I'd forgotten about Helena's cleaning.
Before Helena moved into my apartment, I'd go to use the bathroom in the morning and find everything neatly arranged on the shelves. She'd have even scrubbed the sink clean of the toothpaste I spilled in it the night before.
The kitchen would be the same way. Counters wiped. Cream from our morning coffee wasn't just returned to the refrigerator; she would group everything in a way that made sense.
I'd never thought about where I stored things before.

In the bathroom, she'd move the mouthwash closer to the cup where I stored my toothbrush and toothpaste. The conditioner would find its way right beside the shampoo.
