Looking at him shyly, Julie nodded her head. Roman hummed in response and took a deep breath. "You know, last night you were fantastic," Roman said, which caught Julie off guard, and her eyes widened.
"I was fantastic?" Julie asked, forgetting to blink over the compliment. "Yes, fighting you were," he confirmed, making her smile grow wider. However, her smile soon faltered as Roman added, "Thought you aren't that expert." Julie's shoulders collapsed in disappointment.
But before she could dwell on it, her eyes narrowed, thinking, 'How did he know I know how to fight in the first place?' Her eyes widened as she blurted out, "Is there CCTV footage?" Roman confirmed with a slow nod, his eyes fixed on her surprised face.
