In the vastness of the universe, it is not unheard of for a royal subject to serve a king. However, such cases are rare in practice. The King race differs greatly from the inhabitants of the All Heavens Worlds. They are born with formidable abilities, capable of plundering myriad realms and establishing their own kingdoms.

Having a king as a subordinate means the subordinate possesses far greater autonomy, initiative, and authority than ordinary subjects. Consequently, civilization advances tremendously under such a ruler.

A king beneath a king is a phenomenon that can only be encountered by chance, not sought deliberately.

Such an occurrence is ordinarily only possible when a civilization's rank has reached a certain level. The All Heavens Worlds are divided by rank, and the number of worlds decreases as one ascends the hierarchy. The Mortal Worlds, for example, are the most numerous—countless and vast as the sea.

Above them are the Starlight Worlds, which, though plentiful, are fewer in number. Above those are the Moonlight Worlds, then the Sunlight Worlds. Beyond those are the Unknown Realms, which are rarer and more mysterious with each step upward.

In the early stages, kings have countless worlds to choose from. Thus, the likelihood of two kings encountering each other in the same world is extremely low—almost negligible.

Such clashes between kings from different worlds only become possible once one's power grows. In fact, kings who possess the Eye of the King can foresee and avoid such encounters, greatly improving their chances of survival.

Meeting Li Yuanli in the Pirate World was both Qin Yi's fortune and his greatest opportunity!

Two kings developing a single nation together can progress much faster than one alone because they can share resources and grow at an astonishing rate.

If Li Yuanli's power surges uncontrollably one day, he might break free, or worse, turn against Qin Yi.

"Then let us hold the ceremony here and swear your allegiance to me!" Qin Yi gazed down coldly as he spoke.

Li Yuanli's eyes burned with grief and anger, yet he was powerless to resist. He took a deep breath, and a plum blossom mark flew out from the center of his brow and drifted toward Qin Yi's forehead.

"King's Strength," Qin Yi murmured, his eyes narrowing in understanding.

The plum blossom seemed slow, yet it moved faster than the eye could see. In the blink of an eye, it merged with the six-pointed star on Qin Yi's forehead.

At that instant, Qin Yi felt a clear connection to Li Yuanli. Information about the King beneath the King surged into his mind: Li Yuanli's world permissions, civilization level, and populace were now under Qin Yi's dominion.

In an instant, Qin Yi discovered that his command now extended to three additional world powers and that his King's Strength had skyrocketed to an unprecedented level.

"So that's how it is... A King beneath a King!"

A faint smile curved Qin Yi's lips.

The color of his brow shifted to pink, and the six-pointed star fused with the plum blossom transformed into a circular pattern of mysterious lines that radiated a soft, misty glow.

"Royal Subject Li Yuanli pays his respects to His Majesty!" Li Yuanli exhaled and bowed deeply.

"Your matter will be dealt with later." Qin Yi waved his hand dismissively, halting him. His gaze swept across the battlefield ahead as the sigil on his brow slowly faded.

"Now...it's time to end this war."

With those calm words, Qin Yi rose into the air.

When he reached an altitude of three hundred meters above the frozen sea, he looked down and took a deep breath.

"Ruling upon nature!"

As these words left his lips, the space around him, nature itself, fell under his complete control.

By harnessing his vast chakra, Qin Yi had achieved dominion over the natural world.

Though this technique consumed a tremendous amount of energy, its power was overwhelming.

"Then...let it end."

He spoke indifferently and suddenly threw his head back.

"BOOM!"

A boundless torrent of chakra erupted from his body and swept in all directions. An invisible, majestic force surged outward, engulfing the Marine forces like a storm blotting out the sky.

"Crack, crack, crack!"

The ice shattered and rose from the ground like jagged mountains. Massive ice spires burst upward, hurling countless Marines into the air. Screams and chaos filled the battlefield.

Moments later, enormous ice giants took form, their towering bodies creaking as they stood. Swinging their colossal arms, the giants smashed through Marine ranks, scattering soldiers like leaves in a storm.

The air itself began to compress, forming countless air cannons that dove downward and slammed into the Marine forces with thunderous explosions.

After just a few moments, the thick ice layer split apart. Towering columns of seawater surged upward, boiling and roaring until they merged into a colossal tsunami that swallowed everything in its path.

The waves piled upon one another, rising higher and higher. In mere seconds, they towered hundreds of meters tall—an awe-inspiring, world-shaking sight.

Facing Hashirama, Sengoku froze in terror, his eyes wide with disbelief.

"This... how is this possible?!"

Hashirama sighed softly as he watched the cataclysmic scene ahead—the very image of world-ending destruction—and shook his head.

"You should be thankful. He hasn't unleashed his true, world-ending skill yet. He's limiting his power to this sea region alone."

Sengoku's pupils contracted, and despair consumed his heart.

'How could this battle continue? Forget about King Qin; even his army alone was nearly impossible to fight on equal terms.'

The raging tsunami churned and roared, devouring everything in its path. Countless Marines were engulfed by the sea's fury.

"Splash!"

From the Marine ranks, an endless wall of seawater crashing down was all that could be seen.

"Ice Age!"

Aokiji's expression hardened. Abandoning his opponent, he unleashed a wave of frigid air. The surging tsunami froze solid in an instant, suspended in glittering stillness.

Qin Yi looked down from above and let out a cold laugh.

"Did you really think it would end so easily?"

Just as the Marines breathed a sigh of relief at the frozen tsunami, a sudden rumble drew their attention. Aokiji's eyes widened. An ice giant burst forth from within the frozen waves, its massive fist raised high before slamming down with devastating force.

"BOOM!"

Caught off guard, Aokiji was struck and sent flying through the air.

One after another, giant ice creatures and behemoths emerged, shaking the battlefield with their steps.

But worse was yet to come. Behind the chaos, an even greater tsunami was gathering—a roaring wall of destruction so massive that the sound of it alone turned the Marines' faces pale.

"The Gods of Water!"

Sengoku's pupils shrank, and despair overtook him completely.

Qin Yi sneered.

"What a pity. The natural disaster you tried to turn against my army has instead become the final straw that dooms yours!"

He raised both hands, and his chakra erupted once more, seizing control of the raging gods of water in an instant.

"After this battle, this world shall belong to the Qin Nation!"

"Rumble!"

An enormous, unstoppable tsunami thundered forward in that moment, sweeping in from behind the Marine lines and devouring everything in its path.

When the tidal wave reached the front of the Qin Nation's army, it curled and crashed back, repeatedly pounding the remains of the Marine force.

After six or seven relentless surges, the sea finally began to calm down.

What had once been the mighty Marine formation was now just a small group of survivors. The vast army had been completely annihilated.

"We've… lost."

Sengoku's voice trembled and his eyes dimmed with defeat.

The remaining Marines felt the same: utter despair, their spirits shattered.

Just then, a red ship slowly approached the battlefield across the heaving waves.

"Are we too late?"

"Were the Marines completely defeated?"

A deep, grave voice came from the bow. The wind swept past, rustling the man's red hair.
