The underground ice cavern where Gandalf lay dormant was now under strict guard, placed on the highest level of red alert across the entire nation. Qin Yi approached, and the soldiers on either side saluted, their expressions solemn.

Behind him, Li Yuanli's eyes flickered with curiosity as he followed closely. He had only heard tales of Gandalf the Chief, a figure long shrouded in legend, but had never seen him in person.

From Qin Yi's expression alone, Li Yuanli could tell the Chief held a place in his heart that likely surpassed the value of the entire nation.

Speaking of which, Qin's Nation had become a truly colossal empire.

With the Pirate World, Hokage World, Three Kingdoms World, Dragon Emperor World, and the three worlds under his direct control, Qin Yi now ruled over a vast realm spanning seven worlds—an empire beyond imagination.

The resources contained within this sprawling territory were equally unfathomable.

It could be said that Qin's Nation, a vast empire, could easily conquer worlds of comparable technological advancement without much effort. Such a miraculous nation, where the entire world operated at the same level of civilization, was a force feared and envied throughout the myriad realms of the All Heavens.

Within the ice cave, Qin Yi slowly approached Gandalf, who lay frozen within the ice. He exhaled deeply. A faint smile curved his lips, his expression serious yet tinged with relief.

"Finally, this moment has come!"

With a wave of his right hand, a burst of flames erupted, instantly melting the ice before him. He stepped forward and stood before Gandalf.

Gandalf lay motionless on the ice bed, as if merely asleep. A layer of frost clung to his lips, the tip of his nose, and between his brows.

Leaning down, Qin Yi first placed the Water Spirit Bead on Gandalf's forehead.

Poof!

A pale blue light bloomed instantly, enveloping Gandalf's entire head as a surge of life force flowed into him.

As the frost melted into water droplets, Gandalf's eyelids fluttered, as if he were about to awaken.

"Heavenly Fragrance Life-Replenishing Dew!"

With a tremor in his hand, a delicate jade bottle materialized in his grasp.

He uncorked it, and instantly, wisps of pure fragrance wafted through the air, intoxicating the senses.

Standing behind him, Li Yuanli blinked in astonishment, his tongue clicking in disbelief.

'Who would have thought that His Majesty would use the Heavenly Fragrance Life-Replenishing Dew to save this hulking old man?'

Even in the Immortal Sword world, this miraculous healing elixir was exceptionally rare, often referred to as a "second life." It could truly snatch the dying from the clutches of death and restore them to their former vitality. While ordinary Soul-Returning Incense would have sufficed to save him, using this precious Heavenly Fragrance Life-Replenishing Dew could almost be considered a waste.

After removing the bottle's stopper, Qin Yi's expression became increasingly cautious.

While the Heavenly Fragrance Life Replenishing Dew was indeed precious, in his eyes, Gandalf was far more important.

As the first mentor who had enlightened him in this world and had been his constant companion, Gandalf was more than just an elder to Qin Yi; he was a benefactor.

Slowly tilting the bottle, Qin Yi poured the Heavenly Fragrance Life Replenishing Dew into Gandalf's mouth.

Though described as dew, the sacred medicine transformed into a pure, holy white light the instant it touched Gandalf's lips.

As Qin Yi continued pouring, Gandalf's entire body began to glow, radiating an intense brilliance.

Simultaneously, Qin Yi formed a hand seal and activated the Healing Immortal Technique.

At that moment, the Water Spirit Bead emitted a dazzling light, enveloping Gandalf and unleashing its radiance and heat with unrestrained force.

After about a dozen breaths, the Heavenly Fragrance Life Replenishing Dew had been completely drained. Qin Yi took a step back.

He made no further moves. Ordinarily, saving a life with the Heavenly Fragrance Life Replenishing Dew should have been sufficient. The Water Spirit Bead, obtained from Li Xiaoyao, was merely icing on the cake, enhancing the certainty of success.

Yet even with these measures, Qin Yi remained uneasy.

This old man before him was far too important to him.

Gandalf's figure had become obscured, enveloped in a white light as a dense aura of life slowly permeated his body.

"Your Majesty, this will take time," Li Yuanli murmured, stepping forward to remind him.

"I know," Qin Yi nodded, then settled into a cross-legged posture.

Li Yuanli glanced at the luminous white light before sitting down beside him to wait.

The dense white radiance continued to seep into Gandalf's body, gradually replenishing his frail, nearly ethereal form. The life force that had once been on the verge of extinction was now being restored.

Time flowed steadily, and three days passed in the blink of an eye.

By this point, the white light surrounding Gandalf had thinned considerably, most of it absorbed into his body, integrating with his being to replenish his vitality.

Qin Yi remained seated cross-legged, his gaze calm and patient as he waited.

Another morning passed, and it was soon afternoon.

The last wisps of white light had been completely absorbed by Gandalf, leaving no trace of the ethereal fragrance in the air.

Suddenly, Qin Yi sprang to his feet and strode over to Gandalf.

He had just noticed the old man's right finger twitch slightly.

"Gandalf!" Qin Yi called out.

Gandalf's finger twitched again, but his eyes remained closed. Li Yuanli, who had been standing behind Qin Yi, stepped forward and bent down, studying the old man with curiosity.

"He's waking up!" Li Yuanli exclaimed.

Qin Yi's eyes narrowed, and sure enough, in the next moment, Gandalf's eyes flickered open.

"Your Majesty," a faint voice whispered in Qin Yi's ear, instantly bringing a smile to his face.

A major reason for venturing into the Immortal Sword world and taking such great risks was Gandalf!

A world capable of granting eternal life would inevitably possess sacred medicines and methods to restore vitality. As it turned out, he had been right all along.

Gandalf braced himself with both hands and slowly sat up.

"It seems Your Majesty has found power comparable to that of the Demon Immortals from beyond the realm—enough to resurrect me."

Qin Yi nodded.

"I journeyed to a Xianxia World, where I grew stronger and matured. I only returned three days ago."

"I apologize for troubling Your Majesty. It was my fault," Gandalf sighed.

"Enough of that. The fact that Qin's Nation has survived is thanks to you. I should be thanking you. How do you feel?"

Qin Yi asked, seeking guidance from the Dao.

"Excellent! The sacred medicine Your Majesty procured is remarkably potent, brimming with vitality. I feel even stronger than before!" Gandalf chuckled.

He leaped off the ice bed, stretched his limbs, and felt no discomfort whatsoever.

Qin Yi chuckled. Gandalf's condition had weighed heavily on his mind. This elder, who had accompanied him through his formative years, held an irreplaceable place in his heart.

Now, with Gandalf's awakening, a massive weight had finally been lifted from Qin Yi's shoulders.

"So, Your Majesty, how fares Qin's Nation now?" Gandalf asked with a sigh after stretching.

"We've reached Starlight Level Five. You won't be disappointed!" Qin Yi replied, leading Gandalf out of the ice cave.

The two gazed up at the sky, Qin Yi's eyes twinkling with amusement.

"Welcome to the Sword Immortal World!"

Gandalf stared in astonishment at the distorted, crooked sword lights streaking across the sky, his initial surprise quickly turning to awe.
