"I didn't do that, stop saying things I didn't do!" Amelia spoke immediately her face all red. She turned quickly and ran into the bathroom, closing the door behind her.
Anya watched the door for a moment, then looked over at Roman, who was sitting silently on the edge of the bed. She let out a soft sigh and stepped forward.
"I can't believe I missed that chance... but now it's my turn," Anya said with a playful smile.
Roman raised an eyebrow and slowly stood up. "Your turn for what?" he asked, his tone low.
Anya smirked and crossed her arms. "My turn to... well, you know what I mean."
Roman took a step toward her, closing the distance between them. He stopped just inches away from her face, his breath warm on her skin.
Anya's heart raced as he leaned in closer, their lips almost touching. She closed her eyes, waiting for the kiss.
But nothing happened.
