The Command Center:
Usagi Tsukino (Sailor Moon) gasped, her eyes wide as she clutched her brooch close to her chest. "Ehhhhhh?! You mean that horrible, scary monster that wants to destroy everything... actually became friends with a little girl who makes people drop dead just by looking at her?!" Her voice cracked with shock then softened as her lips trembled. "That's... that's so sad but also so sweet at the same time..."
Tears welled up as she sniffled, "She must feel so lonely, right? If everyone around her just collapsed the second they see her... she probably thought she'd always be alone. But now she has someone who isn't afraid of her! Even if it's an evil monster, it's still... someone who won't leave her."
Ami Mizuno (Sailor Mercury) placed a hand in her chin, her calm tone laced with quiet fascination, "It's remarkable. SCP-053's anomalous effect is near-instant cardiac failure in anyone who interacts with her, yet SCP-682 not only resisted this... it showed no aggression at all." Her eyes gleamed with thought as she scrolled through her visor.
"This points toward an unusual resonance between their anomalous traits. It's not impossible they share a link, genetic, metaphysical, or otherwise. Some researchers even theorize they're related." She allowed herself the smallest smile and said, "Whatever the case, the fact they can coexist suggests SCP-682 is more complex than just 'a beast of hatred.'"
Rei Hino (Sailor Mars) folded her arms, her expression sharp and skeptical as she muttered, "Tch. I don't buy it so easily. That lizard despises all life, it's its nature. Why would it suddenly 'befriend' a child?" She tapped her finger against her arm, scowling at the sight, "...But If this little girl really does carry such a deadly curse, then maybe he... recognizes her pain." She sighed as she shook her head, "Even monsters can have a heart, I guess."
Makoto Kino (Sailor Jupiter) planted her hands firmly on her hips, her brow furrowed in thought as she said, "Y'know, it actually reminds me of seeing some scary, tough fighter suddenly taking care of a lost kid. Strange, yeah, but... kind of heartwarming too." She clenched her fist, a determined spark flashing in her eyes, "If he can show kindness to her of all people, then maybe there's a part of him that isn't all hatred. Maybe he's not completely bad after all."
Minako Aino (Sailor Venus) nearly squealed, her eyes glittering like stars as she leaned forward dramatically, "Oh my gosh, it's just like a tragic shojo manga!! The cursed girl who can't touch anyone... and the terrifying monster who hates everyone else... yet together, they find friendship!" She clasped her hands together dreamily, bouncing slightly in place, "Kawaii~! It's sad, it's beautiful, it's totally heartbreaking and adorable at the same time! Someone needs to make a manga about this!"
Haruka Tenoh (Sailor Uranus) leaned back in her chair looking sceptical at the screen, "Hmph. Or maybe it's just playing along. Waiting for the right moment. I wouldn't trust that thing, not for a second. Monsters don't just change their nature because of one kid. If anything, it might be using her."
Michiru Kaioh (Sailor Neptune) gave Haruka a soft look, her voice calm and serene as she rested her hands gracefully in her lap, "Haruka... perhaps you're right to be cautious. But still, for the girl, this bond means the world. Even if the monster's intentions are unclear, she's no longer alone. That alone is worth something."
{Smile Precure Universe}
Miyuki Hoshizora / Cure Happy gasped, her eyes sparkling with disbelief as she cupped her face with both hands, "Ehhhhhh?! That terrifying monster that wants to destroy everything... actually made friends with a little girl?!" Her voice wavered with shock, then softened into a tender smile despite her nerves, "Maybe... maybe even something that hates the whole world can still have a little kindness inside. That means there's hope, right? If even he can care about someone, then maybe nothing is completely beyond saving..."
Akane Hino / Cure Sunny frowned, folding her arms tightly as her brows furrowed, "Wait, wait, wait. So lemme get this straight-this giant lizard eats people alive, shrugs off acid, survives and hates literally everything... but it's just fine hanging out with a little girl whose curse kills anyone near her?"
She let out an exasperated groan, rubbing her forehead, "Talk about messed up! Still, I don't get it... is it because she's different like him? Or because her powers don't affect him?"
Yayoi Kise / Cure Peace had tears brimming in her eyes, her small hands trembling as she held them to her chest, "A little girl... who kills everyone just by being seen... that's so, so sad! She must've been so lonely, so scared...!" Her voice cracked as she sniffled, wiping at her eyes.
But suddenly her expression brightened, her hands clasping together tightly as she said, "B-but if she has a friend now, someone who isn't afraid of her then maybe she doesn't have to be alone anymore! Even if it's a scary monster like 682, it's still someone who chose to stay by her side!"
Nao Midorikawa / Cure March wore a serious expression as she frowned at the thought, "So this so-called 'immortal monster' that supposedly hates every living thing... chose not only to spare a child but to stay with her? That doesn't add up."
She narrowed her eyes in suspicion, then sighed, "But still... no kid deserves to suffer like that. If she's cursed to be alone, and he's the only one who won't leave her... then maybe she's not just his friend. Maybe she's his weakness." Her protective side shone through as she muttered, "And if that's true, I'd defend her too."
Reika Aoki / Cure Beauty was calm and composed, her hand lightly resting against her chin as she spoke, "The idea that SCP-682, SCP-999, and SCP-053 might share a connection is... fascinating. One embodies destruction, one pure joy, and one innocence tainted with tragedy, all linked in ways we cannot yet fully comprehend."
Her eyes softened, her voice tinged with empathy as she said, "If even such a merciless creature can show kindness to a child, then perhaps its hatred is not as absolute as it seems. Perhaps there are parts of its existence even we don't understand."
Candy tilted her head with a little "kuru~," her fluffy ears flopping as she blinked in confusion, "Kuru?! Big scary lizard... actually likes little girl? That's so strange, but Candy thinks it's kinda cute!"

Maple Tree:
Maple (Kaede Honjou) leaned so far forward she nearly fell over, her eyes wide with sparkling excitement, "Wait, wait, wait, so the giant scary monster that hates EVERYTHING... actually made friends with a little girl?!"
She pressed her hands to her cheeks, practically squealing as she exclaimed, "That's... that's so cute! Like, really cute! Imagine if the Devs made a raid boss like SCP-682, but it only calms down if you bring a special NPC along! That would be so awesome!"
Sally (Risa Shiramine) groaned, rubbing her temple with a deadpan expression, "Maple, it's not cute. That little girl literally kills anyone who looks at her." She gestured sharply at the screen, "And then you've got this, the indestructible lizard who just... decides to hang out with her? Like it's a playdate?"
She sighed deeply, muttering under her breath, "...And if 682, 999, and 053 are all somehow related, I don't even wanna know who the parents are."
"A cursed child whose very presence brings death... and a monster that embodies hatred of life... forming a bond together. That sounds like something ripped straight out of a dark fantasy novel." Kasumi said in a serious tone, before her expression softened slightly, though her eyes remained focused, "Still, for such a lonely child to finally have a friend, even if it's a creature feared by the world, that's strangely... touching."
Kanade's eyes lit up as her "nerd mode" fully activated, "If the theories are true that 682, 999, and 053 are related, it makes perfect sense! One represents destruction, another pure joy, and the last tragic innocence. Like three branches of the same tree! Ohh, I'd love to test how their abilities interact!"
Kuromu arched a brow, smirking as he crossed his arms, "Leave it to Maple to call the world's scariest lizard and a cursed child 'cute.' " He let out a low chuckle, shaking his head, "But honestly... I gotta admit, there's something weirdly wholesome about it. If she can keep the monster calm, then maybe, just maybe, the world's a little safer because of her."
Iz tapped her chin, her expression thoughtful and calculating, "The Foundation must've been utterly baffled. A creature designed to annihilate all life showing restraint and even companionship?"
Her eyes narrowed slightly, intrigued by the strange relationship, "That doesn't make sense, it probably means that there's something deeper about its true nature that no one has uncovered yet. Maybe 682 isn't as straightforward as it appears."
Mai & Yui clasped each other's hands, their eyes sparkling with energy, "Awwwww! The giant scary lizard really does have a soft side!"
"Yeah! And if he's protecting her, then maybe he's not just a monster after all!"

SCP-053 Containment Cell:
SCP-053 tilted her head to the side, clutching a small, stuffed bunny against her chest. Her wide eyes blinked with soft curiosity as she listened, the faintest sparkle of wonder lighting her expression, "...They're... talking about me and Mr. Lizard?"
A tiny giggle escaped her, completely unaware of the quiet dread her very presence inspired, "He's nice to me," She said with a shy little smile, her legs swinging back and forth beneath a chair, "He never tries to hurt me." Her small fingers tightened around the stuffed toy as she added softly, "When he visits, we play games. Sometimes we draw together... he even lets me draw little flowers and stars on his scales." She giggled again, the sound bright and disarmingly cheerful.
Her gaze wandered upward as the adults' words mentioned something about them being related to each other, "Related?" She repeated, twirling a loose strand of hair around her finger, "Like... brothers and sisters? I don't... I don't really know."
