When it came to survival capabilities in a cosmic vacuum, Frieza wasn't necessarily superior to her. She just didn't want to get caught up in the planet's explosion.

Ino used her right eye to discern the truth and surprisingly discovered that the opponent was not in the current time point—or at least, not entirely. The masked man was standing within a time rift. Ino could see him because of the unique nature of her Rinnegan; from Frieza's perspective, this black-clothed man was invisible.
"A low-class warrior of the Saiyans?"
Unlike Frieza, who was on death's door after his transformation, Ino had abundant stamina. Facing an unknown enemy, she immediately used her final killer move.
"Susanoo!" Her originally golden Susanoo changed at this moment in response to her pupil power. The female warrior holding a sword and shield vanished, replaced by a golden phoenix.
The phoenix raised its head high. In the next second, heavenly fire akin to a blazing sun descended from the sky! White firelight enveloped more than half of Planet Namek. The earth, seawater, sky, trees, and rocks—all matter began to burn at this moment. In a trance, it felt as if one were placed in an ocean of fire and light.
