"Oh?"
Qin Yi raised his eyebrows slightly, pondering whether something had gone wrong on Madara's end.
In the Pirate World, with the convenience of Den Den Mushi as a communication tool, he naturally made full use of it. This telephone-like device, very similar to those on Earth, was quite handy.
Taking the Den Den Mushi, Qin Lin's anxious voice came through quickly, the whistling sound of wind audible in the background.
"Your Majesty, something's happened!"
Qin Yi's eyes narrowed, and he replied indifferently, "Speak."
"The Marines are using Ace's comrades as hostages to lure us into a trap. Madara's already on his way!" Qin Lin reported rapidly.
"Do you know who from the Marines is in charge of this operation?" Qin Yi asked calmly.
He was well aware that once the order had been given to Madara, it would inevitably lead to a major incident. He had already mentally prepared for it. The reason for doing this was twofold: first, to make a grand entrance and establish their presence in this world using Madara's power; second, to use this battle to measure the difference in strength between this world and the Naruto World.
In the Naruto World, Madara was undoubtedly a top-tier expert, with only a handful of people who could oppose him. But in the One Piece world?
Both are Starlight-tier civilizations, so what exactly is the difference in power between them?
With Madara's immense strength, does he equate to an Admiral, a Yonkō, or perhaps even the Fleet Admiral level?
"It's Marine Admiral Akainu!" Qin Lin answered.
"Akainu, huh?" Qin Yi's eyes flashed, and then he sneered coldly.
"Then let Madara go all out. Push to his limits. As long as he's alive, there's no need to worry." Qin Lin was stunned for a moment, then said quickly, "But we still don't fully understand this world's power structure!"
"Don't worry. Madara will be fine." Qin Yi cut him off decisively.
"Just focus on protecting yourselves, leave the rest to Madara."
With that, Qin Yi hung up the Den Den Mushi.
He had great confidence in Madara's abilities. The Devil Fruit powers, Haki, and swordsmanship of the Pirate World were all unique and powerful. But the Ninjutsu and Kekkei Genkai (Bloodline Limits) of the Naruto World were no less formidable.
Without a doubt, this clash between powers from different worlds would help Qin Yi verify the lingering doubts in his heart.
The Dragon Emperor World and the Naruto World might differ, but One Piece served as a perfect reference point. This would play a critical role in his future conquests of other worlds.
"Let me see what you're truly capable of, Madara!"
His gaze turned to the distance, and in an instant, his pupils transformed into vertical slits. Swirling within his irises was a radiant galactic nebula, within which Madara's figure emerged.
Eye of the King, an eye that pierced through all barriers, allowed him to witness events happening thousands of miles away.
Sabaody Archipelago
Madara moved swiftly, his speed forming a streak of light as he leaped between the giant trees. His movement through the air caused bubbles to explode one after another in his wake.
Behind him, Ace was already falling behind, unable to keep up no matter how hard he ran.
"Master is too fast! Just how powerful is he?!"
Ace was stunned, staring in disbelief at Madara's figure becoming smaller and smaller, until finally disappearing from sight. His heart trembled with awe.
"Ace, don't worry. Madara can handle everything!"
Qin Lin and the other two, after receiving Qin Yi's orders, could only obey, even though they felt uneasy.
They had never truly witnessed Madara's power firsthand. They only knew he was a top-tier expert in their nation, but just how strong, remained unknown.
At this moment, all three generals were filled with both curiosity and expectation.
Gradually, Madara's figure disappeared from their sight. His speed grew faster and faster until he completely left the four behind.
The wind howled in his ears, and the scenery on either side blurred rapidly. In his eyes, the Mangekyō Sharingan rotated slowly.
His vision pierced across vast distances. After Ace had pointed out the general direction, he had quickly determined the exact location.
"A Marine Admiral, huh? Supposedly the highest-level power in this world. You'd better not disappoint me." mMadara muttered in his heart. Truth be told, he had been feeling underwhelmed by the powers he'd encountered since arriving in this world.
Soon, he saw the number 66 engraved on a giant tree through his Sharingan.
"This is the place!"
With a swift sweep of his gaze to confirm the location, Madara leaped high into the air and dove in without hesitation.
Area 66, the Marine stronghold in the Sabaody Archipelago.
At this moment, the base was layered inside and out with a massive deployment of Marine forces and military structures. The Marines stood with solemn expressions, rifles on their shoulders and blades at their waists. In the front row stood ten Vice-Admirals, eyes cold and indifferent.
Due to the urgency of the situation, only ten Vice-Admirals had arrived so far, not many, but not few either.
At the very heart of the base stood an exquisitely carved, luxurious solid wood chair. Seated upon it, cloaked in justice, dressed in his Marine uniform, and wearing his iconic Marine cap, was none other than Sakazuki (Akainu).
He sat with his right leg crossed over his left, his gaze sharp and icy cold.
On a raised platform to the side, several members of the Spade Pirates hung tied to the railings with thick ropes.
The total number of Marines here reached nearly five thousand, with two to three hundred junior officers, ten Vice-Admirals, and one Admiral.
Such a force was absolutely overwhelming. Any pirate crew facing such a lineup would have to treat the situation with the utmost seriousness.
But today, their enemy... was only a single person.
"Sakazuki, do you really think they'll show up?" Impatience in his voice, one of the Vice-Admirals standing below called out.
Akainu's brow furrowed, and he stared coldly at the Vice-Admiral. A few moments later, the man's whole body broke into a cold sweat, and he quickly turned his head and fell silent.
"Don't let me hear anyone ask such foolish questions again."
The Marines' atmosphere turned even more solemn. A grave tension filled the air. Everyone waited quietly, for the group that had dared kill Tenryuubito in front of the entire world to show themselves.
Time slowly passed, and then suddenly,
"They're here!!"
A Marine shouted in panic. His voice cracked with tension, hoarse and trembling, but loud enough for all to hear.
Every Marine on site had their pupils constrict at that moment, heads snapping upward.
In the sky above, the first thing they saw was the blinding afternoon sunlight, then a figure, back slightly hunched, plummeting rapidly from the heavens.
"Engage!!"
Still seated, Sakazuki barked out the order with a thunderous voice.
In that instant, the expressions of every Marine visibly twisted into madness and bloodlust. It was as if a switch had been flipped.
From intelligence reports, they already knew the enemy was someone who had instantly killed a Marine Vice-Admiral, someone who had annihilated a full Marine battalion single-handedly.
Adrenaline surged through their veins, tension and fear warping their faces. Some even had saliva dripping from their clenched jaws.
Madness!
The instant they laid eyes on the enemy, the Marines completely lost it!
From high above, that streak of light plunged down at terrifying speed,
And with a resounding crash, slammed into the ground.