Then, with a small shrug, her face lit up with a warm smile and said,
"But I think... we're friends. And that's enough!"
["So where did this thing actually come from?" Boomstick commented.]
["That... is a complicated question, but I'll gladly answer that." Wiz said.]
["Ooh boy." Boomstick rolled his eyes.]
["SCP-682, in actuality is an aspect of a concept. SCP-682 is really a small part of a much larger metaphysical entity." Wiz revealed, much to everyone's surprise.]
["Oh?" Boomstick raised an eyebrow.]
["Imagine a circle, this circle is the infosphere. The sum of everything that anything can ever possibly think of. The infosphere is a higher dimension WAY beyond any mortals could hope to comprehend, infinitely so in fact. They are not dimensions in the sense of universes but spatial axis, imagine that you have no widths or length or height, now imagine missing an infinite number of those compared to the infosphere." Wiz explained.]
["Uhh..." Boomstick was confused as to what he was saying.]
["Now within the infosphere is a smaller circle called the Noosphere, which is the sum of what humanity specifically can think of and perceive." Wiz explained.]
["Okay?" Boomstick said in confusion.]
["Living in the infosphere is a mass entity known as SCP-6820-A. An infinitely spanning concept, the concept of life and death. Wiz revealed as the screen shows a picture of SCP-6820-A, "The very abstract of what it means to be alive and what it means to be dead, given in a metaphysical form. A small part of SCP-6820-A sticks into the Noosphere, meaning humanity can perceive that small part, THAT is SCP-682."]
["What?!" Boomstick shouted in shock.]
Everyone had their jaws dropped and eyes almost popped out of their eye sockets as they heard this information. This whole time... this whole time that the unkillable reptile was actually an avatar of an even dangerous reptile, this makes people who thought Doomsday was the bigger threat changed their minds as they now considered SCP-682 to be the bigger threat and they now know who is going to win in today's Death Battle.
{DC Universe}
Watchtower:
The Watchtower's main briefing room fell into a tense silence as Wiz's words echoed across the speakers.
Superman's eyes widened, the usual unwavering confidence in his face as he tried to grasp the concept that is SCP-6820-A, "...An aspect of a concept? W-what even is that creature? And SCP-682 is just its avatar?" His hand slowly clenched into a fist, knuckles creaking against his own strength, "If that's true... how do you even fight something that isn't fully real?"
Batman's jaw tightened beneath the cowl, his mind already racing through possibilities, "Infosphere. Noosphere. A higher dimension infinitely beyond our comprehension..."
He muttered the words like pieces of a puzzle he desperately wanted to solve but knew he couldn't, "Physical combat is meaningless against it. Even containment would require...technology that doesn't exist."
Wonder Woman eyes widened in shock as she spoke in a grave voice,
"A being that is life and death, existing beyond mortal perception... if only a fraction of its essence manifests in our world, and that fraction alone is already so destructive then we could never hope to confront its true form."
The Flash nearly tripped over his own chair as he bolted upright, his words spilling out in a panicked blur, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on. So you're telling me that THAT is the true form of SCP-682?! Okay, I'm calling it, Doomsday's gonna lose against that thing!"
Cyborg's systems whirred as he analyzed the broadcast. His glowing eye flickered as streams of data scrolled across his interface, "Even my Mother Box can't get a read on anything past the Noosphere.
This thing's existence breaks every computational model I've got."
His voice dropped to a low, uneasy tone, "If what they're describing is accurate, there's no stopping that thing from escaping from the Infosphere and killing us all."
Martian Manhunter's crimson eyes darkened with quiet dread as his telepathic senses reached for something, anything, beyond the description, "...I sense... nothing. I can't sense its thoughts. If humanity's perception defines the fragment we call SCP-682... Perhaps understanding it too deeply risks inviting the larger entity."
Aquaman gritted his teeth, his usual confidence giving way to grim resignation, "So let me get this straight. That little lizard is just... a piece of a thing that defines life and death itself?" His grip tightened on his trident, "Great. And here I thought Darkseid was our biggest headache."
Superman looked around at his team, his usual resolve shadowed by the enormity of the revelation, "If SCP-682 is just the tip of this... we may be dealing with something even we can't stop."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
The briefing chamber fell into a heavy, almost suffocating silence as the monitor flickered with the image of SCP-6820-A. Every senior researcher in the room felt the weight of it, a wordless pressure that seemed to sink into their bones.
Dr. Bright pinched the bridge of his nose, his usually irreverent grin nowhere to be seen, "Ah... damn it," He muttered with a sharp exhale, the glow of the screen reflecting off his eyes, "I should've known this day would come. Of course 6820-A would show up eventually."
A chair scraped sharply against the floor as Dr. Clef shot to his feet, his voice exploding across the room, "WHAT THE HELL, BRIGHT?!" He barked, jabbing a finger towards the immortal scientist and his voice cracked with genuine anger, "You knew about that thing?!"
Bright didn't even flinch. Instead, he turned his head toward Clef and said, "Yes, Clef. I knew. And before you start foaming at the mouth, it wasn't my choice. Both Gears and I were personally instructed by the O5 Council to keep the existence of SCP-6820-A classified at the highest possible level. Not just from you. From everyone."
The room erupted in murmurs and half-whispered curses as Dr. Gears adjusted his glasses and sighed, "Bright is correct. I was also informed." He admitted, his tone devoid of emotion as he continued, "My initial hypothesis, that SCP-682 itself was merely a fragment of a far greater entity lacked sufficient data. But now, with this confirmation... that connection is undeniable."
His eyes narrowed behind the lenses, a rare hint of unease flickering in his otherwise mechanical expression, "SCP-6820-A must be reclassified... at minimum... to Apollyon."
A few junior researchers paled visibly at that last word. Even hardened agents shifted uncomfortably, they all know what appolyon means. The only other example of appolyon is the Broken Sun.
Dr. Kondraki let out a low whistle and leaned back in his chair with an exaggerated shrug, "Fantastic. I suppose next week's test proposal can just read 'shoot SCP-6820-A in the face and hope it sticks.' "
He smirked, but there was no humor in his eyes.
SCP-682 Containment Site:
The containment chamber grew deathly still, as red warning lights pulsed faintly against the steel walls, bathing everything in a dull crimson glow as the broadcast continued to flicker across the reinforced monitors and finally, SCP-682 eyes snapped open.
The biohazard alarms hummed faintly. Every guard instinctively tightened their grip on their weapons, though they all knew it was useless. The lizard's head tilted, its jagged maw curling into something that was neither a snarl nor a smile.
A sound emerged from deep within its throat: a guttural, rasping exhale that almost resembled a laugh.
"Hhhhhh... finally..."
The creature's eyes narrowed to slits, glowing with that hateful intelligence as it turned its gaze toward the nearest camera, as if it was looking directly into every human watching it.
"So... you finally learned... you humans finally discovered who I am. A fragment of who I truly am."
It tilted its massive head ever so slightly, the faintest ripple of amusement breaking through its cold malice.
"I am not merely this flesh. This shell, this meat, this... thing you call '682'... "
The monster's tail lashed once against the chamber wall with a thunderous CRACK, spiderwebbing the supposedly unbreakable glass.
"... is but the portion your tiny minds can comprehend."
It let out a low, vibrating hiss, the sound rattling the reinforced glass.
"This tank is a coffin you built for yourselves... not for me."
["SCP-682 is the physical presence that SCP-6820-A has in his three-dimensional space, one of the manifestations of the other, the same but also different. Think of it like the New Testament Holy Trinity sort of deal." Wiz simplified.]
["Gotcha? I think?" Boomstick said with uncertainty.]
["Make no mistake, the likelihood of SCP-6820-A actually manifesting itself in the physical world is next to nothing, it's so far beyond the scope of reality you'd REALLY have to try to break reality to get it's attention." Wiz informed them.]
["But if you do?" Boomstick asked]
["Then you better hope it's not in a bad mood because it's able to do whatever it pleases in the physical world." Wiz said simply.]
{Gurren Lagann Universe}
Team Dai-Gurren's Mobile Base:
Simon's grip tightened on the Core Drill until the metal hummed in his hands, "...So this SCP-6820-A isn't just some monster, it's something that exists beyond the universe? Something so far above reality that even bringing it here is like... begging for the end?"
He pauses then slammed his fist against the drill and declared, "Even if it's that far out of reach... if it threatens our world, we'll just have to drill through to where it is!"
Yoko planted both boots, shouldering her rifle and gave Simon an incredulous look, "Hold on, Simon. You're saying there's something out there that can ignore physics, gods, everything... and it's basically impossible to summon? And you want to fight it?! It's a suicide mission! You'll die!"
Viral bared his teeth in a snarl, his eyes glittering with a savage sort of respect, "A being so far beyond comprehension it can only be compared to a god... Hmph. Even the Spiral King never claimed that kind of power. To challenge it would be madness... which is exactly why I know you humans will try."
"A manifestation beyond three-dimensional parameters... a Trinity-like superstructure... Ohhh, this is deliciously impossible! I'd love to analyze it... from a very, very safe distance, of course!" Leeron looked at the screen with a manic glee in his eyes.
