Ophelia wasn't wrong unlike, as reviving somone with necromacy which mainly reanimates their body while they hold dominance over the soul, and due to the soul being outside the body for too long it may lost it's ability to return to it's body especially when it losses it's original shape.
And time frame in which you'd need to return can vary as some can return after thousands of years while other may not be able to return without outside assistance.

He sent the blow for her head, but Ezekiel blocked the blow with his spear.
"Argh!" He grunted as the blow was pack with so much power that if he did circulate his divine energy his arms would have been gone.
Monica appeared above the demon with swift movement, pulled out her swords and sliced the arm of the demon.
