Within the dark purple column of light rising into the sky, Eddie and Mewtwo floated in the air.
He'd never known how to use Psychic before, but the moment Mewtwo fully awakened, he seemed to have received Psychic abilities from Mewtwo through his right arm—that is, from Mewtwo's connection to him—and now he could actually use them.

Can communicate with any Pokémon.
Can heal Pokémon's injuries (no cooldown).
Can temporarily increase Pokémon's level (+20) during battle, returning to normal after battle ends.
(PS: Temporary level increase will not trigger evolution. Cooldown time: 2 hours)
(PS: If the Pokémon's level exceeds Level 65, the Power of Viridian can only raise it to a maximum of Level 85!)
"Damn, is this because I became too strong and got nerfed?"
