Roman didn't spend more than a minute, and he was already back to sleep. His body was still stressed, and Ava didn't disturb him.

Roman's eyes fluttered open, and he sat up before cleaning his eyes. He yawned, stretching his arms and neck.
He had no idea what time it was, but he wasn't sleepy anymore, so he just sat up, but Ava was still asleep, which was the first sign Roman got, but still, he went on.
He was planning to train a little before morning. First, he pushed the door open slowly so he wouldn't wake her up, and when he was out, he walked through the hallway without making a sound.
Also, before going down, he picked up an extra shirt because he knew it would be freaking cold outside, and it was.
Roman stretched his body once again and first he began jogging towards the training ground and around it to work up a sweat.