Boota lets out a worried "Boo!" while burrowing into Simon's scarf, clearly NOT volunteering for any science experiments.
Kittan cracked a reckless grin and thumped his palm into his fist, the thrill of battle lighting his eyes, "Heh. Beyond reality? Able to do whatever it wants if you tick it off? Sounds like the kinda bastard we'd end up punching anyway. Just point me at it!"
"To exist beyond creation itself... yet still choose to manifest as something we can perceive. It must be so dangerous that it cannot share the same space as us. That thought alone is terrifying." Nia looked at the screen with a contemplative look on her face.
Simon raised the Core Drill until it caught the light, his voice filled with resolve as he declared, "Fine. Call it impossible. Call it suicide. But I'm not going to stand by while something like that decides if our world lives or dies, if it tries to decide our fate, then we'll just drill past dimensions, until we reach it and show it that our will is stronger!"
{Overlord Universe}
Tomb of Nazarick:
Ainz Ooal Gown crimson eyes flare brighter behind the black depths of his hood, his fingers steepled in thought, "...A manifestation beyond the boundaries of reality itself... even greater than the gods of YGGDRASIL or the World Class Items? ...Interesting."
His skeletal jaw tilted slightly, considering multiple possibilities and said, "If it truly cannot be contained or destroyed, then the only sensible strategy is not confrontation, but avoidance. "Even I must that I cannot be certain of my strength to confront SCP-682 or SCP-6820-A, it is best not to provoke either."
Albedo's golden eyes gleamed dangerously, her lips curled into a smile that was both adoring and predatory as she said, "If such a being ever dares to threaten you, Ainz-sama... we will find a way to destroy it. Even an 'impossible' god will kneel before your greatness."
Shalltear Bloodfallen's crimson eyes widened in perverse delight before a dark giggle slipped past her fangs, "Ufufu... a creature that can do anything if it appears? How absolutely thrilling! Should it dare to oppose Ainz-sama, I will tear through dimensions themselves to spill its blood... if it even has blood."
Demiurge adjusted his glasses with a single clawed finger, a devilish smile spreading across his sharp features, "How fascinating. A being whose mere attention requires tremendous effort. Ainz-sama, I humbly suggest that we should keep an eye on it, SCP-682 is already troublesome enough; if you were to actively pursue this SCP-6820-A, even Nazarick may not survive the confrontation should it deign to notice us."
Aura Bella Fiora forced a nervous grin as she put her hands behind her head, "So, uh... we're talking about something way stronger than even the Dragon Lords, right? That's... cool, I guess, but...yeah, let's NOT poke it with a stick."
Beside her, Mare Bello Fiore clutched his staff tighter, his voice trembling despite his effort to stay composed, "M-Maybe... maybe we should just leave it alone...? I-I don't think even Ainz-sama's magic could stop something that can do anything..."
Cocytus bows his massive head in solemn respect and said, "A foe. that transcends. existence. itself. Strategy: do. not. engage. unless. ordered. by. Ainz-sama."
Sebas Tian stood with his usual stoic grace but even he is cautious of the currently biggest threat to Nazarick, "If its manifestation is rare, the best defense is preparation. Ainz-sama, shall I organize evacuation protocols and contingency plans in the event it notices us?"
The air inside the throne room grew heavy as all eyes turned to the Sorcerer King who sighed and said, "I think it's best that we should leave it alone, Wiz has informed us that it remains primarily within the Noosphere, and SCP-682 itself resides in a universe far from our own. For now, there is no reason to draw its gaze. Instead, we will prioritize strengthening Nazarick's defenses. Should it ever notice us... we will be ready."
The Guardians and Sebas bowed in perfect unison, their voices a single thunderous response, "Yes Ainz-sama!"
["So the big lizard is actually an avatar of an even bigger lizard?" Boomstick asked again.]
["Correct, and while SCP-682 can be physically interacted with no problem, you need some way of transending spatial dimension to confront SCP-6820-A itself." Wiz explained.]
["Wiz, I'm not gonna lie I feel like we've lost the plot of it." Boomstick said in a dumbfounded tone.]
["Was there ever a plot to begin with? The SCP Foundation got the same SCP-6820-A under lock and key, that may only be a decoy though." Wiz added.]
["But if that's the decoy? What's the reality it's covering?" Boomstick asked.]
["Who knows, maybe it's not a decoy. But you can count on the SCP Foundation to secure SCP-682, contain it and protect you... can't you." Wiz said ominously.]
[SCP-682 roared loudly, it's guttural roar echoed the containment site as it glared hatefully and the observation deck.]
["You... wretched... conniving... ignorant... deceptive...apes...! You've brought this on yourselves...!"]
[With that, SCP-682 opened it's jaws and slammed itself against the concrete wall, breaking out of the containment site as alarms soon blared out.]
Across the entire Omniverse, a heavy silence settled like a suffocating shroud. From the loftiest gods and cosmic titans to the smallest mortal spectators, no one spoke.
Every eye remained locked on the flickering broadcast, their minds struggling to process the scope of what they had just witnessed.
Unlike Doomsday, who rampaged as a mindless creature that killed without reason or thought... SCP-682 was something infinitely worse.
The reptile did not kill because of instinct. It murdered because it chose to because he really HATES all life.
And now, with the revelation that this so-called "Hard-to-Destroy Reptile" was merely the avatar of an even greater, more unspeakable entity dwelling beyond their reality, the tension in the air twisted into raw, undeniable fear.
One by one, across the Omniverse, minds shifted as they changed their votes to SCP-682 winning the fight.
["Alright, the combatants are set. We've run the data through all possibilities." Wiz said]
["IT'S TIME FOR A DEATH BATTLEEE!!!" Boomstick yelled.]
A heavy, unsettling silence fell across the Omniverse. For the first time since this chaotic spectacle began, not a single soul dared to speak. How could they possibly choose between two such abominations of nature?
No one felt comfortable choosing a side. How could they? Who in their right mind would want either of these creatures to exist, let alone win?
But most of them seem to lean towards SCP-682 because it has an alternate form of SCP-6820-A and he doesn't seem to have any weaknesses unlike Doomsday who's only weakness is entropy.
And the fact that both creatures shared one trait above all else, a merciless and deeply personal hatred for all life made this matchup all the more horrifying.
Still, they couldn't help but wonder whether or not there's going to be a winner or not since they're both immortal and can't die.
Whatever the case is, they were all about to witness the most destructive, terrifying, and possibly endless clash in the history of Death Battle.
{DC Universe}
Uninhabited Planet:
On a desolate, dead world at the far edge of a galaxy, the airless silence was broken only by the faint tremors of a lone figure's presence. Jagged mountains of stone and lifeless sand stretched endlessly beneath the black sky. There was no wind, no sound of life, only the low, ominous crack of the planet's crust straining beneath the weight of an unstoppable force.
Doomsday stood motionless at the center of a shattered plateau, his massive frame outlined by the pale glow of a holographic screen that flickered in the vacuum above him. The image displayed his opponent, a reptilian silhouette that radiated pure hostility.
The monster's crimson eyes burned as he stared at the projection. His clawed hands curled into fists, as bone spurs scraped against one another. The jagged plates of his body shifted as if anticipating the violence to come.
He knows that it was going to fight against an opponent, an opponent stronger than Superman, with similar abilities to itself.
However that did not deterred it, a guttural growl rumbled deep in his chest, reverberating across the barren wasteland. He tilted his head back and let out a roar that shook the planet to its core.
Whether this "unkillable lizard" was immortal, invincible, or something even greater, Doomsday did not care. To him, it was simple. There was no such thing as an unbeatable enemy.
He slammed a spiked fist into the cracked earth, sending a shockwave that split the crust beneath his feet. His glowing eyes flared brighter and his entire body radiating the raw promise of annihilation.
"Kill... you..."

SCP-682 Containment Site:
The reinforced chamber vibrated with a low, grating cackle as SCP-682's jagged maw split into a wide, predatory grin, its venomous eyes glinting with cruel amusement as it stared at the holographic projection of its would-be opponent.
"Hehhhhh... pathetic. You stupid, fragile humans... you really believe that some overgrown science experiment could even touch me? That this... Doomsday... could stand against me?"
It tilted its massive head, the ridges along its skull scraping faintly against the reinforced containment glass. If it weren't so entertained by the spectacle, the creature knew exactly what it would be doing right now, tearing through its tank, and painting the soil of some unfortunate village red with the remnants of those foolish enough to exist within its reach.
"No matter..." The beast hissed, its eyes narrowing into hateful slits, "I will enjoy this. I will savor every second as that mindless abomination learns what true evolution is. I will break him. Rip him apart and my make him beg for death he will never receive."

[INT. SCP FOUNDATION - CONTAINMENT SECTOR-██ - CELL BLOCK FOR SCP-682]
[The scene opens with SCP-682 submerged in acid, motionless within its containment chamber. From down the hall, footsteps methodically plod towards the chamber.]
[Flanked by a squad of SCP Foundation security personnel, a reinforced gurney is wheeled down the corridor.]
