"Find out what she was doing here."
Eleanor's voice was calm and steady as she rose from her seat, her gaze coldly following the cloaked girl escorted by two towering knights in black as they exited Savanah Restaurant. She didn't spare Ralph a glance, nor did she give him a chance to question her abrupt order.
"Don't tell my brother Alger," she added, her tone firm and unwavering, leaving no room for argument.
If Alger found out, my plan to punch that trash John Burbom in his smug face and pull that naive, spoiled heroine's ear would be completely ruined!
No one else–especially not a member of the Gwendolyn family–was going to interfere with her revenge.
This was something she had to do with her own hands.
Ralph nearly choked on air at Eleanor's words. He was so taken aback that he didn't even know what to ask first.
"D-Don't tell? Huh? But I think this situation is too big to just ignore–My lady, wait! At least tell me–"
