though she hadn't reached the Heroic Spirit Domain, her combat quality was undoubtedly the highest Emiya had seen in this world, far surpassing Ottar and Finn, even rivaling Ais in swordsmanship.
Her pupils turned fully red, likely some Berserk-type magic or skill, but her expression and actions showed she still retained complete rationality.
'Strong… but missing one arm is still a fatal flaw,' Emiya fearlessly locked eyes with her. As their golden and crimson pupils met, the latter faltered for a brief moment.
[Skill [Innocent Monster] activated]
[Development Ability [Dominion] activated]
Emiya reached out, gracelessly grabbing the Amazon's black hair. The female warrior responded with a biologically impossible high kick aimed at his face.
In close-quarters combat, Amazons were the strongest among all races. She had succeeded in closing the distance where a heavy weapon like a battle axe would become unwieldy.
Using her left hand, she smashed a fist toward Emiya's face with a sound-breaking punch.
But just before her punch could land, Emiya's right fist struck her side.
The Amazon was caught off guard. She realized only then that Emiya didn't need to discard his weapon. By simply clenching his fist, Hrunting had transformed into a black gauntlet.
"I want to bear your child...", she whispered as she staggered back a few steps, but before she could say more, her expression froze. [T/N: 😮💨]
The Amazon slowly stepped back twice, bent over, and placed one hand on her knee, panting heavily.
Then she opened her mouth and spat out a large mouthful of dark blood. The bright red liquid splashed onto the ground, glaring and vivid.
"Ahhh, guess I overexerted myself," She muttered hoarsely, seemingly mocking herself. The red glow in her eyes completely faded.
Emiya slightly lowered Hrunting, but didn't dispel the projection.
He could feel that the Amazon's sudden blood vomiting wasn't a result of his last blow, it was the activation of an old injury due to overexertion and being struck.
During their clash, he hadn't sensed any hostility from her, only the joy of a warrior or an Amazon drawn to a strong opponent.
"What a pity… looks like we can't keep fighting," the Amazon said, wiping the blood from her lips. Her voice carried a hint of regret, "To meet such a fine male… what a shame."
"[The Empress]?", Emiya asked, testing.
He wasn't certain of her identity, only guessing from her strength.
It might sound arrogant, but from all the intelligence Emiya had, at this point in time, only one Amazon could match him blow for blow, captain of the Hera Familia, Lv.9, [The Empress] Hippolyta.
"Was that a question?", The Amazon raised her brow with a faint smile, "You don't know who I am, mysterious man?"
Zeus and Hera Familia had lost to the [Evilus] eight years ago. If he were a newcomer rising during that period, it was understandable he might not know the [The Empress].
But how long had it been? And already someone strong enough to go toe-to-toe with her had appeared?
Even Alfia hadn't grown this quickly.
The Amazon straightened up and calmly said, "That's right. Though I'm now a stray dog, my title is still The Empress."
"The Empress?", Ryuu shouted in surprise.
The captain of Hera Familia, a beyond-imagination Lv.9 powerhouse.
'So… she survived the Black Dragon War?'
Emiya relaxed slightly and continued, "So, you're not here to rescue the Dis Sisters, then."
"How could I?", The Empress chuckled and shook her head, "I only came to check the noise on behalf of that nosy old woman. But then I met an interesting man, got excited... but ended up embarrassing myself."
She gave a self-deprecating laugh. Meanwhile, Vena, still kneeling nearby—shook more violently and buried her head lower.
'That man… actually made the The Empress cough blood?', Vena's heart surged with panic, cold sweat soaking her back.
Though they looked young, the sisters were older than the [Black and White Knights], only slightly younger than Riveria. Naturally, they knew the The Empress's reputation.
If Hera and Zeus Familia hadn't been annihilated in the Black Dragon War and forced to leave Orario, they, the Evilus, would never have dared to act up.
'So strong… whether it's sister or Hogni, compared to him, they're garbage,' She screamed in her heart, nearly consumed by fear, 'What do I do… I don't want to die...'
Vena nearly pressed her face to the ground, not daring to look at Emiya, fearing a single thought from him would erase her.
'Two at least Lv.7 combatants, yet I don't know them, and they don't know me,' The Empress looked up, "So who exactly are you people, and where did you come from?"
Emiya didn't directly answer. Instead, he asked, "Are there any Hera Familia survivors?"
"Hmm, while most died, a few of us remnants survived," the The Empress replied surprisingly obediently, "Counting me, probably four… no, five people. But I won't live much longer."
Emiya stared at her silently for a moment.
"What are you thinking, lovely man?", she asked.
"I'm thinking... can you be trusted? ...But then I thought, whether you can be trusted or not, some things must still be done," Emiya said.
As his words fell, he slowly raised his hand and projected a golden crown. It radiated dazzling brilliance, as if it were the noblest thing under heaven.
"I want to meet Goddess Hera," The Empress's eyes fell on the crown. Her previously resigned expression instantly sharpened.
"You're becoming more and more intriguing...", she murmured, "Come with me. I'll take you to her."
———
Meanwhile, at a hotel on the other side of the city.
"Hera, I'm back," A cute elven girl pushed open the door and entered the room.
"Where's the captain?", she asked.
Hera raised her head and gestured lightly for her to sit, "She went out for a bit, to check the commotion on the street. Thank you for your work. Did you find them?"
The elf nodded, took off her cloak, and casually draped it over the chair back, "I found Meteria-chan's child... but I didn't see Zeus."
"Wasn't that child being raised by Zeus?", Hera asked.
The elf replied, "No. He was adopted by a kind-hearted gardener. The family is ordinary, but he seems happy."
"Is that so...", Hera nodded softly, seeming thoughtful.
The elf noticed her expression and asked, confused, "What's wrong?"
Hera tapped the table with her fingers, then rubbed her temples, "Nothing. Just annoyed that bastard Zeus ran off again."
'That Zeus didn't raise Meteria's child... For the child's sake, staying away from that bastard is a blessing.'
Yet even so, Hera couldn't calm the irritation in her heart. A god's intuition made her feel particularly uneasy.
At that moment, Hera suddenly looked up. Her gaze pierced the window, staring at the distant end of the city.
"This is... my divine insight?"