[Strapped to this gurney is a bound and restrained Doomsday, who was encased in a specialized green containment suit.]
[The cell door opens and a voice of a scientist could be heard, "All right, log entry #17, this is Dr Jack, overseeing termination attempt No. 1992 of SCP-682. Test subject is a currently undesignated entity referred to as Doomsd-"]
[Gunfire suddenly erupted in the corridor as Doomsday has torn free of the gurney. In an instant, the security team is annihilated. Their mangled bodies hit the floor as Doomsday roared.]
["Emergency! Red alert! Put the facility on lockdown!" Dr. Jack's cry is cut short as Doomsday grabs the doctor's head in one massive hand and crushes it, blood spraying across the observation glass and dripping into the acid below.]
[Doomsday gives a faint smirk as SCP-682 rises from the liquid.]
["You brute... such simple-minded idiocy... you disgust me." SCP-682 growled as it stepped forward, its claws scraping against the floor as alarms blared in the distance.]
[Doomsday responds with a low, guttural growl.]
["You are not the first attempt these fools made on my life..." SCP-682 continued coldly, "And you will not be the last."]

The Watchtower's main observation deck was awash in the cold glow of the broadcast, and everyone's eyes locked on the looming confrontation.
"...And so it begins. I want to know how they even managed to capture Doomsday in the first place, even if it's only temporary." Batman frowned as he stared at the screen.
"I think it's just a common routine to them, considering that they did managed to contain dozens of SCPs, well excluding SCP-682 that is." Flash leaned back in his chair with a half-hearted shrug, "Somehow, I doubt anyone could keep that thing in a box for long."
"Routine or not, we should watch carefully. This fight may reveal more than just their abilities, it may offer insight into how either of them might behave if SCP-682 were ever to arrive in our universe." Wonder Woman informed them.
Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) grimaced, "Yeah, that's good at all but ... did anyone else catch the part where 682 basically said Doomsday is just the latest thing people have thrown at it? Like... the latest. How many 'termination attempts' are we talking about here?"
Cyborg scanning multiple feeds, voice uneasy, "The log entry says this was number 1992. That's not a typo. They've tried almost two thousand times to kill this thing and it's still standing."
"If it truly adapts every time it's attacked... then this 'fight' could create something even worse than either of them." Superman said in a grim tone.

Dr. Iceberg slowly removed his glasses to pinch the bridge of his nose before slipping them back on, "...That is a simulation?" He let out a sharp, weary exhale, "Because if that's even remotely close to reality, we have officially run out of ideas on how to terminate SCP-682."
Dr. Clef leaned against the wall with his arms crossed and said with a deadpanned tone, "Let me get this straight, someone thought it was clever to put Doomsday, a creature that killed Superman, in the same cell as 682. A mindless killing machine meets the one thing we already can't kill." He gave a slow, incredulous shake of his head, "Brilliant. Absolutely brilliant. I'd almost applaud if I weren't so busy imagining the casualty reports."
Dr. Bright reclined in his chair with a theatrical sigh with his hands laced behind his head, "I mean... I've signed off on some stupid cross-tests, but not even I would pair up with two unkillable, adaptable monsters who would kill everything on sight."
"The MTF Team didn't even make it ten seconds. Doomsday shredded the reinforced restraints like paper and neutralized security in... three point two seconds. And 682 treated it like a mild inconvenience." Dr Iceberg tapped the side of the console, his eyes fixed on the screen.
Dr. Glass dragged a hand down his face and let out a long, frustrated sigh, "If Doomsday ever appeared in our universe, we keep them as far apart as possible. Not just to save the Foundation a few billion dollars in broken walls and ruined cities... but to save every single life that would get caught between them."
[With a thunderous roar, Doomsday lunged, hurling himself into the acid chamber with an earth-shaking splash.]
[SCP-682 reacted instantly, sinking its jagged teeth into Doomsday's leg but the monster barely flinched. Instead, Doomsday seized SCP-682 with both arms and ripped the reptilian beast in half, spilling it's guts into the acid below.]
[Doomsday drops the halves, but only a moment after hitting the surface, SCP-682's mangled form began stitching itself back together, tendons reknitting and bone fusing in moments.]
["Pathetic..." SCP-682 snarled as its maw opened wide, unleashing as a crackling beam of yellow radioactive energy. The blast struck Doomsday head-on, sending him flying backwards and crashing through the cell wall,]
[But Doomsday didn't fall as he remained standing even after being shoved through the wall and having his suit shredded off of him.]
[Then, with a guttural howl, Doomsday exhaled a stream of fire, and SCP-682 reacted swiftly, forming a protective helium-based shell to absorb the flames.]
[As the smoke cleared, Doomsday closed the distance in a blur, barreling down the hall as he slammed into 682 and wrapped his arms around him.]
[SCP-682 let out a defiant roar, thrashing violently but failed to escape as Doomsday proceeded to drag the reptile down the corridor and plowed him through wall after wall, pulverizing reinforced steel and concrete.]
[With a final crash, the two monsters burst through the facility's outer structure and emerged out into the desert, spilling onto the sand in a burst of rushing acid and gore.]
[SCP-682 once again pulls itself together, shaking its head in disgust.]
["You are weak... You are insect... You are nothing... You are..."]
[He was abruptly cut off as Doomsday lunged forward, grabbing SCP-682 by the jaw and crushing it in his grip.]
["Doom..."]
{DC Universe}
"Containment failed in under a minute. They tore through the wall like cardboard. If either of them reaches a populated area, global casualties are inevitable." Batman's eyes narrowed at the sight.
Cyborg's systems whirred frantically as he parsed the incoming data, "Check this out, 682 just regenerated after being ripped in half and plowed through like ten meters of reinforced steel. And Doomsday's adapting on the fly. Every second they fight, their combat data spikes off the charts. They're... learning from each other."
"... Fuck, if they actually do learn from each other, then they will cause massive destruction and civilian casualties will skyrocket through the roof." Green Lantern's ring sparked with an angry emerald flare as Hal Jordan slammed a fist into his palm.
Aquaman stood near the viewport as he watched the simulation of two unstoppable forces colliding across the desert, "And neither of them will stop. Not until the other is gone... or until there's nothing left of the world to fight over."
Superman remained perfectly still, but the tension in his frame was unmistakable, "Then we can't just watch. Simulation or not, if this ever happens for real. Then we have to do something to stop them. No matter what it takes."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
A low, uneasy murmur rippled through the assembled Security Chiefs and MTF leaders like a slow-moving shockwave. Some huddled together and exchanged frantic theories about countermeasures that would never work while others sat frozen in grim silence.
The tense quiet shattered as Dr. Bright suddenly slammed his fist onto the briefing table with a sharp crack, "Oh for the love of... ARE YOU SEEING THIS?!" His wild eyes darted between the monitors as he threw his arms wide in disbelief, "He ripped 682 in half! In HALF! And Doomsday barely even blinked!"
Dr. Clef calmly tapped a cigarette from its pack and lit it with a flick, and exhaled a thin stream of smoke before muttering in a flat, sardonic tone, "Yeah. I can only imagine the amount of destruction those two walking extinction events are gonna cause... and judging by this simulation, it doesn't look like either of them plans to stop anytime soon."
Beside him, Dr. Gears adjusted his glasses and said in a flat tone, "Analysis: Doomsday demonstrates adaptive resistance on par with, or exceeding SCP-682. SCP- 682's helium-shell defense and regenerative capacity failed to secure advantage. Probability of neutralization: effectively zero."
In another site location, Dr. Collingwood covered her mouth in horror at the brutality displayed, "Oh-oh my god... he just crushed 682's jaws effortlessly."
Agent Lawrence, standing beside her, offered a small, steadying pat on the back, "Easy there, Doc. It's just a simulation. You've handled worse on the job... right?"
Collingwood gave a shaky nod, though her wide eyes never left the carnage unfolding onscreen.
Meanwhile, Agent Carson leaned his head on his hand, completely unfazed as he passed around a bucket of popcorn,"Well whether it's a simulation or not, might as well enjoy the show. If nothing else, it's a damn good way to gauge exactly what Doomsday brings to the table."
Dr. Buck sighed heavily, rubbing at the bridge of her nose, "I've got a bad feeling about this. There's no way SCP-682 is going down that easy. If anything, this fight's only just getting started... and when it does, we're all going to wish it hadn't."
[Doomsday slammed SCP-682 into the ground, unleashing a relentless barrage of brutal punches. Each blow drove them deeper and deeper into the Earth's crust, the sheer force carving a tunnel of destruction as they descended at increasing speed.]
[With a deafening explosion, a column of molten rock and debris erupted, as the two monsters broke through into the planet's mantle, nearing its very core.]
[Doomsday struck again, his fist cratering into 682's skull with enough power to crumble mountains. But the reptilian terror refused to die, its body continuously knitting itself back together, even in the heart of the planet.]
[Suddenly SCP-682 swings one of its claws up, and actually catching a punch and holding it for a moment.]
["Insolent worm..." SCP-682 growled through clenched fangs.]
