Eleanore was tired of using this excuse everywhere. Although true, it always sounded like a trashy and sloppy excuse to the other person. Even though she didn't want to use it, she had no other choice but to try and explain her condition to her friend, who's friendship and love she was failing to feel.
She held her own arm by her other hand, as her eyes fell in guilt. "I am the problem." She repeats. "The thing is my memories are completely distorted, since the last few months. I have tried, believe me." Her gaze turns back to Flora, whose expression showed clearly that she didn't believe any of that crap.
"What does any of that have to do with this?" She asked, unable to understand what Eleanore was getting at.
"I have. I can't remember our friendship, I can feel nothing because along with those memories, I have also lost those feelings." She explains.
