"I've got a couple of baking books that I stumbled upon when I went inside of the bookstore earlier." Zaque stated as he and Heiren walked back to the house.
"That's nice." The second husband hummed and shifted the basket he was carrying on his other hand. "I'm trying to not let the paper spill from these apples.. Can't I just put this inside of my pants?"
Heiren looked down at the basket, his eyebrows furrowing in frustration as he tightened his grip on the basket's handle.
"We're literally walking beside a busy street.. And you're asking me that..?" Zaque mumbled, grabbing the basket off Heiren's hand and snatching the paper inside. "Whatever, do what you want."
Zaque handed the folded paper to Heiren and the brown haired mediator quickly took it from him.
Heiren, however, instead of putting the paper inside of his pants as he stated earlier, had decided to just slip the paper inside of his shirt where a secret pocket was stitched on the fabric.
