Chapter 1 - Chapter 1

"What are you doing? Let me go!", a boy of young age around 14 years old was struggling in the hands of soldiers as they were taking him towards the carriage filled with refugees like the boy.

The situation inside the carriage was dire as of all the people present in the carriage only the driver was relatively calm and composed while all the others were tied and either beaten or unconscious, seeing this the boy knew that there was no chance of escape these guys had come prepared.

These guys he was referring to were the soldiers that came to capture them, these guys had started capturing the refugees and other lowlives in the area a month ago, at that time the boy was hunting in the forest therefore he wasn't captured but when he returned he learnt the news and wanted to leave the town but unfortunately the town was already barricaded and only allowing people to enter but not leave.

This was quite the blow for the young boy as he had survived all these years by himself and had thought that he would survive such in the future but this situation was beyond his expertise. For him this was the first time his enemies had been soldiers as he had been fighting street thugs. Anyway the situation quickly deteriorated and a month later now he was unable to move having been strapped to the table.

The boy's eyes wandered here and there as he tried to collect himself. He had already given up on escaping and now he was just trying to cope with the fact that his life was in the hands of the soldiers. Just then there was another thud and the carriage's door closed, there was another figure tied up that was just thrown inside beaten and bloodied the boy recognized him it was the drunkard that had been going around the town drunk all the time. At this time the drunk whose name was Nestle was unconscious but the boy could still hear him cursing, by seeing him the boy realized that the soldiers weren't only capturing those who were refugees and lowlives but also those who were not living the lives as intended by the lords
