After the party fiasco, Heather thought that she had finally shaken off Marcus. however, Marcus was looking for new ways of getting her back to him he couldn't come to terms of her being with anybody else other than him, to him she was his no matter what and he felt like his pride had been wounded. For the next few days, he tried to get into contact with her, but his number was blocked, and he couldn't get her on his social media, he was also blacklisted from her place of work everything was against him from being with her, but he wanted her still.
His mind was spinning with what to do next, he called his friend Raymond to discuss the issue with him, `what's it's been how is the old dog` Raymond greeted him `All is aight ` he answered ` but am gonna need your thoughts on my current situation `he went straight to the point ` what is it about ` Raymond asked `It's about Heather , I want her back ` this sentence puzzled Raymond , ` wait what , why do you want her back dog , i thought you got that huge ass shawty and turned to a new page` , Marcus fell silent. Its true that he had left Heather for another girl fallen to his temptations, broke his promise and now that she was gone, he was wanting her back
`Hello, Raymond spoke through the receivers side breaking the silence that Marcus had blacked out ` yes Ray , I still want her back , she's mine and no one else ` You know that I mean go Bruh but I think it's a bit late for that , she literally had pictures and videos of you guys do you think she would take you back and claiming her now is a bit selfish don't you think. Marcus insisted that she would and that he was ready to fight for her, he claimed that he would treat her better this time round.
He was walking in the night streets while on the call with Raymond he sighted the restaurant that Heather always wished to go to, but he had procrastinated it because he didn't feel the need to take her to an expensive place but now he silently vowed to take her their when they got back together but his wish was stopped when he saw her through the glass walls seated on a date with Bruce, he froze at the view his feelings of anger and shock boiling up he felt wronged yet he was the one in wrong. he switched of his call with Raymond and stormed into the restaurant
`What the hell is this Heather, are you cheating on me with this guy, the commotion he caused quickly drew attention, Bruce had appointed a dinner date with Heather under the pretext of a business meeting, and it so happen that Marcus saw it that was, and Bruce wasn't going to deny it. Marcus`s sudden entry caught Heather off guard, but she gathered herself quickly and landed a slap across his face, the restaurant was full of murmurs, gasps and the waiters were all gathered at the scene
`Is this how far you would go to get attention, even accuse me of cheating yet that's what you did, by chance did you get amnesia and forget that we are done meaning I can go out with whomever I wish that's none of your concern
`Come on Heather, I know you still love me and your just being rational right now, let's go back to the apartment and talk more about, Ill forgive you and pretend like nothing has happened just come back with me. with that he held her hand and was talking her out of the restaurant but was held back by Bruce ` The young lady does want to go with a scam like you ` he calmly said with a face showing dominance , Marcus became protective and raise his fists to punch Bruce, who dodged it easily and counterattacked with a right hook which sent Marcus back a few steps leaving him bleeding.
Heather held Bruce's hand and asked him if he was ok ` Marcus retorted ` it was me who got punched why are you checking on him ` Am checking because he might have twisted his wrist getting rid of nonsense, Bruce then fakes a twisted wrist which made Heather land another slap on Marcus before walking away. The viewers were happy with what they saw because it wasn't everyday one had a live action of drama; Marcus was left behind ashamed in the restaurant
Heather went straight to Bruce's car looking for the first aid kit. Bruce seeing her this concerned, he felt touched and a sudden surge of warmth in his chest he stared at her constantly without letting his gaze leaving her, if you look with such intensity, I may lose all color, she said joking, but his gaze didn't reduce, she got a bandage and wrapped his hand in it, she looked at him and met his gaze , he placed his lips on her and passionately kissed and hugged her , his heart was palpitating that Heather cause feel it on chest too . he then asked her if he could be the only man in her life to get her attention. He also accepted the fact he did want to have her attention, her alone in the whole crowd of people, Heather didn't know how to react except hold Bruce back in their embrace
