In the bedroom, Astrid and Amalia quickly fell asleep. Meanwhile, in the room just across the hall, separated by a single door, Lyra was far from calm.
Returning to her room, Lyra first lay on the bed to calm down. Once her ears weren't so hot, she changed out of her maid uniform into a light nightgown and got into bed, thinking she would fall asleep peacefully.

She also remembered how her legs had brushed against Astrid's waist underwater, creating faint ripples.
