"They're all excuses! If it could really bring disaster, why aren't you dead yet?" The man didn't believe.
"Suit yourself! Anyway, the item isn't in my hands! And I'm not Ye Tian!" Yu Xiao placed the food she bought on the table, "Aren't you leaving?"
"I won't leave without the item!" The bearded man brandished a large sword and charged at Yu Xiao.
Yu Xiao picked up her long sword from under the coffee table, gathering her energy to withstand the attack and repelled the bearded man.
"Are you sick? I've told you, I don't have it! I want to find the item as well," Yu Xiao fumed, having rarely left her home where everyone reasoned with each other, though after coming down the mountain she met Ye Tian who didn't follow conventional wisdom, but wasn't annoyingly persistent either.
