I looked out of the large windows in the historic castle. From up here, I could see over the entire hotel grounds, including the garden where the wedding ceremony was held.
Now, the high energy was replaced with the stillness and beauty of nature.
"What are you looking at so intently?" Christian asked as he placed a kiss on my neck.
My cheeks heated up from his kiss. "I'm just looking over the beautiful gardens. I'd say this garden rivals the one at the Moresi mansion."
Christian leaned over behind me and gazed out of the window with me. "Mmm, they are beautiful. This was a lovely venue."
His gentle words tickled my ear. I felt my body heat up and become more aware of his touch.
"It's no wonder they were booked out for over a year. It's thanks to you pulling the strings that we were able to get slotted in so early," I said, my face blushing.
"Anything for my wife."
