As a fan of Mario Rosso, Lady Kanata absolutely hated hearing anyone speak ill of the great painter.
With an impressive, imposing manner, she turned around sharply, glaring at the person who had uttered those words.
But the moment she saw the figure, she couldn't help but look surprised.
"Oya, to think I'd meet an old classmate from that hellish place here?"
The other party also seemed to feel Lady Kanata's sharp gaze. She was confused for a moment, then looked Kanata up and down, before suddenly realizing the truth. Even though Kanata was in disguise, the girl still recognized her easily.
"You two know each other?" Ryoji looked at the two of them curiously.
Standing before them was a girl who looked no older than twelve or thirteen.
She wore a pink dress, a white eyepatch over her right eye, and had her arms crossed arrogantly over her completely non-existent chest. Her expression was full of haughty contempt, as if she looked down on the rest of the world.
"Her name is Kazamatsuri Rinna, heiress of the Kazamatsuri Conglomerate."
Lady Kanata whispered an explanation to Ryoji.
Ho!
The Kazamatsuri Conglomerate!
Though the Totokubara Group behind Kanata was enormously wealthy, it was still only Japan's second-largest economic powerhouse. The one standing above Totokubara, the number one economic entity in Japan, with capital dominating the entire nation, was precisely the Kazamatsuri Conglomerate.
In other words, this girl was the biological daughter of Japan's richest man.
It wasn't strange that the heiresses of the first and second conglomerates would know each other.
"Ojou-sama says: 'How unexpected to encounter someone from my past in a place like this.'"
Behind Kazamatsuri Rinna stood a girl dressed in a traditional black maid outfit. She looked seventeen or eighteen, with elegant features and a calm demeanor.
…Though for some reason, there appeared to be a white collar around her neck?
"Additionally, Ojou-sama's meaning earlier was: 'A so-called artwork that's just splashing ink on blank paper, what right does that have to be revered? What happened to modern aesthetics?'"
The maid translated Kazamatsuri Rinna's words rigidly, word for word.
"It has been a while, Miss Totokubara."
"Taking care of such an unreasonable Master must be tiring, Charlotte."
"No! Being able to serve Ojou-sama is my blessing!"
The maid replied loudly, her face beaming with happiness.
This loli was clearly not normal.
This maid… also clearly not normal.
Her name was Charlotte Cordé, Kazamatsuri Rinna's personal maid. She was practically glued to the girl, extremely loyal. Excessively loyal. To an alarming degree.
Lady Kanata quietly explained this to Ryoji, her expression complicated.
He understood.
Chuuniloli and Her Loyal Dog Maid.
"Why are you two even here?"
Lady Kanata looked at the pink chuuniloli, frowning in irritation.
"If you hate Master Rosso's work so much, why did you run all the way here just to criticize it?"
She truly didn't want to talk to this loli.
Completely pointless.

"'Master'? You mean her?"
Kazamatsuri Rinna curled her lip, her arrogant little face losing interest.
"If we're talking about reputation alone, I'll reluctantly acknowledge it. But calling her someone who can suppress the Saints of this age is overpraising her."
"Ojou-sama's meaning is: I acknowledge her fame, but calling her world-class is stretching it."
"Besides, is this place your Sacred Territory or something? Did you set up a barrier banning others from entering?"
"Ojou-sama's meaning is: This isn't your family's property. I'll go wherever I want."
"…Are you two doing a comedy routine right now?"
Ryoji rolled his eyes, unable to stop himself from commenting.
"Hmph, my fellow classmate, is this your servant? Has your taste fallen into the abyss?"
"Ojou-sama means: 'Miss Totokubara, is this the servant you brought? Your taste is awful.'"
The pink loli seemed like she wanted to look down on Ryoji, but since their heights were nowhere near comparable, she could only tilt her head up and try to make a haughty expression.
Haiya.
You little brat!
Ryoji grinned wickedly.
He raised his hand, ready to take off his sunglasses and mask, planning to show this arrogant loli what true despair looked like.
If you don't kneel on the spot, I'll admit defeat!
But Lady Kanata suddenly grabbed his wrist, stopping him.
The other party was an acquaintance of the Totokubara Conglomerate. If she saw his face, and it spread back to her parents, then the affair would be exposed.
…Fair enough.
Understanding her intention from her eyes, Ryoji gave up on charming the chuuniloli into submission and decided not to stoop to the level of a little kid.
"Anyway, I don't want to argue with you. If you're fine, then hurry up and leave. Don't stand here being annoying."
Lady Kanata's tone became much sharper.
In her eyes, Kazamatsuri Rinna was just a child who hadn't grown up. Talking to children was mentally exhausting, and she had zero interest in bickering with her.
"Hah? You, no, whom dost thou speak of, ?!"
"Can you two be quiet?"
Just as the pink loli was about to explode, a third voice cut in between them.
It was a frail, listless voice, one that made people instinctively picture a chronically ill patient bedridden for years.
Her tone was weak, yet somehow carried an undeniable force that made ignoring it impossible.
Everyone turned their eyes toward the newcomer.
How to describe it…?
The first impression was, what a weirdo.
She was a girl who looked around seventeen or eighteen, with messy golden long hair that looked like it had never once been brushed. It lay in chaotic strands down her back.
She wasn't wearing an upper garment, nor even underwear. Only an apron splattered with paint covered her enormous fate-bound assets.
It was basically a naked apron.
But despite this seductive "attire," she herself was incredibly unkempt, with lifeless eyes sunk behind dark eye bags. Her breathing was weak, comparable to Ryoji during that stage when he had just gotten out of bed.
Stamina: F.
Ryoji could diagnose this instantly.
Cup size: also F.
He could calculate that too, at a glance.
"I cannot hear the whispers of the Devil!"
"Ojou-sama means: 'Why should I listen to you?'"
Seeing the golden-haired girl appear, the pink loli curled her lip. Her arrogance lessened slightly, though she still refused to back down verbally.
Charlotte translated her Ojou-sama's chuuni lines in a very down-to-earth manner, then bowed slightly to the golden-haired girl, showing respect.
"Long time no see, Miss Sara."
"This is an art exhibition. Many people who love painting have gathered here, fully immersed in the artworks."
The girl named Sara obviously hated troublesome situations. Her stiff face looked extremely cold.
"If you keep messing around and disturbing everyone's appreciation of the paintings, I'll have no choice but to remove you."
Her voice was extremely calm, but her words were anything but polite.
As if she didn't take Kazamatsuri Rinna's status seriously at all.
