The day started with a hitch when Layla had to return home to tag along some documents she left behind at home. Since the exams were over, and time was closing in, she had to apply for internships to strengthen her credentials.
"Layla… nowadays you're being too careless… take care of yourself!" Elysia reprimanded her with her real mother, Charlotte, stealing a glance at her from afar.
