1) Do you prefer the story in 1st person or 3rd person limited?
2) Do you prefer the story in the present or past?
3) Would you prefer the beginning of the story to be about Peter as a teenager, close to gaining his Spider-Man powers, or Peter as a child, training for the big day of getting his powers?
4) Would you like Peter to have some access to witchcraft?
5) Controversial opinion: Would you like the characters to have personalities/origins from the comics, the MCU, or a mix of both? If you prefer both, which character do you want with a personality/origin from the MCU and which from the comics?
An example would be: in the comics, Natasha is crueler; she was born in 1928, doesn't have a sister, and has a hint of sadism. In the MCU, she's an older sister, kind but firm-willed, who loves and is willing to die for some of her coworkers. I can't deny that it seems interesting to work with a Natasha from the comics.
6) Do you prefer the story without a harem or with a harem? If it's a harem, a small or large harem? Will the harem love only Peter? Or will it be a polygamous relationship, with the two loving each other?
Honestly the only opinions I really care about are 1 and 2 but don't let that stop you from giving your opinion, I enjoy reading it, it might change my mind.