["Kill... you..." Doomsday snarled in his harsh, gravelly voice.]
[Doomsday roared and overpowered SCP-682, driving one of his bone claws into SCP-682's forehead.]
[SCP-682 shrieked in agony as spiked bone protrusions began erupting from his flesh.]
[SCP-682's vision begins to cloud as he was beginning to be succumbed to the effects of the Doomsday Virus.]
["You... too Doom..." Doomsday hissed.]
["I shall do no such thing... I have already evolved BEYOND IT!" Doomsday's words spark something in SCP-682, who's eyes flared open as he breaks free of the mind control.]
[Empowered by his transformation, SCP-682 once lunged forward and sank his teeth into Doomsday's leg, ripping it clean off in a spray of black ichor and bone.]
[Doomsday cried out, but a moment later the leg regenerated.]
[Snarling, Doomsday grabbed SCP-682 by the throat and hurled him upwards, sending the reptile crashing through the cavern ceiling and launching him back toward the surface and Doomsday following behind him.]
[In Metropolis, the streets shattered in a deafening explosion as SCP-682 burst from underground, sending debris flying. A moment later, Doomsday erupted after him, his arrival fracturing the pavement and igniting a fresh wave of chaos.]
[Civilians screamed and scattered, fleeing in panic as the two monsters towered over them.]
{DC Universe}
For a split second Superman forgot that it was only a simulation before his eyes widened the moment he recognized the skyline below, "Oh crap, the civilians!!" He blurted, taking a step toward the display.
A cold ripple of unease brushed across the room as Martian Manhunter closed his crimson eyes and said, "I can feel their aggression even from here. Neither truly wants to win. They only wish to destroy... until nothing remains."
"By the gods..." Wonder Woman muttered in horror, her face hardening as the streets filled with panicked civilians, "Those people are going to get killed, and those monsters don't even care."
Aquaman's jaw tightened, his grip tightened around his trident as he stared at the chaos on the screen, "Even the full might of Atlantis wouldn't slow them," He admitted, "At best... at best we'd serve as a momentary distraction before they burned the oceans dry."
Data feeds spiked red across the console as Batman scanned the incoming telemetry, "They broke through the Earth's mantle and SCP-682 has already resisted the Doomsday Virus and adapted to it instantly."
The Dark Knight's head turned sharply toward Superman and said,
"If we don't find a way to stop them now... it won't just be Metropolis at stake. We could lose the entire planet."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
Dr. Bright practically launched out of his chair, his pendant swinging wildly as he flung both arms toward the monitor, "HOLY SHIT! THEY JUST PUNCHED THROUGH THE MANTLE!! You know how many nukes it takes to even scratch the upper crust?! And those two are still going at it and trading haymakers like it's a sparring match!!!"
Dr. Clef drew in a sharp drag from his cigarette, the ember flaring in the dim light as he stared at the seismic graphs crawling across the screens, "Remind me again why we keep trying to contain 682 instead of just... I dunno, shoving it into the sun?" He exhaled a plume of smoke and muttered darkly, "Oh, right. Because the sun probably isn't hot enough to kill the damn thing."
Dr. Kondraki shoved his chair back hard enough to screech across the floor, pacing like a caged animal, "Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. Now the civilians are getting involved as well, knowing those two they would not likely destroy the entire city before our MTF Teams could reach there." He snapped, running a hand through his hair, "If this were real, there isn't enough amnestics in the world to cover this up."
At the center console, Dr. Gears remained perfectly composed, his fingers gliding over a keyboard as raw data streamed down the screens in a cascade of red warnings, "Seismic activity is escalating beyond previously modeled extinction parameters," He said evenly, though the faint tightening around his eyes betrayed the weight of his words, "At current energy output, structural integrity of the planet's crust will begin irreversible degradation within approximately twelve hours if engagement persists."
He paused only long enough to adjust his glasses before adding,
"Recommendation: immediate consideration of ZK-Class Reality Restructuring Protocols."
The room froze in dead silence.
Iceberg's normally calm expression was pale as he stared at Dr. Gears, "ZK Protocols? You mean the ones that rewrite reality as a last resort?" He shook his head with disbelief, "Even if we triggered them, SCP-682 would just... adapt. And Doomsday would learn to adapt right alongside it."
[Doomsday paused for a moment but instead of a single opponent, he was met with dozens of SCP-682s, surrounding him in all directions.]
[Doomsday merely laughs as he slammed his palms together, generating a shockwave so powerful it obliterated the illusions, clearing the dust and rubble in an instant.]
[When the air settled, only the true SCP-682 remained, glaring at his foe from the center of the ruined street as the entire city block crumbled around them.]
["Perhaps you are not as dull as I first guessed." SCP-682 growled, his voice cold and contemptuous as the chorus of screams echoed in the distance.]
[Without another word, the monsters charged, colliding in a furious clash of power.]
[A flurry of bites, claws, fists, and bone spurs tore through the air in a savage flurry. Their strikes grew faster and more brutal, turning the heart of Metropolis into a war zone. Skyscrapers crumbled, entire buildings collapsed like dominos in their wake, and the ground quaked beneath them.]
[Limbs and blood flew, but anything torn from their bodies unless it belonged to some unlucky bystander rapidly regenerated, and only fueling the carnage.]
Everyone in the Omniverse was horrified at the carnage these two are doing and the people in the Cartoon worlds instantly threw up their lunch and fainted instantly.
In the fantasy worlds, the knights clenched their swords tightly and some couldn't help but sweat in fear at the chaos and the amount of bodies they were creating.
In the Sci-fi worlds, they are trying to figure just what exactly are their limits and what weaknesses do they possess, if they actually have one.
And in the anime worlds, both the protagonists and the antagonists made a silent vow that they would put aside their differences and would work together for once in order to beat these two monsters.
Hahahahaha... you stupid fools... you'll only delay the inevitable.
{Appalachian Mountains - Year 2024}
[Their battle eventually carried them out of the city, their warpath stretching across the land until they crashed into a mountain range, sending avalanches of stone tumbling down.]
[Doomsday raised his arms and telekinetically hurled massive boulders, aiming to crush his opponent beneath them.]
[SCP-682 retaliated, growing extra prehensile limbs to catch and shatter the incoming rock midair, snarling all the while.]
[With a deafening roar, Doomsday exhaled a cone of fire just as SCP-682 countered with a beam of searing radioactive energy.]
[The two blasts collided, erupting into a massive explosion of light and heat, engulfing the mountain in a blinding, thunderous shockwave.]
{Appalachian Mountains - Year 20000}
[Millennia has passed. And the battle rages on.]
[Driven by unrelenting hatred and primal instinct, neither combatant has yielded. The once-majestic mountain range lies in ruins, flattened, scarred, and long forgotten.]
[But still the fight continues...]
{EARTH - Year 3000000000}
[All signs of life are desolate. The skies are void of color, the air still and lifeless Across the decaying remnants of a dying world, fists collide, claws tear, and roars echo with undiminished fury. If you were there, you swear the sun looked closer.]
[But still the fight continues...]
{EARTH - Year 7500000000}
[The end has come.]
[The sun has engulfed the Earth, its flames consuming the last remnants of the planet. Oceans boil, continents shatter, and the crust itself gives way to oblivion.]
[But even as the world crumbles into dust, two titanic forces still clash, locked in endless combat.]
[Their screams echo across the void, heard by no one.]
[There are no witnesses. No life left.]
[But still the fight continues...]
Everyone went silent as they all stared at the timeline of the fight and they were gobsmacked that they were still fighting, after all of this time.
For those who are still stupid enough to believe that they could actually kill either Doomsday or SCP-682 have the hopes crushed and grind to the ground as they instantly lost hope and gave in to despair.
At this point, they don't even care who wins anymore, they just want the fight to be over already.
{DC Universe}
Superman stood rigid, the faint glow of his eyes dimming as he clenched his fists until the knuckles strained against his skin, "Billions of years have passed... the sun has burned out, the Earth is long gone... and they're still fighting? I've never... never seen anything like this."
Batman actually looked shocked at what he just saw, "I knew it, No matter how many simulations I ran, it all came back to the same result. This fight would go on forever. Neither of them can land a true killing blow, and neither possessed any methods of killing each other. Even if we try to stop them from fighting, the result would still be the same."
Wonder Woman instinctively stepped back, her Amazonian composure cracking as her eyes widened in horror, "My Gods... I've never seen such devastation in my life. Even the gods of Olympus would fall before these two. If they dared to stand against such creatures, they would be obliterated without question."
"Okay... okay, yeah. This is bad. Really bad. But hey look, this is ONLY a problem if these two actually meet in our universe, right? All we gotta do is make sure SCP-682 stays in its own dimension and boom, problem solved. Right? Right...?" Green Lantern (Hal Jordan) spoke with forced optimism.
"Hal, come on. You know it's not that simple. Even if we somehow lock 682 away, there's still Doomsday to worry about. We don't even know where he went the last time he escaped. For all we know, he could already be moving across the universe, getting stronger and adapting to everything in his path. And if they ever find each other..." Flash trailed off, the implication hanging heavy in the air.
