The room roared with applause. A wave of joy spread through the office building of Alfonso Martinez Financial Group.
People laughed, hugged, and clapped as news broke: the government had awarded them the contract.
For the first time in months, the entire team felt what victory tasted like.
Mr. David walked briskly into Anastasia's office, his face lit up with a smile so wide, it looked like it had been waiting forever to come out.
"You made this happen, Ms. Stones. You gave us a new name!" he said with laughter and disbelief in his voice.
Anastasia stood, calm and graceful as always. "No," she said softly, "we made this happen. All of us. Your past efforts, our team's dedication… it brought us here. Today, we succeeded as one."
The sincerity in her voice carried through the room. A few employees who overheard the exchange began to clap. Mr. David turned around and faced them, raising his voice.
