The next day, Erica got prepared for work. She was still hurt about what happened yesterday. She wasn't in the mood to talk to him. So she left very early.
Arriving at the company. She was greeted by the scheming eyes of her coworkers.
Anastasia, a fellow worker who had been obsessed with Mikel had been hearing the scores about Erica and Mikel.
She intentionally bumped into Erica who fell.
"Oops sorry" she said in a sarcastic tone.
"What's your problem? Do we know each other?" Erica asked confused. she doesn't know her from anywhere and instead of apologizing she's been sarcastic
"I just want to tell you this Erica or whatever your name is, I've been hearing scores of you and Mikel, he's my man "
Erica now knew what this was all about. She doesn't know whether to confess she's his wife or deny him. Remembering what he said yesterday. What's the use, he might even get mad
"I have no problem with you, so just let me be" Erica said walking out.
Anastasia scoffed and walked out.
Erica went to her office. She started with the files immediately. She was busy with her work, she didn't notice when time flew by.
She looked at the time, it was 2pm. She signed the last file, stood up went out to eat.

Carolina was with her father and mother.
"Mom I don't understand, I'm not pregnant, this is already six months of marriage" Carolina lamented.
"Don't panic, the marriage is still young, you have more time, don't rush" her mother told her.
Carolina bit her lips, she didn't know why her mind wasn't at rest.

Erica ate satisfied, she wanted to go into her office when Mikel's personal assistant John.
"Sir asks for your presence" he said
"For what? She asked
"Check your self " he said walking forward.
Erica wasn't ready for any of his problems but if he wants a fight that's what she's going to give him since he said she's useless to him.
She followed John to his office. He knocked and was told to come in.
"Sir here she is" John said and left the office