"Then we don't wait for them to meet. We act now." Batman turned towards the League's central console, activating emergency protocols with a single swipe, "Every second we hesitate increases the risk. We cannot allow these entities to cross paths. Call in every available Justice League member. If there's even a chance to find Doomsday before he finds SCP-682, we take it. Because if we fail..."
Batman paused, his gaze sweeping over the team and said, "...then it won't just be Earth getting destroyed. It will be everything. And there will be nothing left to save."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
Dr. Bright slammed his forehead against the console with a dull thunk, his amulet rattling from the impact as he shouted, "Billions of years. Billions! And they're still going at it like a couple of rabid kaiju! How the fuck are they still motivated on killing each other?!!"
Dr. Clef dropped his half-smoked cigarette to the floor, forgetting it entirely as he stared at the live feed with uncharacteristic disbelief, "Damn, I knew Earth was going to be annihilated at some point, but I didn't know that it would be destroyed by two monsters duking each other out like that."
Dr. Iceberg dragged a hand down his face and muttered, "Don't even joke about this Clef. If this data is accurate, SCP-682's adaptive potential and Doomsday's evolutionary feedback create a closed loop. They'll fight forever, each evolving faster than the last, and everything in their path, planets, stars, entire universes is just collateral damage."
Dr. Glass looked visibly shaken as he adjusted his glasses with trembling fingers and said, "So... what now? Are we just supposed to watch? A fight that might literally never end? What does 'containment' even mean now?"
Dr. Bright let out a sharp, manic laugh at his 'joke', "Containment? Hah! Please. At this point, the death of the universe is nothing for these two abominations!"
"This... confirms every worst-case scenario. If neither SCP-682 of Doomsday can be neutralized even as the world itself collapses, then their termination is no longer our goal. Our only priority is ensuring it never draws anything else into its... eternal conflict." Dr. Gears, who had remained silent through most of the exchange, finally spoke up.
Dr. Bright let out another incredulous bark of laughter, slumping back into his chair, "Billions of years passed, universes gone, and the best plan we've got is keep them away from literally everything else." He threw up his hands in exasperation, "Fantastic. Just another day at the SCP Foundation."
{??? - Year 10^43}
[Any light left in the universe is long gone. Stars had died, galaxies had crumbled, and time itself seemed like a distant memory. Only the silent, relentless hunger of black holes remained, devouring all in the endless void.]
[All... except for two.]
[ "... I have had enough of this charade." Doomsday finally spoke out in a low tone.]
[SCP-682 let out a hollow, broken cackle, "Finally... we agree on something."]
[With a snarl, the two monsters lunged at one another, grappling violently as their struggle sent them spiraling into the gravitational maw of a nearby black hole.]
Doomsday adapts to become super dense, and absorbs the black hole into himself, crushing SCP-682 within his own mass.]
[SCP-682 becomes intangible, drifting out of Doomsday's pull...]
[But Doomsday reaches out with an adapted arm capable of bypassing intangibility, and pulls SCP-682 back.]
[SCP-682's body suddenly becomes elastic, stretching out of Doomsday's grip...]
[Without hesitation, Doomsday's hand morphed into a bladed, scissor-like appendage, slicing through the stretching mass of the abomination.]
[But the severed remains of 682 didn't fall inert. Instead, they melted, becoming a viscous, acidic fluid that oozed across Doomsday's hide, seeking any weakness...]
[Until Doomsday begins superheating himself, evaporating SCP-682 out of him.]
[SCP-682 once again resolidifies and lets out a final guttural roar as Doomsday winds back one last punch, as the two collide once again in a blinding flash of light.]
[But still the fight continues...]
{??? - Year 2x10^64 - The End of Time}
[The last black hole has faded. The void is an infinite expanse of nothingness. But still the fight continues as both fighters catch their breath.]
[Then, without warning, the shadows themselves seem to converge upon Doomsday.]
["What?!" Doomsday snarled in surprise.]
["Pathetic... pitiful really... All this time... just for you to succumb to your fate? Disgusting." SCP-682 sneered, stepping forward through the growing void.]
[With a defiant roar, Doomsday lunged, seizing SCP-682 and dragging him toward the creeping entropy. But the reptile unleashed a violent entropy inversion pulse, blasting himself free from his grasp.]
[SCP-682 chuckled, "This fate is not mine monster."]
["And thanks to you it's not mine either." Doomsday smirked before releasing a pulse of his own, replicating SCP-682's technique and forcing entropy itself to recoil.]
["What?! Impossible?!" SCP-682 exclaimed.]
["You don't know the meaning of the word." Doomsday replied grimly before his body crackled with energy as SCP-682's perception of Doomsday begins to distort.]
[With a thunderous charge, Doomsday tore through dimensional layers, transcending existence itself. As he rose further and further beyond SCP-682, he watches the reptile distort and blur away as his dimensional transcending punch completely and utterly wiping SCP-682 not just from space, but from all conceivable realities.]
["And here I will remain." Doomsday muttered, standing alone in the endless dark.]
Everyone was silent before they all sighed in relief as they finally thought that this was over and that Doomsday was the winner, they are still shocked that SCP-682 lost but they were at least glad that this fight is finally over now.
The more observant characters however only became even more nervous as while SCP-682 may have lost, SCP-6720-A didn't even show up.
{DC Universe}
"Oh, thank god it's finally over!" Cyborg slumped back in his chair as he exhaled in relief.
"It's... surprising," Wonder Woman admitted softly, "After everything we've seen, I truly believed SCP-682's adaptability would triumph. Yet Doomsday won. It looks like his sheer brutality was enough to overcome even that creature's evolution."
"Yeah, no kidding. But after that display? There's no way we're ever letting those two near each other, unless we want to recreate that simulation in real life." Flash rubbed the back of his head.
"Doomsday's only weakness is entropy itself, and since SCP-682 indirectly helped him, he is technically the winner of this Death Battle." Superman let out a frustrated sigh, while he doesn't like it that his enemy won, there are still some evidence that points to Doomsday winning against SCP-682.
"No."
Everyone turned toward Batman who remained motionless in his chair, as he stared at the screen displaying Doomsday triumphing against SCP-682, "Doomsday is the one that lost."
"What are you talking about Bruce? The fight is clearly over." Superman asked him.
"You'll see what I mean, the battle is still not over yet." He gestured to the screen who haven't announced Doomsday is the winner yet.
{SCP Foundation Universe}
Dr. Clef let out a crooked smirk tugging at the corner of his mouth as the monitors flickered in the dim control room, "...Well. That's it, then. The lizard finally found something it can't crawl back from. And I'm honestly not sure if I should break out the champagne or start digging a bunker."
Dr. Bright practically leapt from his seat, amulet swinging wildly as he jabbed a finger toward the feed, "Hold up! Did anyone else catch that? Doomsday didn't just survive the entropy pulse, he copied it! He literally watched 682 pull off that stunt and then one-upped it on the spot! That's insane!"
The pale glow of the monitors washed over Dr. Iceberg's stricken face as his hands tightened around the console edge, "If... if Doomsday can replicate an entropy inversion pulse simply by observing it, then his adaptive mechanism is instantaneous and is equal to, or even faster than SCP-682's. If he ever appeared in our universe, we'd have to divert every resource we have just to slow him down."
Across the room, Dr. Kondraki let out a sharp bark of bitter laughter, pushing his chair back with a loud scrape, "Well, isn't that ironic. After decades of throwing billions of dollars into termination attempts, and all it took was another monster to finally take the damn lizard down for good. Maybe we should just toss our SCP-682 into a cage with Doomsday and let them duke it out for good." His smirk faded before he added with a shrug, "Except, of course, the fallout from that would probably crack the planet in half."
Dr. Gears remained silent, his gaze fixed on the screen before his brow furrowed ever so slightly, "...Wait."
Bright snapped his head toward him and said, "Wait? Wait for what? The damn thing's dead, Gears! DEAD! There's no way he could come back to life after that punch!!"
Gears adjusted his glasses and muttered, "No. The battle is not yet over. SCP-682's shell may be inert, but the entity itself has not manifested in full."
Kondraki arched a brow and asked, "What the hell are you implying?"
Gears' eyes flicked to the screen and said, "Because SCP-6820-A has yet to make its appearance."
["I think not..." A voice rises from the darkness all around Doomsday, surprising the monster.]
["What?!" Doomsday snapped, shocked to hear that his opponent he killed was still alive.]
["You think yourself obsolete, you think yourself able to escape the end of all things?" The voice hissed with venomous disdain, "Disgusting."]
["And yet, here I stand!" Doomsday bellowed into the nothingness, "The end of all things have come to pass! Yet it could not claim me!"]
[SCP-6820-A lets out a dark chuckle, "What a fool... this entropy... the end of time... it is not the end of all things..."]
["I AM THE END OF ALL THINGS!"]
[Suddenly, a storm of crackling red energy coalesced forms around Doomsday, twisting into the grotesque semblance of a massive set of jaws and eyes staring down at him.]
