Jasmine was in awe as she stepped out of the car. Her boots hit the stony floor, making a scratchy sound. She rounded the car to stand in front of the condo.
There was a small fence that wasn't even high up to her waist. The condo stood proudly in the middle of the compound. The building was covered in snow, the same as the surrounding areas. But the transparent glass threw Jasmine off.
"Not much walls, just glass. If someone was to walk by, they'd be able to see us inside." Jasmine said to Kingsley's hearing.
He asked her instead. "Did you see someone on our way here??"
Jasmine shook her head. That made sense. No one was going to see inside because they were the only ones in this big place.
"Let's go in before we freeze to death." He walked past her and pushed the short gate that was made of fine timber. Jasmine followed him.
Kingsley effortlessly kicked the door open, and hot air brushed towards them. Jasmine loved that part.
