Chapter 672 - Anime and Manga Blah Blah

(My mind are really tired so i just want to speak nonsense like this might delete it later)

i can't even believe this is happening—so many of you are actually eager when I just mention the Big 3 and anime.

At first, I only wanted to include anime and manga as side projects without diving too deeply. You probably noticed how I just casually mentioned them. But since plenty of you are excited for more anime and manga content, I'll probably add more. This novel might not only focus on games anymore; I may explore anime and manga as well.

Still, it's quite difficult because, unlike games, anime and especially manga require a long time to develop a proper story. So for now, I might only mention them occasionally. That said, I'll start adding anime and manga plot ideas to my notes so I don't forget them—up to now, I haven't been keeping track, lol.

And don't worry—I won't ruin the story of anime… well, except maybe occasionally with something like Naruto or Bleach. You'll see, I'm not a big fan of characters with too many privileges. Like Naruto, with his insane bloodline and unlimited chakra battery inside him. Or Ichigo, who somehow has half of every race in the universe in his blood (Human, Shinigami, Hollow, and Quincy—dude's a walking mash-up).

That's why I've always loved One Piece so much. I thought Luffy was just some random dude who ate a trash fruit. Even though he became strong, in the early days he wasn't overpowered. Welp… until it turned out his fruit was secretly OP. That part honestly disappointed me a little.

As one of my fav characters, Rock Lee, look at how he turned out. Might Guy is really cool, but I love Rock Lee so much. Unlike Guy, he can't do anything with chakra, and I always remember how amazing he was when he fought Kimimaro. But what has become of Rock Lee now? He's not even treated as a proper side character. I hate that, and I might change Naruto so at least Rock Lee becomes stronger than he actually was.

Also, I'm a huge Berserk fan, and I really like Guts as a character. He has no plot armor, yet he still kicks ass. Everything in Berserk seems hopeless, but somehow Guts keeps going even though he knows everything might be futile. Have any of you noticed the theme of Berserk? It includes a lot of unnecessary rape and graphic violence toward women, right? Well, let me tell you—these are stereotypes that, back in the day, Japanese audiences seemed to enjoy. They really loved watching women suffer unnecessarily. At first, it can mentally break you down, but over time it just feels old—at least for me. Look at how dated the Megami Tensei plot feels; it's similar, with that same unnecessary cruelty toward women, and yeah, I don't enjoy it at all. Try to imagine Berserk with less of that—it would still be great. I think the world of Berserk is already amazing.

And I love how JoJo only became popular worldwide much later. JoJo had always been popular back in japan, even back when I was in high school in the 90s. It was popular because the manga had insane quality, yet it was still released weekly (and the story itself was insane).

Anyway, I'm old as hell, so don't expect me to know the newer anime unless they're super popular. Even Marin was recommended to me by my wife—she loves the manga, so that's how I know about it. And now, whenever I try to watch new anime, I can't even last fifteen minutes before I fall asleep. Damn.

Oh with exception of Chainsawman it's insanity's i love it very much.

So yeah, I don't think it's possible for me to keep up with new anime right now(with few exceptions maybe). Maybe in the future, if I get a better job that doesn't exhaust me mentally, I might start watching again.

Anyway, cheers. Oh, and I might have messed up some timelines regarding anime and manga—but honestly, I don't really care, hehehe. Just wait and see.

thanks