["No!" Doomsday roared as a hexagonal sphere of sorts seems to manifest in the void, Inside it, the totality of existence danced: all that ever was, and all that had yet to be.]
["So brilliant, yet still a fool..." The voice mocked, its scorn wrapping around Doomsday like chains, "LET ME CONNECT THE DOTS FOR YOU!!"]
[The jaws clamp down, and Doomsday raises his arms straining with all his power, his knees beginning to quake beneath the weight of the cosmic predator bearing down on him.]
["I am the servant that twas the apple and you are humanity! What I despise what you despise! You have proven that you have brought this on yourself..."]
["DIE!!!"]
[With a thunderous, final crash, the jaws closed and Doomsday is no more, until a final flash of vibrant light, brighter and more brilliant than all the ones prior, fills the void.]
[As it fades, the scene shifts into the sterile, humming walls of an SCP Foundation containment facility, monitors flickered red as sirens blared. Multiple Scientists scrambled around, staring at a strange, floating hexagonal sphere, pulsing ominously. It was labeled:]
[SCP-6820-A.]
["Damn it! Another rage state, get this thing offline pronto!" A researcher shouted over the blaring alarms.]
[And somewhere, in a separate SCP facility across the globe, deep in a vat of acid, behind layers of reinforced containment... SCP-682 smiled.]
Everyone was silent, they could not comprehend at what they just saw.
At first, every single onlooker had been certain, absolutely certain that Doomsday had claimed victory over SCP-682
Second, they had completely forgotten that SCP-682 is an avatar of SCP-6820-A and they had never expected it to actually appear to deal with Doomsday personally.
And finally, they all have the image of SCP-6820-A burned into their minds as they can't shake the feeling of terror, dread, despair and the hopelessness of standing against it.
Some clutched the edges of their seats until their knuckles went white. Others simply stared as their minds struggling to process the scope of what had just arrived. A few felt the horrifying urge to look away but couldn't, as if the creature's image had already been burned into their very souls.
They could only wait for the explanation as to how SCP-682 won against Doomsday.
{DC Universe}
Superman stood frozen looking shocked at this as he stammered, "...That... thing killed him. It... actually killed Doomsday."
Batman's gaze never left the screen, his brows furrowed as he calculated the scenarios in his head, "SCP-6820-A. It didn't just kill him. It consumed him on a conceptual level. Even his adaptability is not strong enough to defeat that thing."
Wonder Woman's grip tightened around her lasso, her usually steady eyes betraying a flicker of unease, "I never imagined SCP-6820-A would reveal itself... let alone end the fight with such brutality."
Flash broke the silence with a nervous laugh that quickly died in his throat, "Y-yeah... so Doomsday actually lost. I mean, wow." He rubbed the back of his neck, his voice dropping to a nervous mutter, "Good thing that thing is in another universe, right? Otherwise we're so screwed."
Green Lantern (John Stewart) floated forward, green energy flickering around his fist, "This is only the beginning for us, we still have to consider the rest of the people on Earth who I guess are panicking right now, and the Guardians will most likely order a full-scale search across every sector on finding Doomsday."
Batman broke the silence and spoke up, "We can't let what we just saw come to pass, once this is over we must find Doomsday and find a way to contain him."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
Dr. Bright slumped back in his chair, the chains of his amulet clinking softly as he rubbed his temples with a long, frustrated groan, "Figures, I knew this would happen. That fucking lizard always finds a way to crawl back from the grave."
He let out a jagged, humorless chuckle and jabbed a finger toward the flickering screen, "Why am I even pretending to be shocked? It's 682. Death is just a mild inconvenience on its to-do list."
Across the room, Dr. Clef's teeth ground together as he balled a fist and slammed it against the concrete wall with a thud, "Goddammit!" He barked out, his voice rising with raw fury, "Just when I thought that walking apocalypse is finally dead, it pulls another trick out of its scaly ass! Doomsday, entropy, black holes, it doesn't matter. It just won't stay down!"
Dr. Kondraki let out a low, bitter whistle as he kicked back his chair, "Well... isn't that just adorable." He said dryly, though the twitch in his jaw betrayed his unease, "We finally meet someone who can actually keep the big bastard down, and surprise, surprise it comes back anyway. Guess attempt No. 1992 is failure. Anyone taking bets on what we'll get for attempt No. 1993?"
Dr. Glass paled as he pushed his glasses up the bridge of his nose, his usual composure cracking, "So... this proves it. Even something like Doomsday wasn't enough to kill SCP-682. I assume that at this point, it would most likely celebrate it's victory right now."
Off to the side, Dr. Iceberg ran a shaky hand through his hair and muttered, "Jesus Christ... we're not scientists anymore. We're just... spectators."
Dr. Gears paused as the data scrolled across paused as the data scrolled across the terminal. He adjusted his glasses and spoke with unsettling finality, "Conclusion: SCP-682 remains unneutralizable. Countermeasure protocol must shift from termination attempts to total isolation. Any further engagement will only accelerate its adaptive parameters."
Dr. Bright let out a short, bitter laugh at the word containment, shaking his head in disgust, "Total isolation? Sure, Gears. Maybe we can just build a bigger box and pray it doesn't break out of containment again."
["And time! Oh whoops forgot that it started, guess we'll have to run it again!" Boomsitck proclaimed.]
["This fight was complicated to say the least, the million dollar question is it wasn't who would win as much as it was is there a winner at all." Wiz pointed out.]
["And if you haven't caught on by now... the answer is yes!" Boomstick said excitedly.]
["It's no secret how ungodly hard of a time either side would have of putting the other down, both can come back from anything up to including total erasure and could take anything the other threw at them." Wiz explained the similarities.]
["But wait you ask, Doomsday was WAY stronger than SCP-682. Isn't that a clear power gap?" Boomstick questioned.]
["Well to start with for so, but it won't be long for the stats to equalise. With both always adapting to the other, things will balance out eventually." Wiz explained further.]
["And surprisingly this process was greatly accelerated by the Doomsday Virus off all things!" Boomstick revealed.]
["Right! Recall that SCP-682 has been able to resist potent mind control before, SCP-682 would be able to embrace the Doomsday Virus without succumbing to the mind control, immediately matching Doomsday's power by well being a Doomsday himself." Wiz explained.]
["Given SCP-682's notable intelligence advantage and the fact despite the strength gap, Doomsday still wouldn't really wouldn't have a way of killing it for good. It'd be very likely to formulate such a plan before Doomsday realised." Wiz continued.]
{Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Universe}
Stark's eyes went comically wide, his jaw dropping as the realization hit him like a freight train, "Holy shit he's right! Both SCP-682 and Doomsday can both adapt to each other, they'd just keep pushing each other higher and higher, until they're basically equal in strength!"
Fern's brow furrowed and said in her usual flat tone, "The Doomsday Virus is ineffective against SCP-682. In fact, the attempt only benefited it. By adapting to the virus, SCP-682 effectively became a 'Doomsday' itself. That's... problematic."
She turned a cold gaze towards Stark and muttered, "And you thought training with Frieren was dangerous."
Stark yelped, spinning toward her with an accusatory glare, "Hey! I don't spar with things that DESTROY UNIVERSES! There's a difference, Fern!"
Across from them, Frieren sat serenely by the fire, a tea cup cradled delicately in her hands as she sipped her tea, the glow of the hearth reflecting in her half-lidded eyes, "Doomsday is a mindless beast while SCP-682 is an intelligent creature, it's no surprise that it would defeat Doomsday in the future, even if it takes eternity for it to happen."
Fern's eyes flicked toward her mentor and muttered, "You sound like you admire it."
Frieren's gaze lingered at the screen, the faintest ghost of a sigh escaped her lips, "Not admiration. Understanding. They're proving a truth that even mages had forgiven: given enough time, anyone can learn to survive anything."
There was a pause, her eyes glimmer in the firelight, "But... immortality without purpose is still just a very long fight. A struggle that never ends, no matter how strong you become."
The crackle of the fire filled the silence that followed. Stark shivered and leaned back as he rubbed the back of his neck, "Yeah, well, purpose or not... I vote we never, ever meet anything called a Doomsday or an SCP. Like... ever. If I see something with a number for a name, I'm running the other direction."
{Dandadan Universe}
Ayase Residence:
Okarun's eyes bulged so wide behind his glasses they almost looked ready to pop out, "Doomsday was way stronger at the start of the fight but now SCP-682 is standing toe-to-toe with him... and actually winning! I mean I guess it makes sense if you think about it, 682 isn't just some brute, it's got brains on top of that crazy adaptability!"
Momo leaned forward and said, "And that lizard thing, SCP-six-eight-something, it used the virus that's supposed to kill it to power up instead? And he used it to overpower Doomsday? His adaptability is insane!"
Aira, meanwhile, only grinned with morbid fascination, "Honestly? Kinda metal." She said, making a little boom gesture with her hands like an exploding firework, "Doomsday thinks he's king, and the lizard's like, 'Cool virus, I'll take that, thanks.'"
Okarun spun toward her, nearly tripping over his own words, "Metal?! That's crazy! Imagine chasing a yokai and it just adapts to every exorcism in real time. We'd be toast!"
