"She is here," Azazel said as he walked into the room alongside Dr. Harry.
Lisa immediately turned toward them. Relief flickered across her face, though the worry that had settled there earlier had not completely disappeared.
"Please, my son, come forward and check on my dear," she urged, stepping aside to give him room.
Dr. Harry approached the bed, his gaze immediately settling on Julie's pale, motionless figure.
A faint frown pulled his brows together as he studied her for a moment.
"But what happened to her?" he asked.
He reached for Julie's hand and gently turned her wrist upward. His fingers settled against her pulse, remaining there as he watched her face with quiet concentration.
"She has been feeling down ever since Roman disappeared," Denovan explained, his voice carrying the seriousness of the situation.
"Then, suddenly, today she started vomiting and fainted."
Dr. Harry's expression tightened slightly.
