Hey guys!
I just want to give you guys an update—my shoulder has gotten worse. I thought forcing it to heal while still typing on the computer wouldn't make it any worse, but after visiting the orthopedic doctor, turns out it's pretty bad. The doctor advised me not to use or type with my injured shoulder at all! But hey, I can still type with one hand, so I'll try to update tomorrow, lol.
The real issue is with my work. When I had the accident, I took a sick leave, and my manager initially said I could take 2 days off. But I ended up taking 3 days before I really needed them. I thought, "What's the worst they could do? Maybe cut a day's salary?"—but oh man, I was wrong. They literally assigned me to a bunch of new projects. My shoulder's cracked, and they still expect me to work hahaha. Sigh if only resigned are so easy.
Anyway, this is just a bit of a rant. I'll probably be posting fewer chapters, especially during these three months—May, June, and July. In August, I might get a little breathing room like when I first started this novel.
I might still post 3 chapters a day occasionally, but expect more breaks like this one (probably one day a week but if worse case happen 2 days)
And to those of you on Patreon who might be disappointed by the reduced updates—I'm really sorry. I know you're supporting me and expecting lots of content, and I just can't keep up at the moment. It's totally fine if you want to unsubscribe, but I do hope you'll consider re-subscribing in the future XD
