This place was bustling with various human passing by while some even has blood stain on their body.
Ordinary building was built around the place there are also business merchant opening their stall or some people marketing their resources on the side.
This is Ignara city, a place known for it resources and training for low level hunters.
Although they are called meta human they are also known as hunters that hunt the abbysal beast or magical beast ( Elemental beast).
This city might not looks grandiose but it's one of the most populated city among the low tier cities.
Although there are a lot of people in this city there are almost no ruckus at all as everyone mind what they are here for.
Among this crowd was a roughly looking young boy, even though his hair seems unkept and has grown to the point of almost covering his eyes nobody seems to mind his appearance.
This boy was non other than Felix, he has just reach the city not quite long.
Even though his level is low he still decided to venture into this area to improve his strength and gain more understanding of this unknown dragon system that he has.
At this moment he was walking toward an information shop in the city, he had no knowledge of anything around the city and how strong the beast outside the city are or if he need to prepare some safety measures.
The moment he was about ten meters to the place he could see some bold words clearly written at the top of the building.
"Silent Quill Hall"
Murmuring the name under his breath Felix silently walks in. Even though it's a populated city this hall can possibly be considered one of the best building in the Ignara city, although it outside design looks average but the moment Felix enters he was momentarily stunned by the grand design inside.
Recovering himself he noticed quite a lot of people in here and also a few receptionist attending to the people.
Felix is not really aware of how things work so he could only follow the people step, standing at the back of the queue in front of one of the receptionist.
Using this opportunity Felix began looking around and studying the situation here, he noticed that people will pay a certain amount of money then they will be given a card before going upstairs.
Not waiting for a long time Felix arrived at the receptionist front.
"How may I help you sir"
It was a beautiful young lady attending to Felix. Although her tone seems nice but when Felix look at her he could see a trace of sarcasm in the lady's eyes.
He has experience a lot more than these so Felix didn't put it to mind and told her what he was here for.
"Uhm... I need information about the beast outside the city"
Although he has some knowledge of the beast and most situation around them but that bit of knowledge is not that reliable and he also don't know about any high level beast.
"There are different levels of information for the beast and even the abbysals location are for sale but each price differs from each other according to their level"
The receptionist really look down on Felix due to his dressing but she did not dare to be overly casual about the business.
Presently in this current era there exist a lot of people without jobs to do and could only risk their life to tag along the hunters in other to earn just a few copper coin. Anybody that a has a job at hand can only be a thanking their luck and their stars so just a little mistake could make the receptionist lose her job and there are a lot of people that will even be joyous over this instead of taking pity.
Using the big screen at the desk the receptionist showed Felix the range price of the information from low level beast to high level beast and abbysal demon.
"Th....this why is it so expensive"
Felix could not help it but blurt out his thoughts. Felix only had slightly over 3 silver coin resting in his pouch and the price listed in front of him almost made him vomit what he ate the day before because just the information for just level 1 to 5 magical beast is at 1 silver coin and level 6 to 10 is at 3 silver coin not to mention the high level beast just the present amount alone has turn Felix into the poor slum boy again.
"Are you just a newbie into the meta human world because I don't get why you are making such a face and if you don't know the information we sell are very precise and accurate, we can also pin point out a safe road to your beast destination so as to avoid more trouble"
"But only vip customer has that privilege for free and if you need it you would still have to pay the amount"
The receptionist sneered when she saw the look on Felix face.
Having no other choice Felix took out the amount for the information of the lowest level magical beast, the level 1 to 5 beast.
This information can be said to be a common knowledge to the people who usually visit this place but there is a risk in just going about and asking random people for information especially when he was just like a new born calf to the expert here.
Even if he bump into a kind hearted individual the asking price of that said person might be triple that of the silent Quill Hall even the price of quadruple is possible.
Obtaining the access card and following the direction indicated by the card Felix arrived in front of a passage on the second floor.
The passage has about ten to fifteen room placed side by side and the direction of his card just happen to be the first door on his right.
Arriving at the entrance Felix notice a little card hole at the center and without any hesitation he inserted the card into the hole.
The door open automatically as if it had been systemize that way and that is so.
Entering the room Felix notice six people already on the place similarly here for information for low level magical beast.
The people only raised their head to take a look at the new arrival and continue minding their own business.
