Jace rubbed the side of his head as they walked back onto the bridge, the new skin still felt a bit raw. His eye and the part of his face that had melted off had been completely repaired. But now he was absolutely starving and he could feel his body slowly draining power from the ship everywhere he went. So as they walked back onto the bridge everything dimmed for a moment before Solisa likely automatically adjusted power, already realizing what was occurring.
"That is disturbing." Nila told him from his side. He looked over at her in confusion. "I mean watching the skin literally regrow, not to mention whatever the hell your eyeball did… inflate?"
