~Logan's pov~
It's been a week since my mate moved in and she has improved significantly in training.
A few days ago my men came to report the activities of the underworld. They are getting close to locate her and she's not totally prepared.
If only I could alter her destiny, we will be able to live normal lives. Looking at my mate relentlessly fighting one of my men makes me feel a sense of pride.
She's a stunning beauty even when training. She's a fast learner and is already familiar with parts of her demon. I've taught her how to fight alongside her demon and she's doing quite well. Perhaps within three weeks she'll be fit and strong enough to fight me. Hahaha I can't wait.
During the last four rounds Darius had always ended up pointing his sword at my mate's neck. But she's showing no signs of giving up. She's really persistent.
"Again!" She said picking up her sword.
"Layla lets take a short break. Five minutes only."
