"Wait, did you just say we were tangled up with you and no one could save the Pikachu clan?" Eddie asked with calm curiosity, tilting his head slightly. "Are you having vision problems or something?"

His expression remained perfectly composed—not angry or frustrated, just genuinely puzzled by their apparent inability to see what had just happened. Eddie found himself wondering if these two agents might actually suffer from some form of visual impairment. It would certainly explain their poor judgment.

"Just... just one attack..." Cassidy stammered in disbelief.

"Everything we prepared... completely destroyed..." Butch added, his voice hollow with shock.

Both Team Rocket agents stood frozen, staring at the smoking wreckage where their helicopter had been, their faces painted with expressions of complete disbelief. Reality was slowly sinking in, and they didn't like what they were processing.

Eddie observed their stunned reactions for several long moments without saying anything. Finally, he shook his head with obvious disappointment.

"Seriously? You're just going to stand there in shock? How boring," he commented dismissively. "You're even more pathetic than Jessie, James, and Meowth. At least those three have the courage to keep fighting after they get defeated."

There was a good reason why these particular Team Rocket agents never achieved the same notoriety as the infamous trio. While Jessie, James, and Meowth would dust themselves off and immediately start plotting their next scheme after each failure, Cassidy and Butch seemed content to stand around questioning their life choices.

"What?! Did you just say we're not as good as those two losers?!" Cassidy suddenly exploded, snapping out of her daze.

"How dare you compare us to them! Those two are the weakest agents in all of Team Rocket!" Butch roared indignantly.

Hearing Eddie mention their rivals immediately brought both agents back to full alertness, their competitive pride overriding their shock and confusion.

However, just as their angry outburst ended, a troubling realization began to dawn on them.

"Hold on... why does this kid know Jessie and James personally?" Cassidy asked slowly, her eyes narrowing with suspicion.

"Could it be... could it be that the reason those two have been acting so strangely lately is because of him?!" Butch gasped, pieces of a larger puzzle suddenly clicking into place.

Both agents finally understood why Jessie and James had been so eager to make that peculiar wager with them earlier. The source of everything—the mysterious trainer who had been causing their organization so much trouble—was standing right in front of them.

"Who are you?!" they demanded in unison, their voices filled with a mixture of fear and desperate curiosity.

Even though their mission had clearly failed catastrophically, they needed to know the identity of the person who had so easily dismantled their carefully planned operation.

"Who am I? You'll figure it out when you get back and check the wanted posters," Eddie replied with casual indifference. He turned away from them dismissively and addressed the Pikachu colony instead. "Pikachu, I'll leave these two to you and your family."

Eddie saw no point in wasting time with formal introductions. By now, most of Team Rocket probably knew both his appearance and his name. If these two particular agents had somehow missed the memo, that was their problem, not his. They certainly weren't important enough to warrant a personal explanation.

Besides, it seemed more appropriate to let the victims handle their own justice.

"Pika~~Pika pika!!" (Everyone, let's give these guys some group electric therapy!) the lead Pikachu called out with righteous determination.

"Pika~~~~Chuuuuu!!!" the entire colony responded in perfect unison.

More than fifty Pikachu simultaneously unleashed their Thunderbolt attacks, creating a dazzling display of electrical fury directed squarely at Cassidy and Butch. The two agents immediately went pale with terror, hastily recalling their remaining Pokemon before attempting to flee on foot.

Unfortunately for them, human running speed couldn't possibly compete with the velocity of electricity.

"Ahhhhhhh~~~!" both agents screamed as countless volts of electricity coursed through their bodies, their hair standing on end as they convulsed from the intense electrical treatment.

The therapeutic value of this particular shock treatment was undoubtedly significant.

"Pika pikachu~Pikachu~Chuuuuu!!!" (Now for the finishing move!)

Seeing that the electric barrage had done its work, the lead Pikachu charged forward with a devastating Volt Tackle attack. The impact sent both Team Rocket agents flying through the air in a perfect arc, following the exact same trajectory that Jessie, James, and Meowth had taken countless times before.

"What a disgusting feeling!!!" their voices echoed as they disappeared into the distance as tiny twinkling stars.

