"I finally get to kill you myself"

that's the only thing that could come out of Evans mouth, a scared response, of course after seeing what mr inc is suddenly capeable of now, hearing those words together with the look of evil and murderous intent emminating from that mans presence, his life was clearly being threatened
Once again hearing the powerful lighting striking the ground, he starts to shake in fear, feeling the absurd power he didn't understand
So many absurd and terrifying things happend today, but none like this, none where he feels his life was in danger, where he could die
Evan: "w-w-wh-at...a-ar-"
Before he could finish however a bolt of electricity the size of car launches towards his direction, at an unthinkable speed, close to one from a bullet from a gun
He only sees it for a split second, heading straight towards him....and then next to him...where it then smashes onto the ground creating a big crater and an explosion sending him flying away
He dodged it
He didn't even realize it and without knowing, he dodged the mass of electricity heading straight towards him
His mind was in shambles, but his body still had it's instincts and relfexes intact, his body dodged the oncoming danger in the split second it could, where thinking wasn't allowed
Mr Inc: "OHHH!!, THIS IS GETTING FUN!!!, TRULY, YOU RUNNING AWAY!?, WHERES YOUR MULTIPLIER!?, EVAN!?, OH WAIT IVE GOT AN IDEA!, INSTEAD OF KILLING YOU AGAIN INFRONT OF PEOPLE, I'LL KILL PEOPLE INFRONT OF YOU NOW!, AFTER ALL SUFFERING IS ONLY SOMETHING CONJURED BY THE MIND, NOT SET IN OBJECTIVE REALITIES! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!"
The madman starts laughing maniacally and begins shooting powerful bolts of electricity at random directions, ones more powerful, and ones that one by one start hitting the innocent civilians who are running away, seniors, kids, mother's and fathers, each one struck, screaming in agony from being engulfed in a burning layer of painful hot electricity, they were getting burned alive, and the screams of their suffering echod the entire place, he was killing them all
Evan, flung away to a position where the bolts weren't getting him, was witnissing all of this, something so horrible, something so horrifying, something he would never imagine anywhere, not his mind, not horror movies or not in his nightmares. seeing people on the ground lifeless, pressumeably dead and certain screams Faltering and fading slowly and painfully
Evan finally breaks and let's out a scream of Terror and horror, one so painful and horrible he didn't even know he was capeable of, leading up he was only feeling the suffering of himself, but now it was tenfold, one hundredfold, h was feeling the suffering of hundreds of people
Evan finally makes a desprate attempt at Running away, espacing the horrifying situation he was in, running himself into multiple alleyways where he goes Left and right, Left and right, Left and right, the thoughts of abondandment start Arising, did he abandon those people, was there anything He could have done, in the midst of overthinking he suddenly Trips and suffers a nasty fall into a wooden crate with the Word classified on it and filled with some kind of liquid, Which breaks on impact and injurying Evan in multiple ways

Evan whimpers in a sharp sense of pain
Evan: "I....c-cant take t-this a-anym-more....p-please m-make i-it...."
Now being injured and covered in some Substance, he gets up and starts running again, suddenly seeing two famialer lights emanating from the sky
Evan: "is that!?"
Red and Blue, the couler scheme of police units were glowing in the sky, somewhere nearby, this was his chance
Seeing this he starts desperately heading toward the lights direction before he finally
Evan: "Yes!, Thank god!"
There he saw two police officers starting to exit their car and quickly notice Evans worrysome condition, they were called about a weird looking guy after all
Evan quickly thinks to himself to ask them for help, he now knows he should definitely ask for help because before He thought that they wouldn't take him seriously and look what happend, he now needs to ask for help more than ever
Evan: "Help!, Please!, There was this guy killing everybody!, you have to come quickl-"
Officer 1: "So you're the guy huh?
The officer abrubtly inturrups Evan in a dismissive tone
Evan: "w-what?"
Officer 2: "We got a call about a weird and suspicious looking guy...and you seem to fit that description Bucko!"
The two officers give a quick laugh
Evan: "please Listen to me!, theres little time, theres someone killing a bunch of people there in the middle!, you have to believe me!, I saw it all, the screams the blood and-"
The two officers shift from a joking to a annoyed tone
Officer 1: "Look kiddo, were gonna have to detain you for a while and start asking you questions"
Evan: (they can't be serious)
The officers start taking out notepads and pens in a casual non worried way, to Evan though it couldn't be any more dran out
Officer 2: "have you had anything to drink?"
Evan: (I can't just stand here)
Evan stays silent, his eyes Darding across the place like trying to figure out what to do
Officer 2: "ahem!, HAVE you had anything to drink today?"
Evan: (I have to do something!)
In that Moment Evan turns around and quickly dashes back to the scene of the crime
Officer 1 & 2: "Hey get back here!"
The two officers start chasing Evan, even though this might be bad for him, he figures it's good that there atleast coming with him now he doesn't know how they'll help but still
Evan: "they'll see!, I wasn't lying!, I just hope that they can somehow help"
Tracing his steps back, From the police car to the crate and then finally to the...
Evan: "Im back here!, allright I need to be careful!, alot of people died her-"
Evan: "w-wait.....w-what?"
The place was completely empty, Mr inc was gone and so were the bodies of the people, the blood stains were gone too and any sign that anything ever happend was never there

The two officers catch up
Officer 1: "if you don't get down right now your gonna get tased!"
Another thing that just Seemed impossible, another stupid Event that made no sense at all, ever since Amelia everything just started going wrong and being unfair, it's starting to destroy Evan in a way where fear and confusion starts turning into anger and irratation
He's been through too much and he's finally at his Limit, he yells out
Evan: "Why....why for gods Sake....WHAT is...WHAT IS HAPPINING TO ME!!"
The Sound of a taser erupts hitting Evans skin with a sharp pain that makes him fall, he falls with his head to the ground hitting it and blacking out
