Chapter 12 - Title: The Birth of a Goddess

After the titanic battle ended, an oppressive calm settled over the battlefield. Absoria, victorious, gazed down at the lifeless body of Hells, the god of the underworld. As he savored his victory, his skill, Stellearte, whispered in his mind:

"Owner, absorb the power of the god of the underworld."

Intrigued, Absoria asked, "Why should I do that?"

Stellearte replied confidently, "By absorbing his essence, you will increase your power and gain authority over Hell. It will also allow you to leave this cursed place. Let me guide you. Place your hand on him and say the word: Nix."

Absoria, without further questions, followed the instructions. He placed his hand on Hells' corpse and uttered the word. A wave of energy coursed through his body as the essence of the god of hell merged with his own. He felt his divine power increase tenfold, new skills added to his arsenal, powers he had never dreamed of possessing.

A few days later, after resting and adapting to his new abilities, Absoria decided to visit his daughter, Maria. The girl had grown strong since her arrival in hell, but Absoria knew she could become much more.

"Maria, I need to talk to you about something important," he said in a serious voice.

Maria, always curious, replied, "What is it, Father?"

"I need to talk to you about something essential. I am going to alter your body to give you a divine body."

Surprised, Maria frowned. "Is that possible?" "

"Yes," Absoria replied confidently. "Come with me."

He created a portal of dark energy in front of them. Maria, although slightly frightened, asked, "What is it? "

"This is where it all begins for you. Step through and sit down. Close your eyes."

Maria did as her father asked, though a dull apprehension grew within her. Once she was seated with her eyes closed, Absoria began the transformation process. Maria felt intense, almost unbearable pain, as if every cell in her body was being rebuilt. Absoria, aware of the danger involved in this ritual, used his own blood, mixed with his divine energy, to strengthen his daughter's survival. He also transferred to her some of the authority he had just taken from Hells, the authority over hell.

When the process was finally complete, Maria emerged, transformed. Absoria looked at her with pride.

"A new goddess is born," he declared with a satisfied smile. "You will now be the goddess of destruction." "

Maria, still reeling from the transformation, looked down at her own body. Two magnificent black wings had spread out from her back, powerful and menacing. Feeling new energy coursing through her, she leapt into the air, twirling gracefully before returning to her father's side.

"Thank you, Father," she whispered, filled with gratitude and a new determination.

Meanwhile, in the heavens, the gods felt a deep unease. The death of Hells, the god of the underworld, had shaken the divine balance. The most important among them were in shock. But one remained unmoved: the god of light. He had already planned everything, for he knew how events would unfold.

The god of light watched Melia closely, a young woman in whom he had placed some of his power. He whispered to himself, full of hope: "May this girl be the heroine of this bloody legend, the one who will end this era of chaos.