With the comedy duo finally gone, the entire Pikachu colony erupted in joyful celebration. They cheered and danced, thrilled not only by their victory but also by the opportunity to deliver some well-deserved payback to the humans who had terrorized them. It felt incredibly satisfying to settle the score before leaving their forest home.

"Pika pika~~~" (We're ready now,) the lead Pikachu said as he approached Eddie, indicating that the colony was prepared to be captured and transported to Pallet Town.

"You're absolutely right. No matter how many we drive away, more will keep coming," Eddie agreed, nodding thoughtfully. "Team Rocket, Pokemon hunters, other criminal organizations—this place isn't safe anymore. Pallet Town really is your best option for a peaceful life."

Eddie had initially wondered why the Pikachu colony still wanted to relocate after successfully repelling the Team Rocket agents. But the reasoning was perfectly logical once he considered it. This was Team Rocket's second attempt to capture them, which meant third and fourth attempts were virtually guaranteed. And Team Rocket wasn't the only threat—Pokemon hunters and other criminal groups would eventually discover this colony's location as well.

Moving to the safe haven of Pallet Town was clearly the wisest choice for their long-term survival and happiness.

Eddie pulled out a large collection of Poke Balls from his bag. He realized this capture operation would involve more than twice the number of Pokemon he had caught during his previous Beedrill colony encounter. For the first time in his journey, he actually worried about having enough Poke Balls to complete the job.

Fortunately, his concern proved unfounded. Years of defeating other trainers had provided him with hundreds of Poke Balls—more than enough to handle even a colony this size.

The Pikachu clan showed no resistance whatsoever to Eddie's Poke Balls. Each member of the colony calmly allowed themselves to be captured, trusting completely in Eddie's promise of a better life. One by one, they disappeared into the red and white spheres with peaceful acceptance.

After successfully capturing every single Pikachu and Pichu, Eddie carefully collected all the Poke Balls and secured them safely in his bag.

"Alright, Pikachu, let's head to Pallet Town and show you your new home," Eddie said warmly as he recalled both Sceptile and Garchomp to their Poke Balls, then gently lifted the lead Pikachu onto his shoulder.

Now Eddie carried quite the adorable cargo: Eevee perched comfortably on his head and Pikachu settled on his shoulder. After releasing Garchomp once more, Eddie climbed onto the Dragon-type's broad back, ready for the flight home.

"Garchomp, take us back to Pallet Town. I want Pikachu to see Professor Oak's lab and get familiar with the area," Eddie explained his reasoning. He wanted Pikachu to feel completely comfortable with their destination, and seeing their future home firsthand would provide the best reassurance possible.

"Roooooar~~" Garchomp rumbled in acknowledgment, then launched into the sky with powerful wingbeats, heading in the direction Eddie had indicated.

According to Pokedex data, Garchomp could achieve flight speeds comparable to jet aircraft. While Eddie wasn't entirely sure how fast modern jets traveled, he knew they routinely exceeded the speed of sound. This meant Garchomp could potentially break the sound barrier during high-speed flight—an absolutely incredible capability for any Pokemon.

Given that their current location was relatively close to Pallet Town, Garchomp covered the distance in less than ten minutes of effortless flight.

"There it is—Professor Oak's laboratory," Eddie pointed out as the familiar buildings came into view below them.

Garchomp nodded in understanding and began his descent toward the open area adjacent to the research facility. However, Eddie had overlooked one important detail about their dramatic arrival.

Pallet Town served as the starting location for trainers throughout the Kanto region. While most experienced players had long since moved on to other areas, several newcomers and a few veteran players remained in town for various personal reasons. New players were constantly arriving to begin their Pokemon journeys as well.

All of these trainers—both new and returning—witnessed Eddie's spectacular entrance as he rode his magnificent Dragon-type Pokemon down from the sky, landing gracefully next to the most famous Pokemon research facility in the region.

Curious players immediately began gathering around to get a closer look at Garchomp, amazed by the imposing Pokemon they had never seen before. Many of them also noticed that Eddie appeared to be another player rather than a local NPC resident.

Players could view each other's display names when they came within three meters of one another, and when the gathered crowd finally got close enough to read the ID floating above Eddie's head, every single player in Pallet Town gasped in simultaneous shock and recognition.

The name "Morning Sun" was legendary among the player community, and now that legend had just landed right in their hometown.
