It was closing hours and everyone had already started leaving the office.
The halls were quieter now, with only the sound of distant chatter and the tapping of heels echoing softly. Anastasia and Sandra stepped out of the elevator, walking side by side.
"I guess you're preparing for the presentation coming up this weekend?" Sandra asked, her eyes filled with genuine concern and support.
"Seriously preparing," Anastasia replied, letting out a nervous laugh.
"But Sandra, I'm really nervous. I haven't stood in front of that many people in my life. What if I mess up? What if I freeze?"
Sandra chuckled lightly, brushing her hand gently against Anastasia's arm.
"It's normal to feel that way, but you'll be fine. I trust you to do really well. You're smart, focused, and passionate.
And remember, I'm always here cheering for you. But please... don't overwork yourself. I mean it."