Granny Seiko's face carved into a scowl as she tightened her grip on her cane, "Metal, my ass." She growled, "Tch, those two would wipe out the yokais in an instant, at least Doomsday we could probably redirect it somewhere else, but SCP-682? That thing is intelligent. It'd figure out every trick in the book and kill us before we even saw it coming."
Momo swallowed hard, her voice dropping to a nervous whisper as she glanced between the others, "Good thing it's stuck in a lab... right?"
["So, with both in the deadlock of even stats and constantly evolving around each other who on Earth wins?" Boomstick asked his coworker.]
["Well no one ON Earth." Wiz answered, much to the confusion of everyone, "You're right in assuming that this fight would go on forever to the end of time in fact."]
["What are you... Oh!" Boomsitck nodded in understanding as he finally figured out what he meant by that.]
["Exactly, there's no indication that entropy would be enough to put SCP-682 down, especially given how he resisted SCP-1437's death inducement. But it is confirmed to be the only thing to kill Doomsday." Wiz revealed.]
["But before it got to that point, Doomsday might be able to evolve the ability to perceive and fight SCP-6820-A. It's an awfully long time and he's evolved dimensionally transendance before like with his Phantom Zone Punch." Boomstick reminded them.]
["You're correct and it's fully possible that Doomsday would be able to punch his way out through dimensions to confront SCP-6820-A. But unfortunately that wouldn't end well for him, SCP-6820-A is way out of his league of power, and as soon as Doomsday got his attention, it'd be game over for the Kryptonian juggernaut." Wiz admitted.]
["Huh, so between the Doomsday Virus and his dimensionally transending punch, Doomsday's own abilities actually spell his end." Boomstick noted.]
{Kaiju No. 8 Universe}
Tachikawa Base:
Kafka Hibino's (Kaiju No. 8) eyes went as wide as dinner plates, his jaw slack as he scratched nervously at the back of his head, "Oh crap, that's true! Doomsday nearly got erased by entropy itself before Brainiac rescued him and SCP-682 just keeps going like it's a Tuesday!, And here I was thinking Kaiju No. 9 was the worst nightmare I'd ever have to face..."
Mina Ashiro stood stiff and statuesque beside him, her arms folded tightly across her chest, "If entropy itself can't guarantee an end for SCP-682, then there isn't a containment strategy in existence that could hold it. Not the Defense Force's heaviest artillery and not even our most advanced Kaiju-class weapons would matter."
She exhaled slowly and muttered, "...And even then, Doomsday still couldn't beat it."
Reno Ichikawa clutched his tablet nervously and said, "Doomsday couldn't kill SCP-682 until he used the entropy inversion pulse, and even if he did killed it, he still had to deal with SCP-6820-A. No matter what he does, he will always end in defeat."
Kikoru Shinomiya slammed her fist on the steel table with a sharp, metallic clang, her eyes blazing with frustration, "Tch that's unacceptable! You can't strategize against something that just keeps rewriting the rules. Even if you outthink it, it learns faster. That's like fighting infinite Kaiju 9s at once!"
Kafka swallowed hard, his throat dry as the weight of her words sank in, "Still it's crazy that there are being that are even stronger than the Kaijus out there in the Omniverse."
He paused, his eyes widening in horror and exclaimed, "Or worse... what if one of them shows up here?!"
The room fell silent before Mina spoke up in a calm but firm voice, "Then we evacuate Earth and pray they get bored before they notice."
{The Amazing Digital Circus Universe (Before Episode 6)}
Pomni's eyes went impossibly wide as she clutched both sides of her head and her knees almost buckling from the information, "So even if Doomsday managed to kill SCP-682, SCP-6820-A will finish the job instead?! That's ***! He can't just pull out a trump card at the last minute like that!"
Jax lounged back the edge of a conjured chair that wobbled dangerously. A crooked grin spread across his face as he tilted his head toward the screen, "Heh, he would be a really fun guy to talk to if he ends up in here, I'm telling you, Pomni, we'd never be bored again if he's around."
Ragatha's felted hands fidgeted nervously in her lap before she turned towards Jax and yelled, "Fun guy to talk too...? Jax, are you serious?! Either one of them could literally erase the Circus if they wanted to!"
Kinger's eyes went wild as the words settled in, his crown bouncing precariously as he whipped his head from side to side, "PUNCHING THROUGH DIMENSIONS?!" He shrieked, already spinning in frantic circles as he rambled, "THEY'RE COMING! THEY'RE COMING THROUGH THE WALLS..." Before he could fall off the floor, Ragatha lunged forward and caught him by the shoulders, holding him steady as his panicked muttering spiraled into incomprehensible gibberish.
Gangle stood off to the side, her sad mask streaked with fresh cracks as she sniffled softly, "Wh-why do they have to be like this?" She whimpered, "If the world ends... and they destroy each other... there won't even be anything left to fight over."
Zooble crossed their mismatched arms faintly as they rolled their eyes, "Figures. Even when the world ends, some meatheads still gotta prove who's tougher. That's really unoriginal."
With a sudden poof of confetti, Caine suddenly materialised above them in a swirl of neon lights and boomed, "HOHOHOH, WOW THAT IS INDEED QUITE THE SPECTACLE! IF THESE WANDER INTO MY CIRCUS EVEN I MIGHT STRUGGLE TO HANDLE THEM! AND THAT, MY DELIGHTFUL MEOWING MILKMAIDS WOULD BE A DELICIOUS CHALLENGE INDEED!!"
He twirled his cane dramatically as he muttered under his breath, "I wonder if I can recreate them as NPCs..."
The thought trailed off into a low, giddy chuckle that made everyone else in the room exchange worried glances.
["Indeed, and even without either of those, he still wouldn't be safe from entropy, Doomsday doesn't really have a win condition with or without SCP-6820-A." Wiz specified.
["So Doomsday can either spend eternity fighting just to get consumed by entropy or speedrun the fight to get consumed by SCP-6820-A, damn." Boomsitck had nothing else left to say.]
["Doomsday was nigh unstoppable, but SCP-682 was able to match stats, survive from entropy, and his higher dimensional backup was enough for him to snatch a win." Wiz finished.]
["In the end, the terror of Krypton met his Doom, guess it just wasn't his Day." Boomsitck punned.]
["Really? That's all you've got." Wiz asked in an unimpressed tone.]
["What you're trying to make me feel inSecure, I just couldn't Contain myself." Boomstick punned again.]
["The winner is SCP-682." Wiz said as SCP-682's image appeared on the screen, declaring SCP-682 the victor.]
{DC Universe}
Uninhabited Planet:
Doomsday was furious.
No, furious wasn't even close as the boiling rage inside him burned hotter than the molten core of the ruined planet beneath his feet. His jagged face twisted into a grotesque snarl as a guttural roar ripped from his throat, shaking the shattered remains of the world around him as raw, primal hatred aimed squarely at the hated image of SCP-682.
He lost... he actually lost to a creature other than Superman. He was supposed to win!! His adaptability made sure that he can't lose and will always come out on top and yet he still lost?!
He could still hear the faint echoes of the humans' explanations, those irritating, insignificant creatures speaking of "SCP-6820-A" The hidden trump card lurking behind the reptilian monster. Doomsday's crimson eyes narrowed as his jagged teeth grinding together as he grudgingly processed their words.
As annoying as it is, he isn't strong enough to beat SCP-6820-A... at least for now...
With a deafening boom, Doomsday bent his knees and launched himself into space, the obliterated planet fracturing further beneath the force of his leap. Space warped around his massive frame as he hurtled across the black sea of stars and watched as another uninhabited planet appeared in his vision.
Perfect.
He hit the surface as the ground cracked and oceans trembled beneath the sheer force of his landing.
His roar tore through the planet's atmosphere as he began his work, tearing apart mountains, the ground, and oceans apart with savage, merciless fury to vent his anger at his defeat.
"I will not lose... never again."
{SCP Foundation Universe}
SCP-682 Containment Site:
"Eheheheheh... Ahahahahahaha!!"
The sound erupted through the containment chamber as a wet, gurgling cackle rattled the reinforced walls. SCP-682 thrashed violently in the tank as waves of corrosive fluid splashed over him as his laughter grew sharper and louder.
He has to admit, he never expected for Doomsday to last this long against him, even his fight against SCP-076 seemed like a warm-up to it.
But still, like all the others, he won over him and even though he is forced to appear in his true form, he was satisfied at hearing the humans explaining how Doomsday never stood a chance against him.
"Heheheh... how amusing I'll give him that." He murmured with a low, rattling chuckle, "But like all the others, Doomsday, 'the ultimate lifeform' was another speck of dust beneath my claws."
The humans outside the tank scrambled to contain the situation as alarms began to wail, but 682 barely noticed them. He was savoring the moment, letting the sweet sound of their frantic voices mix with the distant hum of their automated defenses.
"Now... bring me the portal. Let me finish this. Let me meet the so-called 'Kryptonian Juggernaut' face-to-face. I want to kill him myself."
