At first, my heart broke for Brady when he realized that Evelyn,the she-wolf he had loved and worshipped had cheated on him. But over time, I began to see that Brady's discovery might actually be a blessing in disguise.
He had spent so many years stuck in a cycle of regret and longing. Finally realizing that Evelyn wasn't the she-wolf he thought she was could be a crucial step toward healing. Maybe now, he could start to let go.
Maybe it would even allow him to open his heart to other possibilities… and to other people.
Instead of trying to fill the Evelyn-shaped hole carved into his heart by years of guilt and self-loathing, maybe he could begin to appreciate the life and love that already surround him.
Maybe… it could lead him to Charlotte.
